Wrecked my truck last year. Went there because it was a state farm approved shop. Truck was in for 30 day +/- Got it back and immediately knew it wasn t right. Truck has been back 3-4 times. I was assured it was fixed and fine. Finally got a day off and took it to another shop which quickly told me no repairs looked to have been done. Several things obviously shoukd have been fixed. Its ruined 2 brand new front tires with 6k miles on them. Mechanic said It was NOT safe to drive and should have it towed home. Called my insurance agent furious and refuse to take it back there! They have started a claim against them. Didnt have options of negative stars so 1 star was the worst i could give. Im not unfamiliar to the mechanical side and keep saying something isnt right! Guess they should be glad it didnt kill me driving down the road!

We had an amazing experience! Our VW had some body damage and they fixed it in a timely manner. Very friendly, car was immaculate when we picked it up! We will refer friends and recommend this business!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Stay Away. They charged me $540 for 10 mile tow. I had an accident nearby, and I was calling my AAA to tow my car to repair shop. Emergency units told me AAA does not operate there, and called this company instead. They arrived 1.5 hours later, and they refused to tow my car to mechanic shop I want. Instead they towed to their place which is 10 miles in opposite direction. They charged me $540 for 10 mile tow. It turns out AAA perfectly works there via local companies, and AAA towed my car from their store to my mechanic shop for a much cheaper price. I am highly disappointed to see such a scam taking advantage of the difficult situations of the people. While I was thinking about $4-5K repair costs for my car, they skimmed me $500 for 10-mile towing. I saw similar scams in different places, but I was completely surprised to see something like this in mid-Texas. Shameful!

I went here to get my old 94 f150 2wd aligned somewhere around September 2019 I think and they did a great job. I took my 96 f250 4wd two weeks ago today and asked to set up an appointment with their alignment specialist and they said he was out and thought he'd be back later that day and they'd call me later because they don't know what his schedule looks like. Two days later I called to ask again to set up an appointment and got the same story, so the following Monday I went to Alignment King in Corsicana and got it aligned that same day since they were having a slow day. All in all I liked the service I got here the first time but, I don't like being ignored.
