We had a very bad experience at Toyota of Richardson just looking at a car. Today we saw a car we wanted to take a look at and from the moment we stepped out of our car Kim greeted us with the sweetest, genuine smile. We looked at the car and took it for a test drive! We expressed our past experience the day before, and she was blown away of how we were treated. Let me just say she took such good care of us! It was so easy to talk to her and she was able to get us exactly what we wanted with the percentage rate we wanted to be at. Jose took great care of us also! I would highly recommend this company along with Kim and Jose!!! They truly made the whole process so easy and effortless. We appreciate all your help and will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle from y all. Plus tell all our friends

My wife and I went to Autos of Forney on 3/28/24. I had spotted two vehicles that made it worth the drive over to come see them up close and set something up with Jaz. From that point forward communication was excellent. We were delayed in the time we were going to get there, (we messaged we were delayed) but that didn't change how we were treated whatsoever.After arriving and parking we walked up to the front of the building and I immediately saw that Jaz had set up both vehicles we were interested in particular and had them on display so we can check them both out before test driving each one. This impressed me, the personal attention and the time given to help you see what you had made it known that you wanted to see. No bait and switch, no ummmm let me go get the car and then find out it was sold, no finding cars that looked a lot better in pictures than in person.I also noted that respect was given by Jaz and afterwards by Jose when we were working out the warranty side of the transaction as well to the out the door price, the dollars amount we were thinking about, etc.. Let me repeat.... RESPECT was shown, we were listened to whenever we had a concern or question and answers were given.All other employees or staff we spoke with were friendly as well. But if you find a car that you like on this lot, ask for Jaz, she will work with you in finding the vehicle you are needing. It helps to know what you are interested in beforehand, but if you see something that might fit what you are needing or wanting, definitely work with Jaz and she will make your visit a smooth oneThis dealership has a wide selection of excellent looking vehicles. We feel full confidence in the KIA Soul we purchased and anyone asking us personally if they should drop in or set up an appointment, I for one will definitely say yes.

I went into the dealership to test drive a vehicle I seen on the website and drove off with the vehicle the same day. Kimberly was my saleswoman and she was so welcoming and reassuring. Everyone was super nice I would definitely recommend 10/10 experience.

I went from Laredo to Autos of Forney and I liked a 2022 honda passport and when I arrived at autos of Forney, Louis Jackson took me to a test drive in the Honda passport, Mr. Jackson was very gentle and Cesar, Kimberly and Jose all were very gentle, and they gave me and my wife an excellent attention. It just took 2 1/2 hours to get my honda passport and go back to Laredo. I really recommend autos of Forney, pretty good price, pretty good attention from everybody in Autos of Forney. 100% recommended.

We looked at Autos of Forney after my son s car died. I filled out an application online and went up to look at the car. It was close to closing time, so I told Louis Jackson to look over it the next day and call me. They called me with 2 separate offers, both under what I wanted to pay and being able to take his old car off our hands. They changed the oil, inspected it, put on new tires, and new brakes before giving us the car. The next day he had a problem with his AC and Louis took care of it. They called me and told everything that was going on and checked the car again after getting the AC fixed. They even detailed the car for him. Everyone was respectful, no one pressured me, and we all left happy. They ve definitely gained a repeat customer!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I have a very tight budget and I made it very clear what price I could afford on a vehicle and down payment. Instead of telling me that they did not have any vehicles in my price range they brought out a car that was over 1k over the max i told them i could afford and didn't tell me the price until after the test drive. Now for the car, it was disgusting. There was old soda everywhere in the passenger side, there were wires hanging from under the steering wheel, the tires were almost bald, and the breaks were extremely sketchy. They didn't even want to show me any other vehicles and when my mom asked about cheaper cars on they're website they said the car they showed me was the cheapest one they had. They tried so hard to sell me that car that I did not want. They would not take no for an answer. The maximum monthly payment I can afford is 450 and down payment is 1000. They kept trying to tell me the best they could do was 610 a month with a 1500 down payment. When I said no they got their manager. The manager came out and was aggressively trying to sell me the car at 520 a month with still the 1500 down payment. I refused and my family and I stood up to leave and then the manager got his boss who blocked the door to try to sell me the car. It was a very unpleasant experience. My family and I will not be back. If they didn't have a car in my budget range they should have just said that instead of trying to sell me a car I did not want, could not afford, and try to add on things to the car I did not want or need with no mention of cleaning or fixing obvious issues on the car.

Louis Jackson is the ultimate salesperson. He was funny, patient, and willing to work with us. He made us very comfortable. It was like talking to family. I m glad we stopped by. I came to only test drive, but ended up leaving with the vehicle. Awesome prices, awesome customer service, awesome deals!!!

Oh my God the greatest experience I've EVER at a dealership!!! Literally gave my girlfriend less monthly payments then we were asking for the vehicle she wanted. Ask for Uncle Lew, he's the greatest salesman I've ever worked with. Explained everything in detail and made our experience great. Thank you guys sooo much.

I highly recommend autos of Forney for purchasing a car! I came and looked at a vehicle and Luis Jackson helped me with all the numbers and getting me the best deal! He was so informative and helpful and made the whole process easy and gave me peace of mind! We will definitely use them again for our next purchase!

I Don't usually post reviews but I have to say the salesman who was working this evening was the rudest sales person I have ever experienced. I didn't get his name,probably becase he didn't introduce himself. Stay away, there are too many good sales people to buy cars from.

I traveled 3 hours to go see them because they worked with me in a way I had never been treated at a dealership. Everyone I talked with was very kind and helpful especially Jaz and Jose. I found a Toyota Rav 4 Limited for a wonderful price and in great condition with very few miles. I would definitely battle the Dallas traffic to go visit them again.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and even sold some for a couple of years and this was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This dealership is the epitome of the stereotypical used car dealership. The customer service was awful and there was no accountability. It took them almost two months to pay off my trade in and if I had not caught it, they probably would have taken even longer and jack up my credit that I have worked very hard to keep good. It has been over 2 months and they have still not gotten my registration taken care of. The car I bought came with some hidden issues that could not have been discovered during a test drive. (I will say they did fix some of the issues but not all of them). I contacted them over 15 times, and I was always told that they would call me back, not once did they call me back. Buyers beware!

My experience at autos of forney was amazing! I have been looking for a car for a few weeks and when I came in and spoke with Kimberly I was very satisfied with her customer service she was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable about buying a car and also my down payment, car payments, and the warranty was just what I was looking for. So thank you Kimberly for being very patient and for getting me a good deal on my 2020 Honda Accord sport you where by far the best sales women I have had thank you and will definitely refer uto everyone that I know is looking for a vehicle.

Autos of Forney is amazing and they really make you feel like family :) I had the pleasure of working with Louis, and he was top tier! The service was quick and easy. He really listened to everything I was looking for in a car and he found me the perfect car! 6 months later and I am STILL in love with my purchase. Not only did he find the perfect car but he made the process complete seamless ! While also making me laugh and feel comfortable! If you want to not only buy a car but build a great trusting relationship this is the dealership for you ! And Louis is the car salesman you should ask for, without a doubt !

Be aware of the sales man named Sing, customer service was not there at all and when questions about approval for first time buyers told us that he was not there to play games!!!! After application was submitted he returned to my son to tell us congratulations he was approved and shook his and and asked for insurance info to drive home the car, and then comes back and said he was not approved!!!! Not a problem with not getting approval ( just starting a credit history) but very unprofessional of him to handle the whole transaction the way he did. Definitely will not be dealing with him ever again!!!! Side not even water or coffee was offered by the other sales lady never by him, and yes I pay attention to small details

Darris , Louis , & Jose went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me in a car the same day ! They made the car buying process easy with laughter and fun . I had my 5 year old with me , it was his birthday & they made accommodations to fit his attention span ! Definitely a great group of car salesman all together ! Great team !
