Everyone I have dealt with has been beyond professional and exceptionally awesome in customer service, from Doug that delivered, to Alex, Jason and the rest of the sales staff. I recently purchased again from DK just because of these reasons. Truly remarkable and will always have my business.

Absolutely awesome experience working with Jeff to get our new BX23S purchased and delivered to our house. The process was seamless with quick and accurate communication. There was no salesman upsell tactics like we experienced at other dealerships for stuff we didn't need. Just straight to the point and the purchase was completed in less than a week. Other dealers where telling us we would be on a wait list and it would be around 2 months to get our tractor. So if you want honesty and integrity, we suggest you use this dealership for all your tractor needs.

I recently purchased a zero turn from Deen Kubota. Jason Baker was my sales guy, and I'm here to tell you, this was hands down the easiest and fastest transaction I've ever experienced when buying a piece of equipment. Jason gave me a quote and that quote was exactly what I paid, no extra fees or anything at the end like some other places like to add on to the end of a deal.If you need a mower or a tractor, head up to Deen Kubota and ask for Jason. He was great to deal with and will be the only person I deal with on farm/ranch equipment from here on out.

Top notch service all the way around. Alex in sales and Ray the driver were both easy to work with and went above and beyond making sure I had a good experience. I shopped tractors at multiple dealers and Deen Kubota, while not the cheapest, offered an experience so far above the rest it was worth it

Stopped to inquire about a grader. Got info I needed and went inside to get a quote and make sure the one outside I wanted wasn t committed to someone. Asked the parts guy if anyone was in, he said he ll be right with me pointing to another guy. He was speaking to a lady (small talk about hanging out from what I heard) waited several minutes, then left. I am a return customer after purchasing a tractor. Ended up going to a competitor for my purchase. I was the only one there beside the other 3.

bought my first tractor recently from Deen Kubota.... had a great experience and the buying process was too easy. Alex was my sales guy and was very responsive and got me taken care of. No games or gimmicks.... had it delivered to my property by Ray. Ray did a great job showing me around the tractor and was patient and enthusiastic with the questions I had. All around quality organization. I highly recommend buying from Deen Kubota.

Deen Kubota has just been outstanding to work with. I bought a tractor package from them and the dealership support is truly amazing. I think Lexus could learn a few things from them. No 3 hour deal making sessions. Just straight talk and a fast friendly experience. I cannot recommend Jeff Deen and his team enough! Buy your tractor from them! You won't be sorry.

These guys aren t salesman . They are family. As soon as you walk in store u will notice how close everyone who works there is . They have a great service department ( ask for rick or Jackie ) . Jeff and Bryan went above and beyond to help me get approved on my loan . Highly recommend this place if you re looking to grow your business with positive people who will get you where u need to b .

What an amazing experience! No sales pitch - just helpful, patient & truly wonderful people. Jason spent time with me even though it was someone else's sale, Alex attended to every detail & concern that I voiced & the sales manager (Brian) called to insure a smooth process. I walked on 'red carpet' the entire time.After visiting two other Kubota dealerships I will never buy a tractor anywhere else but here, not to mention they have the best inventory & had exactly what I needed.

These people go the extra mile at every turn & seem very happy to do it. Even the owner is right there & available just to visit if you wish. He's a very down to earth kind of guy & his team is all about customer service. Kubota is not the least expensive equipment out there for the initial purchase but I believe it represents the best value. For the long term I would dare say it's less expensive if we calculate total cost of ownership.

If your in the market for a Kubota,this is the place to purchase.Brian Hagerich is my salesman.He gave me a good deal on my Kubota RTV X1140 and is very knowledgable about the Kubota products.The staff here are very nice and friendly.Highly Recommend this Kubota dealership!

Brought my older L-series in to Ricky Mebane. His knowledge was exceptional and gave me a lot of great advise. I am now seriously looking into coming back to purchase a new Kubota. Ricky took great care of my getting my old tractor going, didn't say I needed unnecessary things, and called me regularly with status updates. With this kind of excellent service if sales is half as good I will be in a brand new Kubota very soon. Thank you Deen Imement and Ricky

Deen Kubota went above and beyond when I purchased my 2501. I had shopped other local dealers and had horrible experiences due to tractor availability and overall treatment. Deen was able to get me the desired tractor and implements at a very good rate. On top of that, they delivered over 50 miles without a mention. I can't guarantee they will do that for you but for me they did; probably because they knew my story with the other dealers. All facts!

Initially selected Deen Kubota based on a referral. Setup time to meet with Deen Kubota to visit about my needs, interests, and concerns as a first-time tractor buyer. They listened to me and didn t try to sell or up sell me on anything. They started with a suggestion based on the things I shared with them. Completely went full circle to three different tractors and ended up with the M7060 ... where we all started. Spent almost 2 hours covering all my questions, giving me some things to think about, and again no pressure at anytime. Provided several different proposals based on changes that I made and asked for. Ray White delivered my new tractor in less than a week and he went over everything so well and carefully as he knew it was my first tractor. He was terrific! We closed on our new tractor in person at the store the next day. Could have done all the paper work electronically but we wanted to go in to tell them the whole experience made us Deen customers for life!

Highly recommend this place. I called to speak to service about my SVL95. My local dealer would not work with me on getting my machine covered under warranty. I called and had a 15 min conversation with Ricky about the issues I m having. He sold me with his knowledge and customer service over the phone. So I drove the 2 hrs to have him work on my machine. He called me and and informed me that my injectors are bad and due to this it caused my engine to fail. He was able to get this covered under warranty and get me a new crate engine. They sold me on all future repairs and new sales. As soon as they have the svl97 in stock I will be calling them.

poor customer service, I ve been in this store twice because is in my neighborhood but other store la in the DFW have a lot better service.I called today for a quote on a rain cover for a Kubota RV900 put me on hold for more than 10 minutes for a simple question and price.Expanding your business it does not mean retention.12/11/19 - After my review above, Bryan reached to me to apologized and went above and beyond to help me order the parts I needed for my RTV X900.I will continue shopping at this location because its very convenience for me with a 10 minutes drive.I am looking forward to continue business with Deen Kubota!

My husband needed some advice on our zero turn mower issue, he spoke with Mr. Ricky Mebame, he was extremely helpful & courteous. He stopped by and picked up what he needed, and that evening he was able to repair what the problem was all with the advice of Mr. Ricky. But while the husband was there made sure he personally met and thanked Mr. Ricky for his time over the phone. We truly appreciate his support... we will be tell anyone / anyone who needs help to call Mr. Ricky!

Called this place and spoke with Bruce. He was very helpful on getting me all the parts needed for a tuneup on the kubota I was working on. He got everything for me and even ordered a part and once it got to there they was quick to get it all shipped to me. Finally made a trip there to exchange a key set and the guy there was very helpful as well and had me in and out of there in no time. Great people and even greater service.

I brought in a hydraulic cylinder to be repaired with a seal kit and a remachining of the piston end. They machined the wrong size bore for the pin but responded immediately to correct the matter by driving 60 miles to pick up my tractor (Kubota L4630 GST), brought it to their shop, and fixed the probem. I was greatly relieved that they stepped up to resolve my issue. These folks have been more than willing to help me as a beginner with little experience. They also pointed out that my 3 point lift was broken and needed repair. I approved the repair and was happy to find their pricing to be very reasonable. I appreciate their competitive pricing, professionalism, and straight forward honesty.

Took my sons Rzr 170 in, the transmission would not engage. They replace three bolts in the sprocket and charged me $90. They fixed it in 1 day. Has the small town family owned feel. They could have easily charged me 2 to 3 hours labor and I would have never known. What they don t know is I m looking to buy a skid steer soon and they have won my business.

I've been using Dean kubota in Forney for the past few years. Everyone that I've dealt with has been great. I mainly deal with Ricky and he is phenomenal he always goes out of his way to make sure that everything is complete To my satisfaction and any time that I have an issue he is very quick to get it resolved and he goes out of his way to make it the easiest process for me. And Ricky is why I will keep returning to Dean kubota forney.Thank you Ricky

Had some damage to the top of my tractor. I was outta town during the week and they came and picked up tractor, got the parts needed and repaired before insurance finalized the claim.. Kuddos to Ricky!!! Dean implement is the place to go for ALL your Kubota needs!!!!

I bought some acreage in E Tx several years ago and needed a tractor and bought a used Kubota compact tractor from a friend. When it needed service, I tried Deen Kubota. Jeff and the crew were great to work with. When it came time to get a bigger tractor about 8 yrs ago, there was no doubt that I would be going to Deen Kubota. Just recently I upgraded again and working with Jeff Deen at Deen Kubota is a joy and a pleasure.

Bought a tractor from here and they were super helpful and courteous. Took it home on friday afternoon and through my own ignorance broke the sheer pin on the mower. Text Jeff Deen and ask him about it and on saturday morning he contacted me and told me he was sending a driver out to replace the sheer pin and they would leave a few extra in the toolbox. This was offered not requested. Now thats what I call SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. THANKS DEEN KUBOTA

I'm on my second Kubota from the great Deen Implement, or now known as Deen Kubota. These guys are great! I love the family approach to their business. I truly think I will keep this Kubota until it falls apart... which could be a VERY long time... or until Jeff calls me for a new model ;)
