I was traveling back to Lubbock from San Jon and got a flat. The guys at Tireworks sent a driver to air up the tire to get me back to the shop. They took care of me and had me back on the road in 45min tops. I was home in time safe and sound.

This is not my only bad experience at this location. I called to schedule an appointment for an alignment first thing the following day. After sitting there for 30 minutes one of the guys comes out to say I had to reschedule because his manager had not showed up. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

Don't get used tires from here! I got one and I've been having to put air in my tire every two days. Took it back and they plugged it but it's still leaking air

Quick and friendly. Drive through town on my way to Houston and my car started flashing maintenance required found this place and got oil change and inspection for great price and they were all so kind!

Can t say enough nice things about this spot. We live in the Austin area and were in town visiting family. Noticed a few tires may not back the trip back. In rough shape. Sergio and Billy are some kind dudes. Billy tracked down some replacements and made sure I was all set to travel safely home that same day.Shop is clean. Dudes are friendly. New shop to me - have used Hereford Tireworks for 15 years - but Farwell's locale employs equally excellent workmanship and amiable staff as their "mother ship" location. Won't trust my tires to anyone else!

Update: I appreciate the response on Google but I did reach back out and was asked which rims I have. This is proof they aren t taking care of it because they had to look it back up. I was also told it was back ordered but then they had no records of my offset??? I have all this via text so I have the proof necessary. I also don t understand why I have to reach out to YOU when my name is right here and you have my number. I will give it one last try before beginning a reporting procedure. -I think I most likely got there for a very non-traditional bad experience based on previous reviews. We were just unfortunate but that doesn't change all the wrongs this location did to us!We brought our truck in for a flat tire. They patched the tire, said it was good to go. I drove about 1 mile when the tire was back to 10PSI and had to turn around and limp it back.The second time they fixed the tire, the air held and we should have been good to go; however, they scratched my custom rims and they knew it was them but didn't tell me until we called them out and they said it was their machine that did it!We then waited there until they ordered a replacement rim for the truck and they said they would call us. It has been 1 month and no call back so we looked into it and they said it was on backorder. 3 days later they contacted us again and said they don't even know which rims or offset it was - this means it was never ordered in the first place?This is terrible business practices for any company but is unexpected from one so highly rated. Once I eventually get my rim replaced, I will never go back.

Really great shop. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Had a friendly and knowledgeable staff and was clean and well organized.I came in for a vehicle safety inspection and was promptly served. Great military discount and friendly people! I ll definitely be buying my next set of tires here!

This place was a breath of fresh air. We were moving from Oregon to Florida driving a busted up 16ft budget truck with tire issues and rolled into their shop with our 2nd flat tire. Amazing and caring staff. Caring was not one of Oregon's strong suits and best of all we were able to throw our damn masks away after crossing that border lol! well, until the next state.

I was going through town, when I got low tire pressure and I needed to find some air ,There was none at stripes or at the Allsup's. I googled to see what was the nearest tire place and I happen to find this place not only did they accommodate me immediately they helped me fill up my tires .the sweetest gentleman also reset my oil llight that was on. he was so friendly and nice and took his time. I definitely recommend this place. thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me!

Not happy with this place. Been trying to get an account for quite awhile and they wont let me. They tried ripping me off $4000 for something i didn't even need. Had my dad in law look at my truck and it was a simple fix. Wouldn't recommend

I'm not from the area. About 2 weeks ago I was in an accident where most people would consider "the middle of nowhere". These guys drove out to me, put a spare on my car, helped me through everything, and let my car get towed from their place. The service is absolutely unmatched. Thank y'all for the help again!!

My husband and I are both management in customer service. We don't lock our doors at either of our stores until exactly when we are suppose to. It was snowing last night, and I stopped in to tireworks to get some air at 5:57p.m. Billy, the manager, was outside locking the door. I asked if they were closed and he said yes. I told him I just needed a little air in one of my tires, and he proceeded to tell me they already dumped all their air. So that would mean they were ready to close early much sooner than just 3 minutes. If you have your hours posted on Google, then that's how long you should be open. If you run a tire shop during a snow storm, you should be open until you specified closing time so you can service the community and their tires.

So my wife just wrote a review about her not able to get air last night due to tire works closing early and we were going to leave it at that. She's there now. She went at 7:40am and the lights were off. She went and put gas and came back and said the man inside treated her as if she were an inconvenience. She works 45 minutes away and needs good tire pressure to get the safely. I bought my tires, all 4, at tireworks in Farwell. I already have a 1 star review for the one in Hereford. We were planning to put new tires on her 2019 equinox right here in Farwell, but I believe we will be going elsewhere from now on.

My car had a VeRy flat tire, n you sent someone on site to air it up (in the rain), he then offered n kindly followed me to ur shop n was able to get tire fixed. Thank you so much for ur kindness,help,n hospitality.

Pinched the tube on a road grader tire, then charged 360.00 to fix the 800.00 tire...He argued i ran over something but there was no whole in the new tire!!!

I just stuck my head in to check out the tire shop that was also an FFL that my son delivers guns from his shop to. Quite a nice tire shop, and a decent small display of firearms.
