They had my tire fixed and put back on in less than 10 minutes! I didn't even get out of the car! Very friendly and great price!

This place was awesome! My brakes were shot, and no one else nearby would answer the phone. I showed up on a whim during their lunch break, and they dropped everything and had me in and out in 45 minutes. I was FLABBERGASTED. With new pads and rotors, I expected to at least wait an hour and a half. But I was in and out, and it was way less money than I was expecting! Highly recommend!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming because of the positive attitude of the staff. I appreciated their explanations and assistance with my car. I recommend this place to others, and I will happily visit again! Also, there's a nice little water station to keep you hydrated as you wait!!

Had a tire replaced for a new one and wanted to keep my old one for a spare guess not. I hope they didn't damage my new tire like this as well (update they broke my key socket)

Stopped in for an oil change and state inspection. The guys were kind, professional, great customer service. They didn t try to sell me more than I needed which is usually my experience at other chain stores. They had me in and out quickly. I will go back to them with anything my vehicle needs in the future!

This place is great. Service is top notch at the best price. Skip the big chains that will charge 300% of what it should cost. These guys are more than fair and fast.

Would not recommend coming here. Came here for an alignment because it was pulling a little to the left main guy was helpful but his workers are clueless to what they were doing they ended up saying i needed some parts that ended up not being the problem and they said they could not do the alignment as their machine did not fit so i paid them 70 to eyeball an alignment which was turning my tie rod 2 times which made the pulling worse. I ended up buying the parts myself as they tried to charge me almost double for each part and said they would give me a free alignment. ended up paying more for the alignment and did not have the tools for the job ended up leaving truck there and came back 5 hours later and they were barely getting done after having brute forcing the repair and taken it on a joyride since the transmission was hot and my skid plate was missing and when i asked for it they asked if i really wanted it and told me more parts needed replacing ,they did not and wanted to charge me for the expensive part and the tools aswell i ended up leaving and the initial problem got significantly worse after a while my tires had worn badly so i went to get alignment at another place where they told me the actual parts that were worn ended up buying and replacing myself and taking it to get the alignment for 99 somewhere else took them like 20 mins and told me when they were done that whoever did the alignment last looked like they did not even attempt an alignment and that even one of the tie rods was waay longer than the other after seeing the report i saw how the alignment looked like they did the opposite of the alignment

I brought my car in to be aligned. They would not touch it bc the shocks etc had to be replaced. So I ave that done ( not by them). I bring it back to get an alignment. Month goes by my car is out of alignment again. I bring my car in and the guy spends about 20 min with my car and brings me back and says you have a stripped screw. Mind you they were the LAST ONES TO TOUCH MY CAR. I bring my husband back with me and we both try to nicely explain, they were the last ones to touch my car. The guy gets ugly with ME and walks AWAY. My husband talks to him and he blames everything under the sun except that it s their fault. From old parts that we put on ( not true). But remember it was ok when we got it aligned. I recommend everyone stay away from this place. BUT IF YOUR FEMALE RUN. MAJOR MAJOR taking advantage of women vibes from this place

Very happy with the service both times I went there.Update: 5/11/23 - Just got home from getting 4 new tires, an alignment, oil change, and state inspection. The guys at McKinney Auto & Tires are truly customer focused, value driven, and do incredible work. Once again, I'm a very happy customer.

Got my new tires put on yesterday evening. Drove right around the corner to my house and when I got back in my vehicle this morning my tire had lost 12 pounds over night. I took my car straight back up there and they found a crack in the rim. Said I must ve hit something/pot hole or something and cracked it. There s no way. I would ve noticed hitting something hard enough to crack my rim. The younger employee that is always there is always a nice guy.

First off DO NOT USE Firestone or jiffy lube in Princeton. The Firestone tech straight lied to my face and told me I needed new windshield wipers. I'm a diesel technician so I was just gonna go to wal mart and get some. Took one look at one and could immediately tell they were both in great shape. Plus the way he told just like yea you have to change these for it to pass. Now for jiffy lube, no where near as bad they just wouldn't do it because of a small technicality. I took it here had me in and out in 10 mins and even gave me a great deal on a patch and tire replacement I needed! Been brining all our cars here to get inspections. I actually am brining the car I just bought today to get the inspection done. You can tell when another mechanic knows what hes doing and isn't in it just to make money but to treat customers right and make sure they get treated fairly and get quality and timely work done, instead of charging as much as they can cause they make think you don't know to much. Trust me when you find a local business like this make sure you support them. Cause these are the business I want in our community. Thank you Mckinney auto and tires! Sorry about writing a novel not my intention lol

It was my first time getting my car inspected and immediately I was greeted before I was even in a parking lot. Super friendly and it only took maybe 5-10 minutes. They told me what to do when I get my car inspected and where to go. I would absolutely recommend.

I had tire emergency at 530 PM on a Saturday. I am fortunate to be passing by. The McKinney Auto and Tires team immediately helped. They assessed and repair. Out in 20 minutes. Professional. Friendly. Helpful.RachaelService: Tires
