My 2008 Toyota minivan broke down and needed to be towed to JAM's. They recommended Rick's Towing Service. I called Rick's and they came for my van very quickly. Very professional and nice!! He even was nice enough to drop me off at my brother's house to pick up a vehicle so I wasn't left without a car. I would very highly recommend Rick to all my friends and family. I am new to Texas and have so much going on that today, with a cart full of groceries, I locked myself out of my car at the H-E-B. My phone was in the car so I couldn't call for help. The staff at the store called for Rick and he showed up in 5 minutes!!! He kindly drove me to my home so that I could retrieve my 2nd set of keys. I have heard of Texas Hospitality, but Rick was over the top and provided me with real concern and care for my predicament. I highly recommend this wonderful man and his company when you are down on your luck!Service: Car lockouts

On Friday afternoon my service managers work truck broke down on his way home and we called our regular towing company that we use for our company, which is Mission Gas Company, and they told me it was going to be a 2hr wait time. So, we called Rick s Towing for the first time and they were there in less than 20min. Rick was just wonderful & very attentive. We will definitely be using them again. Mission Gas really appreciates the great service

I am so grateful for Rick coming to my rescue. I have a 2022 Dodge Ram that was towing 2 horses to an emergency veterinarian appointment on Saturday. The truck malfunctioned and was completely locked down and wouldn t turn back on or go into gear. My Dodge Roadside service as well as USAA roadside said they couldn t help due to distance from dealership and the other said it d be 4 hour wait. It was 97 with 2 injured horses in a trailer behind in my brand new truck?! I called Ricks Towing and this WONDERFUL-and calming professional man Rick showed up 15 minutes later and rescued me. I can t say enough good things about Rick s towing. The office staff gave a quick and accurate ETA and also helped with information needed to file insurance claim for tow. The service team at Ancira Ford made very positive comments about Rick without being asked to do so indicating they trust his ability and professionalism!! Rick is great, hes a neighbor of mine though we had not formally met. Our truck broke down at a very un ideal time, it was freezing cold and my 2 year old was stuck out there with her daddy. We were told ot would be 2 to get a truck out there by our insurance company so I gave Rick a quick call. Even though it was a chilly Sunday he should have been spending with his family and stayed he had already made other plans for that day, he pushed them back and came promptly to get my husband and little girl. He accepted cash, had a very fair price. I hope I dont ever have to use him again because who wants their car broken down lol but I absolutely highly reccomend him. And am very very thankful he was there when we needed him

Headed on family vacation and had the mis hap of breaking down in nixon. Called Rick's towing and they came to the rescue. They took care of me and my family for a fare price and even went the extra step to drive me to the room I rented and let me unload my luggage. Driver would not except tip. Thanks again to Rick's, and to the driver, I suck with names, sorry! Friday 7/2/21. 6:00 P.M.

My deceased cousins girlfriends truck got stuck in our driveway the other day. A friend called for us they came right out and got us out. Waited for her to get completly on the road before he left. Price was great. We will recomend them highly.

They were at my truck and had it to me in the least time possible, I was amazed. On top of that, my driver was polite all the way through and I gave a bunch of hard to understand instructions, which he figured out. Great experience all together.

Always at the ready to help us when we need Light Duty towing done as we are primarily a Heavy Duty, Commercial truck and equipment towing and transport company. No one has came back to me voicing displeasure with their services even in bad situations. Great bunch of folks.

I called this morning because my son locked his keys in his truck at the Valero on FM775 and hwy 181, the woman quoted me $65after telling me they normal charge $35 for inside Floresville city limits. I asked he why they charge so much for the service only 9 miles away she started quoting tow charges as to reference that they charge $3 a mile when towing a vehicle so to drive and pop a lock on a vehicle she chargers the same $3 per mile to pop the lock even though they are not towing the vehicle . I felt was to much, so the woman hung up on me. Very rude and bad business. I will never call Rick's Towing again !!
