I was quoted $2,500 for a transmission rebuild on a 2003 Ford Explorer. After several weeks I was told that the transmission could not be rebuilt and a new transmission would cost $3,500. I declined the service and was told I had to pay $600 to get my car back. I told the repair shop that at no time was I quoted a fee, orally or in writing, to look at the vehicle. The shop will not release the car back to me without payment of $600. The shop also said they called me several times but there are no calls registered on my phone from the shop. I called them several times asking for the status and could have been told at that time there was a diagnostic fee. They are not registered with the BBB.Service: Transmission

William is a very good mechanic. I've always have brought my trucks to him when I have time or I'm in town. Also he doesn't try to get rich off of u. His prices are very low, just depending on what u need. I recommend him to everybody that needs a mechanic.

I have driven by so many times. I stopped in explained what I needed told me to come the next day. Fernando called me with the cost and my son's car was fixed the same day. You are now our repair shop.
