I had a 10 o clock appointment to get an oil change on my 2018 Nissan Titan I showed up on time told it would be an hour and a half to two hours left to go have some breakfast returned to see my vehicle had not even been moved the gentleman that checked in at the same time as me that was waiting on an oil change his vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot not moved another lady that we seen walking around and there with a small child between 45 years of age was saying how fast and courteous they were, and she had just come in and got new tires, and they were already ready to go so what this told me is that you don t care about your loyalty to your customers what you care about is your overall dollar because this gentleman and I were only getting a mirror oil changed to you which is just $150 we didn t meet your daily quote enough and promo that could be $1000-$2000 for brand new set of tires so you pushed us to the back you forget loyalty is what keeps companies in business. You need to learn that and stop treating your customers like they don t matter.

If you can find another location then do it. This is my maybe 5th time or so getting serviced here and the last couple times I've had to reschedule. Let's just say it honestly doesn't even matter if you make an appointment or not, because regardless it's going to take a few hours for them to even touch your car. I have had to reschedule multiple times due to lack of supplies or honestly the attitude of they don't even want to touch my vehicle. Most of the time I make my appointments a week or two in advance so there's no excuse to come all the way over there just to say they don't have this and that. They will find issues and won't communicate it to you but send in a report. But when asked at the appointment, it's brushed off. They are very dismissive with females and it's honestly annoying. The manager himself can be rude as well. I know things can get busy, but at the end of the day it's no excuse if I'm patient on my end and I'm the actual paying customer then you should be as patient and understanding as well when I have questions. They urge you to drop your car off there, so you don't have to witness them NOT servicing your vehicle. They make it hard to put your trust in them.

This five star rating is especially for GEORGE!!! He is the most professional employee at this location. He is honest, knowledgeable, and knows not to over promise. Please be aware that dealing with anyone else could mean that your appointment will not be honored or your vehicle will not be ready when promised. George, with his pleasing personality and can do attitude will give it to you straight.

Brought my wife car over there on Saturday to inspect the check engine light. All they did was reset everything. After an hour of driving the light came back on. Before I left with the vehicle I asked for the report that was run and was told they didn't save it. This tells me they never ran a report but changed me $124 to do something I could have done for free. They also told me of the light comes back on to take it to the dealership. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Charged for them to do absolutely nothing. They reset my check engine light only for it to come back on within the same day, and told me if it come back on to take it to the dealership. Very disappointed with the service and how dismissive those guys are with women. Shame on you for having my vehicle there for several hours only to say you didn't save the report, but you reset the light something I could have done myself for free.

Sean Pierce was excellent to help me with my custom rims! We found the right tires at a reasonable price and he had them there in less than an hour.Dropped the car off and was done by 2pm. I see a lot of the 1 reviews but how he helped me that day I have more integrity than that. I give him 5 for his customer service.

Don t go to this Firestone location!Absolutely terrible Customer service at this location. I made an appointment for 7:30am for a Saturday through their online system and was met with such excuses that I had to call the location first, there is no place on the website that said I had to do that. The Firestone website stated that an agent would call if the appointment couldn t be made. I received no call so naturally I presumed there were no issues. They took 3 HOuRS! To do a simple oil change and tire rotation. I asked for the diagnostic paperwork and felt like I had to beg them for an explanation. The technician was hesitant to even explain the findings and just pointed me to look over their colored grading system to see if something needs attention or replacement. I also in two occasions specifically asked to turn off the Tire pressure monitor system after checking the tires and they LIED by stating that I had to drive 5 miles and it would go away. I knew they were lying because you can turn it off yourself in the car settings after checking the tire pressure.The employees at this location were arrogant, rude, indifferent, and never apologized for not having a proper online schedule system. The employees could not care less for your time. They don t respect their customers so you shouldn t give them a dime or your time. BEWARE, go somewhere else!

I would do zero if possible. I m not sure I would even allow this business to change my tires or oil, much less anything mechanical. Had my daughter s car towed to them as they were closest to her. Committed to fix it, 2 days later hadn t even touched it and said I should take it elsewhere. I did and it was repaired in hours. Run far and run fast

Custom service is horrible.My first time ever visiting this location, I had an early appointment to get an oil change . I arrived to the appointment early and upon arrival he begins to tell me that the machine they use for oil changes doesn t work so they won t be able to provide the service. A simple call regarding my appointment would have a gone a long way rather than wasting my time driving there and not being able to get serviced, but I didn t make it a big deal I just moved on to the next. My second time visiting was only because it was absolutely necessary I needed a tire plugged (which, you guessed it they said they couldn t do) granted he said it was because there was no nail in my tire, but aside from that he did not even bother looking up from his computer screen and did not even greet me upon arrival. So overall, I would not visit this location again for any reason, but that s just my experience!

Brought my SUV in for a power steering issue after a hose blew off. FCAC called me the next morning with what they diagnosed as contaminated fluid , & wanted to charge $4K+ to rebuild the entire power steering system. Told them no thanks, paid the diagnosis charge, went out to start the vehicle, & battery was completely dead (luckily I had my jump box on me). There was also grease on the steering wheel, & my passenger mirror was crammed into the window, not folded in. Ended up driving to another shop down the road, & they figured out it was just a leaking hydrobooster & an air pocket in the hose that had blown off - for a MUCH more reasonable price.Hopefully it was just an off day for the FCAC team, but won t be back. The level of customer service here seemed lacking for any vehicle that wasn t an Amazon delivery van.

Took mini coop up for AC, got a call that car was due for oil change also so I told them to go for it. Bring car back home and it s leaking oil bad. I take it back up there and they said the plug on oil pan has gone bad. That i need a new oil pan. Says cost for oil pan is 500, with labor would be 1500. I d already drop 2000 on the AC. Going to f/u with manager so could update. But I ll never go there again if they don t fix this and you should be careful too. And as no surprise they re not going to do anything about it. Wish I could post pictures to see the before and after

BEWARE!!! Shortly after this shop opened I purchased a lifetime front-end alignment. I've had them align my truck several times, but it seems that every time they tell me it needs this then it needs that, all of which I repair myself... This past Nov. 14th, 2023 I went to have them align it after I installed new struts in the front and they told me it could not be done without replacing all upper and lower control arms at a cost of $2923.11 I did not feel my truck needed anything, so I personally checked it and ended up taking it to another location. Firestone in Tyler, TX did a phenomenal job while I waited and they said everything looked good, no parts needed to get the alignment done. They did the job in less than 30 mins. I would not let them do ANYTHING to my vehicle without first getting a second opinion.I only gave them one star because no stars is not an option.

Unbelievable, discount tire was closed and Walmart didn t have a tire tech so I took our car there for a tire fix and didn t realize that they don t put a paper on the carpet when they service it so they got inside with dirty feet leaving grease all over the carpet. Out of respect of clients they should always use paper mats when servicing clients cars

The owner and his partner might as well be family they are so close. You can hear it in how they speck with one another lol. They actually remind the other to remember to give any discount or deal they can and hold each other accountable. Good people.Ben worked on my battery and tires. Did a great job! Even the people who didnt work on my car were kind to me and to one another. friendly and trustworthy place to get work done. would recommend.

I've been going to this location for a couple years now. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have found that not only do they do a great job but they are also affordable compared to other establishments I used in the past.

Wanted to give a shoutout to the guys working this past Saturday (16th). Had a hole in the tire that needed to get fixed in the morning in order to make a very special breakfast for my daughter with The Grinch! We made it on time and you guys made her day!

I brought my car into have rear rotors/breaks replaced on 12/26. I had my front rotors/brakes replaced here months prior, so I felt safe to return as a customer. They were not able to complete the job that day, so I picked up 12/27 in the afternoon. When I went to get into my car, I noticed scrapes down the side of my vehicle. I notified an employee,Jena, and she said that wasn t there this morning! Well, since I dropped my car off the day before and the scrapes weren t there that morning, then the damage occurred AT Firestone. Firestone will not accept responsibility and after communicating with Robert Lamana in their claims department for more than two months, they completely denied my claim and are ignoring my messages altogether. Do not bring your car here. The complete lack of care for their customers is not worth it.

One star too many...this place doesn't know customer service clearly! Schedule an appointment for ample time to complete an oil change and this location tells me the services will not be completed in a single day. This location is in need of restructuring.

Don t waste your time or energy I had an appointment at 7am got there at 6:45. 7:30 came and no one even showed up to open the door. I left at 7:50 and still no one was there.There are no hours posted on the door either to say they open at a different time.

Was in need of a set of tires after taking it to get a oil change at a local dealership. They serviced my truck and was told 2 tires had knots on them. So to avoid any accidents from happening I was wiling to buy new tires. Well at the dealership they do every thing by appointment so yes that can be good but it can be bad as well. They only give themselves enough time to do the oil change. They don't have time to repair what they find through their quick inspection of vehicle. So instead of making more money right there and then they want to plant seeds for future appointments. We'll this is were Firestone comes in I wasn't going to wait to buy a new set of tires and possibly have a blow out on the highway. So I looked around and Firestone was the only one that made the effort to take my vehicle in. Other stores had tires too but weren't willing to make the money. The gentleman at Firestone that helped me did confirm what they had and was willing to take my vehicle in after saying they are booked but if I'm ok leaving the truck and they'll get it done before closing. I got my new tires and peace of mind driving my truck with new tires thanks to Firestone I may need to bring it here for my future oil changes too. Highly recommend

Had an appt at 9a, double checked this morning to make sure it was still a good time to come for them to check my tires. Took an hour and a half for them to tell me my tires were just low. What s the point of having an appt? Also, very dirty in the building. Cobb webs and bugs everywhere. The employees were nice, just not very efficient.

Great service here. I needed to replace my tires and they were able to order the tires I wanted and get them in within 24 hours. Then it only took about 90 minutes for them to get them on once I brought the car in. There was a manufacturing defect with one of the tires that became evident about 10 days later and they swapped the tire out that day for a new one of the same type at no charge. I've gone to three different locations for basic auto maintenance in Forney and I think I have finally found one worth sticking with.

My husband and I took our car to see if we can get our A/C fixed on Saturday morning and the person there was nice to let us know to bring it Monday morning at 8:00am. We came Monday 07/03/2023 in the morning and the person in the front was being very unhelpful and rude. He was asking us questions regarding the A/C which we really did not know how to answer and would make rude facial expressions Hopefully we will find a better place were we are treated in a respectful way and were we feel comfortable.

Went in because and I had a nail in my tire. They checked it out and called me to tell me that I have 2 nails and thread is showing. Then they tell mem that's why my SUV rides rough. I drive it everyday and it's not rough at all! I was at a GMC Buick March 6th and had my tires rotated and my tires were fine. I came in to have my tire patched because they did one for me before, but now I "need" 4 new tires quoted at $1660. I visibly have good thread on all my tires. I left and went elsewhere. Got it patched for $13.50 !! Will not be going back to Firestone as they are just looking to get money out of people for service that is not needed!Service: Tires

First off if I could give 0 stars I would. This place wild. My husband has his car towed here to be fixed. There were a lot of problems which most they did fix. The MAIN reason my husband dropped his car off was to fix the oil leak. They changed spark plugs and head gasket covers but did not change the oil pan gasket. Told him to drive it a few days and bring it back for them to look at it. This makes 0 sense to us. My husband specifically asked for this to be fixed when he dropped his car off. Took the car and it's instantly leaking oil. Needless to say but we will never be taking our vehicles back to Firestone which we have been using for years. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

went in for an oil change on a non-busy day, left almost 2 hours later with a new car problem likely caused by total incompetence.Despite there only being one other person in the lounge and a couple cars in the garage, it took them over 1.5 hours to change my oil. That's pretty terrible compared to every other place, but it's not a deal breaker on its own.There's a big glass window in the lobby that lets you look into the shop while you wait. At about the 1-hour mark, I got up to look for my car in the window and saw 4 guys gathered around the front of my lone car with the valve cover off (for an oil change? why?). Odd, but whatever.After the ordeal, my car started running worse and worse over the course of the day. It developed frequent misfires and kicking while driving. After a week of this, my mechanic friend looked at it and discovered the spark plugs were drowning in oil, likely due to an improperly sealed valve cover gasket. He cleaned out the oil, replaced the spark plugs, and readjusted the gasket. My problem immediately went away, never to come back.For those that are unaware, removing the valve cover is completely unnecessary during an oil change. For some reason, however, Firestone decided to take it off (as a teaching tool, maybe? I'm not sure why 4 guys would be looking under my valve cover). Regardless, it seems they did not properly put things back the way they belong, causing me unnecessary time and headache.In summary: do not go here. They do not value your time or your car. There are plenty of alternatives in the area; go to one of them. Whatever alternative you pick will probably be cheaper, too, as this place's pricing runs a little on the high side, even though you're clearly not getting anything extra for it.

Made an appointment, showed up and they said they were 3 hours behind. No call or anything. Poor customer service! I told them I would just go somewhere else and the man could care less. Lost our family business.
