Matt and his team did a PHENOMENAL job with my Lexus, from start to finish! The pick up of my car was super smooth & the drop off was the same, but with my car looking brand new and beautiful!!! Thank you to Matt and the team for taking such Great care of me & my vehicle. I will definitely be referring this crew to anyone who has hail damage and/or needs repairs/paint.

I was doing my research to fix hail damage on my car. My friend recommended on Matt and after 1 minutes on phone with him I knew he s the one for the job. He s knowledgeable and professional, answered all of my questions with patience. He took care of EVERYTHING! He came to my place, picked up my car and gave me a loaner, He spoke with my insurance company and made this whole process very easy for me. I received updates everyday. He brought my vehicle back to my place fixed and detailed. I m very happy with the result, his sweet personality and his great customer service. Thank you Matt, I couldn t ask for more.

When I received hail damage to my Silverado Z71 almost a year ago, I did not initially turn it in to insurance for repair, because I didn t want my rates to go up. When I later met with Matt and learned that such was not the case, I followed up by submitting a claim and his repair estimate to my insurance agent. The adjuster said Matt s estimate was extremely fair compared to most others and immediately approved it. Matt arranged everything from that point on and now my truck looks wonderful once again. Throughout the process, he and his highly skilled team went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing hail damage repair. If not for Matt, I would probably still be driving around in a truck with little dings all over it. Thanks, Matt and team, for your very professional services. You are definitely my First Choice if I need hail repair done in the future!

Promptly after my call, Matt efficiently coordinated the pick-up of my car, collaborated with my insurance, and commenced the repairs. Throughout the process, his consistent communication kept me informed at every stage. Within a week, the repairs were completed, and my Toyota Camry was returned to me in pristine condition, looking as good as new. I am thoroughly impressed with their work and wouldn't hesitate to return if faced with hail damage again. I wholeheartedly recommend First Choice to friends and family.

Matt was amazing through the whole process of getting the hail damage fixed on our BMW. He went above and beyond for me being I had just had breast cancer surgery. He met me at Enterprise to get our vehicle and then delivered our car to our home once he was done fixing it. He texted me multiple times through out the process just to keep me updated. He is very kind and easy to work with. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Simply the very best. I took my truck to Matt for a quote and he was very prompt to help. He was very thorough and didn't let the smallest detail escape his evaluation for the hail damage on my truck. The quote was very explanatory and transparent. I had a great experience with First Choice. This was my first time having to do this so I was nervous about the whole process. Matt made it an easy and smooth process. Very friendly and communicated throughout the whole process. He took care of the insurance part as well. My car looks great! Highly recommend First Choice!

My insurance company told me about First Choice Auto Hail Repair after I filed a claim for hail damage. I called Matt and set up a time to stop by to get an estimate. Matt's a great guy, very personable and professional. He took care of me and my SUV from that point forward. Several parts were needed to be ordered and Matt told me as soon as those parts came in he would schedule my car and the repair would take 3 days.Matt updated me weekly on the parts. Once they all came in, Matt scheduled a time to come pick up my SUV and get the repair done. That's right, he came and picked up my SUV! While First Choice had my vehicle, Matt stayed in contact. The repair was completed on time and I had my vehicle back in 3 days as promised.While finishing my vehicle another spot was found in the trim of the driver's door. Matt ordered the part and told me as soon as the part comes in he would come pick it up and finish it. While waiting for the part, Matt sent me updates on it. When it finally came in, Matt was on point, scheduled it, picked up the vehicle, and had it back to me within an hour.I have never left a review on any company before but I found I had to do it this time. First Choice Auto Hail Repair is First Class. OUTSTANDING customer service. If you ever need a dent or hail damage repair to your vehicle, don't even waste your time and money using a different company. There is no way you will find a place as professional or with better customer service!

Matt and his Team did a GREAT job repairing my Car!Very responsive and professional. He worked with my Insurance Company thru out the claim and repair process. Also was a huge help! meeting me at Enterprise to pick up my rental and he picked up my car to take it to his shop. It was ready within a week and met me back at Enterprise when it was ready, He left my Car like New! Matt will be the first to call if I were to be stuck in another hail storm dealing with this crazy Texas weather. I give them 10 !!! And recommend him to anyone!!!

After having only a week I had purchased my vehicle I was devastated when it was hit by the hail storm. I was scrolling thru Facebook and randomly found Matt s page and reached out and he come out to look at my vehicle the same day. Since day 1 the process working with Matt was the easiest. He explains everything in detail, communicates great and super fast at what he does. I would text him at anytime of the day and he always responded. He worked with my insurance and did I say I paid 0 out of pocket. Finished my repairs in a day and can I tell you my vehicle looks better then what it did coming fresh out there dealership. Matt, is really the best. Thank you so much for all you did for me, my car is looking freshhhhhhhhh! THE REAL MVP!

By far the best customer service I ve ever received. Took my car in with some pretty serious damage and had it finished within 3 days. I came across Matt and his shop a few weeks ago after the recent hail storm in Texas. I messaged with a few questions and he was always prompt in his responses. I was able to drop my car off and within a week and a half, it was ready. They did a great job and you can't even tell my car had any hail damage. He kept me updated and answered any questions I still had. After I got my car back, he texted me and made sure all was still good. Highly recommend! Oh, the icing on the cake was he was able to cover my deductible! Big bonus!! Would definitely use again if the unfortunate happens and my car gets more damage.
