We (unfortunately) had to bring cars here twice in one year. We had Mac as our service rep both times. He was honest and communicative through the entire process. He was clear with the wait time and gave weekly updates. No surprises here. A straightforward business.

After waiting well over a month to get my truck back, I was called and said my truck was ready to be picked up. This is after 2 consecutive fridays I was told it would be ready and it wasn t.The service advisor proudly said everything is great, I looked it over myself, on the phone when telling me it was ready. Then he went on to explain how my rear spoiler wasn t on my truck and that it ll be delivered in 2 weeks.The next day after giving my truck a nice bath, I discover it was two different colors, and there was overspray all along the right side. I call the service advisor back and told him about it. I was told that would be fixed when I being the truck back when the spoiler was delivered.3 weeks went by with no call from Caliber. I called myself and the day I call the advisor claimed he was just about to call me Yeah, sure. So we set a date to drop the truck back off. I called the advisor back the next day because I couldn t remember the date. He said I don t remember either, but you ll get a reminder call the day before. I did not get a call so I decided to call myself, in which I was told my appointment was yesterday. I was then told the next day to drop it off.Since it was their error, they had to cover the rental. I was told by the advisor, I m sure we ll get your truck done quick because they don t like paying for rentals as if it was my fault I noticed the bad work performed.Two days later I return to pick my truck up and it s filthy. There s greasy fingerprints on my tan headliner, they left writing on the truck, the interior was filled with shop dust. And to top it all off, I m still waiting on a plastic seal they ve yet to replace around my taillight.I had to pay to get my truck detailed! My truck did not arrive this way, and they should never let a customers vehicle leave their establishment this way. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a mishap with my truck on an out of state roadtrip. As it was driveable I decided to take it near home. I don't regret my decision! Justin, my service advisor went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My truck was delivered like new!

We recently contacted this branch after my mother got in a fender bender. As it was her fault we called to get some info regarding the estimate of the other vehicle involved so we could financially cover the expenses incurred. Yasmin answered the phone and I explained to her what I was trying to do I was met with a horrible attitude. All she said was no I'm not giving you that information. I asked to speak with her manager and she again said no. Then hung up. I then called the mesquite branch and asked if it was customary for them not to release that information for somebody trying to pay for the repairs they caused. The regional manager happened to be at the mesquite location at that time so I was able to talk to him regarding the situation. He was extremely apologetic regarding the attitude from the forney location. And explained to me that they don't take payments from third parties. That was all the information I was looking for. After I hung up with Yasmin she proceeded to call the other party involved and tell them I swore at her and cussed her out which is a complete fabricated lie. I can deal with a horrible attitude but somebody downright lying is absolutely ridiculous. Dishonest people should not be working in this industry as it's already predatory enough. If a regional manager reads this review I suggest you listen to the recorded call. I have three witnesses that witnessed and heard the conversation between her and I and no swear or cuss words were involved and it was kept at a very professional level.

I am personally not one to do these but I figured I d want to save the next person!Let me just say the communication was fantastic! That s where it all goes downhill, my car was in their care for about a month which was not a problem and they kept open communication the whole time about the parts and lack their of in the world. I got the car back and everything seemed great till it wasn t, 1 week in I noticed certain emblems were not there ( no big deal simple fix) then my door handle plate fell off again not a big deal. Fast forward a month I went thru a car wash and the whole front end just flaps off. I go and got it warrantied by them and when I picked it they said try not to pull on them and GMs fault I m sure GM made it so one accident and it won t it go back together. My front end still pops loose in the wind and I m scared to take my car into the car wash. I m sure I will find more problems in the near future. For now I do not recommend this place to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mac is absolutely amazing he is very kind and professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process I hope I never have an accident again but if I do I know who to trust my vehicle with beautiful work done it looks and drives as if nothing ever happened

I was very sceptical about my vehicle being repaired with Caliber Collision Forney because of the problems that my vehicle had displayed after being hit from another driver and it not being the manufacturer to actually repair it but they did an outstanding job to date. Thank you Caliber!

I was recently in an accident in my truck. Caliber was who my ins preferred to work with. The whole process was seamless and I was well informed through the whole process. Chris paz and David are the two people I worked with at the forney location, they made what could have been a stressful situation calm and relaxed. I got my truck back and it looks like nothing ever happened! Thanks guys!

They did such a great job. Doesn t look like anything ever happened to my car. The gave weekly updates and was finished before the time they said the work would be completed. The service advisor Justin Ferguson and this location did a great job on the repair, getting our family back to normal as quickly as possible, and had great customer service. We were updated frequently on the processes and time frame. I feel they went above and beyond to get our vehicle back to us. We will definitely use them again shall we ever need repairs!!!
