I honestly think OReillys needs to train their employees more. Every single time, no matter which location we go to, their employees don't really have a clue what they're talking about. They'll sell you parts that aren't even for your particular vehicle, they don't really have any idea of automobiles and they're completely relying on computers to tell them what they need to know. Let's get back to the basics and actually learn what our jobs require.

I am a truck driver. I need a fuel filter. Orlieys was the parts store willing to bring to me. The loves and the TA have no shop. I am impressed by those folks.

Had a misfire on our road trip and this location popped up. They scanned my code and found the problem. They had the part, lent me the tools, and with the help of an awesome stranger, we were able to fix it in the parking lot. Such a faithful business models they provide.

5 minutes was all it took for Chase to leave a great impression. All I needed was new wipers and fluid, but he and his team went far above and beyond helping me, being friendly, and welcoming me. I ll remember this short experience forever. Great store.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had not only at O Reilleys, but at any auto parts store. From the knowledge of the employees to the assistance they offered, I could have not chosen a better store for my truck to break down near. I would like to especially shoutout Esteban Mu�oz. This employee went beyond the extra mile to help me in an extremely difficult time. You simply couldn t have asked for a better employee. He sets the standard for the type of employee you would want to work here, because he wasn t solely focused on making a sale, but rather on ensuring the safety and satisfaction of his customers. There is clearly a great manager behind this team that needs to be acknowledged, because I can tell that this type of drive is fueled by a humble foundation. To describe all the ways he helped would be too much to read, but trust and believe that he left a bright spot on a sour situation. This was more than a transaction, this was an experience, and a great one at that. Thank you again to Esteban and the whole team here, you are truly appreciated.

Stopped here while traveling between Dallas and Houston because of a broken windshield on a rainy day. Employees were very kind and helpful. I asked for assistance with placement of the windshield wipers on my vehicle and the young man kindly obliged. I was in and out in about 7 minutes. I'm surely grateful because I had just left a gas station and purchased two wiper blades that were "universal" and had spent almost an hour sitting in my car trying to fit these "conventional or universal" wipers on my car, until I drove a mile away after giving up and ran into O'Reillys by accident. Thankful for that, though! In and out with zero issues from O'Reillys.

So, I had one of those days where just about every event made you want to just * sigh *Then, when my husband's truck provided a code, I was not surprised. Useless, yet not surprised.I didn't want to drive it one inch. However, across the street was the Fairfield, Texas O'Reilly's. Curtis came out with a code reader the same time I finally reached a family member who was a mechanic. They spoke a second of car talk and at the SAME time drew the same conclusion. You can't make this stuff up. My husband, also a former mechanic, agreed with them. He was out of town at the time. My point is, Curtis, my hero that day, through O'Reilly's willingness to serve and his own level of expertise, saved me from buying a new engine!! Go Curtis, Go O'Reilly's and GO Chase! Chase for staffing such men of integrity and patience and knowledge. We are grateful. Very Grateful

Excellent service! While traveling through Texas from Nebraska, we thought we might have a bad battery. Chase was great about checking it out and getting us set up with a new battery. We were back on the road in a half hour.

Wow, what a great group of people! We had car troubles and everyone was helpful, running diagnostics to help figure out the issue. They helped us with ideas and how to get where we needed to be. They helped us a lot.

Had car trouble heading to Houston and stopped in to get parts. It was 8am an I didn t have all the stuff I needed to make repairs but the Manager and staff let me use what I needed and were very helpful

I tried for almost a hour tonight to get somebody to answer the phone and couldn't get a single answer. Even if someone would have answered and put me on hold would of been better than not answering the phone. And now to make things even worse, they're closed and are the only store around that has my brake pads. It's a snow ball kind of thing, they don't answer, makes me up set, now they are closed, makes me very upset and tomorrow morning boss will fi d out I can't come In until I've got new pads put on and he will get mad , take it out on another employee and it will snowball out of control. Moral of the story,* answer your stinking phone when someone calls.

While this is a nice newly built store, the customer service sucks! I went to see if there was something I could get my dad for Christmas. There were 3 guys at the front counter talking. I walked up and down almost every isle for something that could've been answered with a simple yes or no. Not one time did anyone greet me or ask if I needed help. I literally passed the registers at least 3 times. They were still talking by the third time so I just left.

It's a nice store to grab a quart of oil or 2. Not too bad getting on some parts when I'm in the Village and needed them.Thank you for the help getting a part the other day even if I had to wait till next day.

Radiator hose busted once I parked at Fairville McDonald's just down the street. I called from their bathroom and spoke to a young lady that told me they were open and my part was in stock (surprised because of the holiday!!). Upon arrival CHASE and a couple of customers gave me and my baby girl a hand in getting us fixed and back on the road. Excellent Service! They were very nice!

You order parts? They say next day by noon or 3pm, I've heard both. Don't count on it.. Expect 3 to 4 days before it shows. Be prepared.

Went there on Sunday to have them check my check engine light and reset it, and the hoping guy checked it but tells me that they're not allowed to reset them there. I guess he thought we were dumb if you can't reset it, you shouldn't be able to check it either.

They sell auto parts but don't expect any other thing. Technician appeared to struggle with replacing the battery.
