Mr. nick was a great help, went above and beyond my expectations. I originally went in to see about some things needed for my car and he recommended a couple people that could help me out with having those things fixed. Big shoutout to the team here.

I went there for the first time because I needed a tool and I needed a window wiper blade. There were plenty of workers but the guy with the red hair that helped me was busy talking to other employees so much that he completely ignored me. I had to ask if he was available. He said yes. I told him I needed help knowing which blade i could get. He says the one I need is a 20 inch. Goes to show me where they are and I say this one is the twenty. He says no it s this one.Spoiler: it wasn t. He got me a 24 that I then had to go get refunded.Not only did he get me the wrong size but he got the most expensive one. So asking for help led to me being unnecessarily upsold.I was really insulted that as a lady walking into an auto parts store I d be completely disregarded and then just taken advantage of. It was quite insulting.

Came in and Misty led me straight to what i needed. Had to come back for another part and Misty helped me again to make sure i got what i needed and had faith that i could do this job myself though im no mechanic, but i took her word. Came home did the job and saved myself some money! Thanks Misty

Steve provided supreme customer service while changing out my dead battery in 40 degree weather with freezing wind. I definitely recommend coming here for service as the lady who helped me get the battery also had to quality service.

Thank you Natisha for helping me locate wipers and a headlight for my car. She was patient and took time to help and install a wiper blade. She also recognized my other wiper was about to fall off like the last one and took time to fix it. So thank you for being kind and problem solving (:

Had to get a new Battery for the car. The employees were nice and helped me get the correct one. Natisha and Steven helped install the battery and made sure everything was fine even when the check engine light came on after they battery was installed. I went back into the store and saw Steven. I told him about the light and Natisha came out to check everything. So grateful the price of the battery was in my budget. One suggestion y all need more shade for the hot summer days. It was so hot even at 10 am. A canopy so the people helping your customers don t die of dehydration.

Natisha, the Store Manager, welcomed me the second I walked in and helped me through the entire process. She was very understanding, patient, and actually cared about my issue. The items needed were in stock, and I was able to go on my way in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend this store!

A huge shoutout to Natisha the manager from the Forney Auto Zone. It s rare that you find retailers that provide white glove service, it s nearly non existent. But the experience and service I encountered tonight was top tier. As a single woman with minimum knowledge of vehicles, Natisha gave me the peace of mind I needed by addressing my battery issue and this was even after her working hours. Sincerely thank you for your service and you have gained a Auto Zone customer for life.

I was pulled over for my break light and came straight to auto zone. The manager, Natisha offered to help and she changed both out for me! I so thankful that we can depend on great service and kind people in Forney!!! Thank you Autozone Forney!!!

They always short of helpers and now they re saying they don t receive used oil because they re full, also they didn t want to receive oil filters, I don t think so they re full of everything, also they almost never have the parts I m looking for too, customer for years and they refuse to service

I had a great experience at this store. I came in for a new battery and Stephen (Steve) was a great help. He helped me realize that my battery was still under warranty. He was so helpful and friendly and even installed my battery in the rain. I tried to give him a cash tip but he politely refused and told me to take my wife out to dinner with the money. Thank you so much!

Stopped by to have my alternator tested after placing a new battery in my car, and customer service was horrible. Upon walking in about 4-5 staff members were standing in a group talking, as if there weren't any customers in the store. There was a pregnant lady, about two men and two other ladies. I had to practically ask for help and there was no greeting. Then the guy who tested my alternator was very short when I asked questions pertaining to the test. It just looked like no one wanted to work today. Overall my whole customer service experience was just rude and unsatisfactory.

Came inside the store looking to see what was wrong with my car didn t know exactly. Natisha greeted me with great customer services she went out with her computer to help me find out what was wrong once we found out it was the battery she help me find one inside the store she came with the tools she took it out walking me through the steps because i wanted to put it back in Natisha guided me through the whole process step by step took less than 45mins for everything which saved me a lot of headache one of the best customer services I ve had she got me checked out through a smooth process would definitely recommend this location. she deserve to have her own store top tier promotion promotion..promotion

So I went in to ask about my ac in my truck and I purchase some ac pro. I had a question on something with it so I went to the desk to ask and the girl behind the desk was so lazy and didn t even try to get a answer for me she didn t even say hello. If you don t like your job in customer service you should go get another one.

Some of the employees are nice but there s this one guy that s very rude and not helpful at all it s like it bothers him when he gets asked questions he s also the owner of this truck you can tell he s always parked like this I can t believe no one says anything

Not sure if this would have happened if I was someone other than me, but the manager of this store had a young lady chase me to my car to make sure that I hadn't just walked out with a big container of anti-freeze. The girl who chased me was clearly uncomfortable with the situation and seemed to have felt fairly confident that I hadn't stolen the product, but she had to do her job. Being unfamiliar with auto parts stores, I had actually asked her questions when I entered the store. She was nice and friendly and so was the other sales person who looked up the specific product for my vehicle and then assisted me with my purchase. Not sure how I had favorable interactions with 2 of the 3 employees, while the older white manager is someplace lying in wait to make ridiculous assumptions. After being approached, I went back into the store to show my receipt to whoever it was doubting my purchase. The manager had no explanation for thinking I had stolen the anti-freeze. In fact, all he said was "uh, I didn't know". Mr. Sir, the next time you don't know, you may consider first asking your employees before having one of them chase down a paying customer, embarrassing them by suggesting they're a thief. The best part of this situation is knowing that O'Reilly's is right next door.

Stephen - I think he may be the parts manager, was very helpful today. Very friendly, installed my windshield wipers. I even tried to give him a tip and he refused it. Just a very kind genuine person. I really appreciated his help.

The gentleman at AutoZone in Terrell was extremely helpful getting my car battery installed into my Honda. The world could definitely use more like him!
