We purchased a Ram 5500 with an aluminum Tmax bed and a Stellar 7630 crane. It only took three weeks to have our truck build exactly like we wanted. Service Truck Depot and Chad Ivie(our salesman) are great. Customer support is top notch.

Bought a truck from this place about two years ago. Worked with Cody, great guy. Got me what I needed when I needed it. Haven't had any issues at all with the service part of the truck, the dodge it was put on has had its issues but thats besides the point.As an expanding business we were in the market for another service unit, figured we would get another from the same place as the experience was great the first time around. Called up cody, got a truck within my time frame.All was going well until about 1000 miles on the truck and the transmission completely went out and left me on the side of the road. Apparently some kind of recall on dodge for a defective K1 snap ring. Called up service truck depot about a loaner as I figured I'd be out of a service truck awhile. They said I'm out of luck, since it was a dodge issue and not a crane issue. Frustrating, but makes sense. I get the truck towed to a dealership and the truck was down for about two months waiting on parts, they finally ended up putting a "new" transmission in the truck after 3 failed rebuild attempts. This is why it was down so long.Anyways I went to pick the truck up and I was told I had to pay about 380 dollars as the PTO removal was not covered under warranty from dodge, not a big deal although I feel like I shouldn't be on the hook for this after all, I just paid over 200,000 for a "new truck". I called up Cody and he agreed that I shouldn't have to pay anything, he said send the bill over and he will get it taken care of. Weeks go by and I don't hear anything. Mind you I was just out of a brand new service truck for over two months.I asked for an update on the reimbursement and he said upper management said they were not going to be refunding me as it wasn't their problem, it was a dodge problem. I told them exactly what dodge told me, that the PTO was something service truck depot added and needed to be removed so they needed to charge time for it.After multiple attempts to talk to "upper management" myself, crickets... So here we are. Me leaving a honest review of the company as a whole over 380$ which honestly I could care less about. It's the principle. Forget about the lost revenue from the truck being gone for 2+ months, again not STD fault, but still. As a repeat customer they should of done better.I will not be taking down this review as they were given the chance to make this right multiple times and have refused to do so. I will not be buying anymore of my service trucks here.

Cody and team have always done an exceptional job for me. Most recently I had a crane truck with an inop crane remote. In addition, I needed the crane operations verified. Cody and team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and swiftly took care of the task. Thanks and job well done.Mike M.
