I got a trip to Houston in a Honda Odyssey and my car broke down because of the alternator and we were stranded at the highway we found this repair shop next to a good town happy to see Pete thanks for the happy time

Highly recommend this auto service center as the customer service was great and the auto repair service is commendable. I took my Jeep to them for repair. I am glad I did. Very satisfied with the repair and service received.

MAP services did fix a brake hose that busted on my car. He started out being very helpful but one day copped a attitude with me over calling him on a Sunday. Came out of nowhere. Shops overcrowded and I m sure he s understaffed by the organisational setup of the shop. I recommend but Jerry is unpredictable and I m afraid loyalty to you as a customer is paper thin.

Driving from Dallas my vehicle's engine quit. Called a towing company and since I live in Spring TX, I asked them where I should get it repaired. They recommended MAP Services. The vehicle was towed to MAP. Later that afternoon I received a call from MAP. I expected to hear they wouldn't be able to look at the vehicle for days. I was totally surprised when Jerry said he already looked at it and described what the problem was. He contacted Hyundai since the problem most probably would be covered by warranty. Jerry went far beyond what I expected. My only regret is MAP is 2 hours from my house so probably won't need their excellent service again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

While driving from Dallas to Houston on I45 south bound, my brake line busted. Really scary. Luckily I was 1/2 mile from exit 197 and limped to Love s truck stop. Geico sent a tow truck, but me being from Maryland I had no Idea where to take my car. Tow truck driver simply said: Sir, don t worry. I ll take you to the best mechanic in town. We left my car over night and called Jerry at 8am the following morning to tell him the problem. He just said: sir, don t worry I ve got this. Long story short Jerry picked me up from my hotel at 10:00am my car fixed.Love this guy.Super honest and efficient.Highly recommended!!!

These guys were so friendly and took care of me! I went in thinking I needed my brakes done and found out that wasn't the case. They didn't try to upsell me (my car is a lemon and I know there's a ton of stuff wrong with it lol), but they did let me know a couple of things up with it, but didn't pressure me to get it fixed for the visit. They will have my business next time I need to get my car looked at/worked on!!

I usually don t Have time to write reviews, But I thought it was necessary to inform the public about the services(or lack of services) that I received from this repair shop. I will agree that the gentleman was very nice and helpful to work on my vehicle on the weekend and let me pick it up on a Sunday evening. Although, he was very negligent with his work. My vehicle was towed to his shop and he told me that my oil and antifreeze was low. I explained to him that that was not possible because my husband had just checked all the fluids, Including the oil and antifreeze. Several codes read that there was low oil pressure to the engine and he never check them out. When I picked up the car two days later, I drove the car less than 2 miles and my engine blew from the same issue that he should ve fixed before. At this point I m stuck with him taking the car back to his shop and charging me for A repair On a new engine. Which he should have fixed the problem before it blew the engine. This whole incident has escalated farther than what I have time to explained. Called him to tell him we were picking it up to take it home and I ask him if they were any storage fees and he told me no, until I told him I needed his insurance to file a negligent claim on his shop. Out at this point he is telling me I owe storage fees because I m not going to let him replace the engine for $4000. Unfortunately, now there s going to have to be a small claims filed and an attorney from state bar of Texas involved. He should ve just fixed it in the first place or provided his liability insurance for his shop. Now he s going to be in for court fees from small claims court and a larger suit from an attorney plus paying for my engine and all of the time and money I have spent to get my car back.

Amazing and honest shop. This is the shop you want to be doing business with. I was on a delivery route and was pressed for time and one shop told me $800 to fix. MAP services had me back on the road in no time as they even recommended me a shop for tire services for under $200. Saves me time and a ton of money! If I m ever traveling this way again this is the only shop I will do business with. Recommend them 10/10 times!Service: Steering & suspension repair

My car s alternator suddenly malfunctioned on a road trip. Jerry helped us on a Saturday in a pinch. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking your car (whether it is foreign or domestic) to him!

They need more than five! My windshield wipers stopped working in middle of a storm on my way back to college at like 10 at night. He came to where I had pulled over and escorted me to shop and helped me get them working so I could get back. Kind, resourceful, and true southern ingenuity. Thanks again Jerry!

We never Want to take our cars any where else. Jerry is a God send. It brings such security to be able to trust someone to be honest and charge appropriately. He is a Christian and has 35 years experience working on all equipment and automobiles. God bless him.

My son s car broke down on the side of the road coming back from vacation. I had to look for a garage that would work on VW cars. We had it towed here and within 2 hrs we were back on the road. He stayed after 5 to get our car going. I highly recommend this local garage for your auto repairs.

Took my truck there was having throttle body issues. He was able to diagnose and repair within an hour. I would highly recommend MAP Services to anyone needing auto repair near Fairfield tx.

M.A.P. Services was really good to us. They were able to quickly meet us and fix our car. It turned out to be an easy fix, but they did not try to over charge us.
