They have the most knowledgeable staff and a collection of nuts, bolt, washers, and specialty fasteners that will astound you. They have helped make my vehicle restorations a reality. If you do t think they make a part for your car or motorcycle anymore, talk to these people. They will help you out.

Third time I ve been in this store and it s the same guy on the computer who does welcome you when entered. Besides being extremely over priced regardless if it s mom I am pop you should never stare at a customer like they re wasting your time when they approach the counter not knowing exactly what they are talking about. This is why I take my Business across the road, I ll keep NAPA in the rear view mirror.

People are very rude! Go to O'Reilly's they have the same Parts but cheaper and treat you like a human

These guys never have anything. Out of 4 times that I ve gone in all 4 these guys have been acting rude They need to work on their social skills

Great service very very helpful in everything and they always have everything I need and if they don't they're always willing to look for it or order it for me and they treat you very very well and very polite and help

Friendly and helpful manager. Picked up windshield wipers and rented a uhaul.. no hitches and communicated clearly regarding rental logistics to another city

They charge anywhere from 50 to 100 dollars more for parts....and they are from the same manufactures... so why such an increase to customers?
