I am so used to being dipped by places because I'm a women. The jacked up prices, the non existent problems, it's been awful. But this place is incredible. I have been going for two solid years and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They listen, they are kind and efficient. They even offered me some of their pizza, office lunch, to be courteous. I will never go anywhere else.

These guys were absolutely professional and helpful when we had trailer blow outs travelling on a holiday weekend. Unlike other places we called they had what we needed in stock and were quick. Thanks a bunch yall and happy new year!

I was on a trip from Dallas. Tire came off rim on my aerator on trailer. They reseated it in 5 minutes, put air in it, no charge. Super nice people in a small town!

Jalon was amazing. He worked in the dark on the shoulder of a very busy freeway. He replaced our tire with a brand new one that he brought with him, he was kind, professional, and extremely efficient, taking extra steps to ensure no damage was done to the vehicle or rim.

Driving from Houston to Dallas, I noticed some pulling on my steering wheel and shaking in my 4runner at higher speeds. When I stopped for gas, I noticed some uneven wearing on a front tire. The thought of going to a tire shop didn t appeal to me but I didn t haves choice. I randomly found Madness Tire and Rim and am thankful I did.The guy calmly accepted I was in a hurry, listened to what I wanted to rotate existing tires and let a different tire wear on the front then I d do it again on the route back to Houston and set out to do it, apparently for no charge. When he took that edge worn front tire off, it immediately became evident it wasn t going back on; an internal band had ruptured and bulged out. I was suddenly grateful that I wasn t in pile of twisted metal from the blowout that would have sent my truck into immediate high speed flips had it happened.Madness staff found the tire I needed, sold me that and service for a good price (my one complaint is the compilation of additional small fees added to pricing; just put all that in the price) then had me safely on the road in less time than it took for me to write this to write this review.

very poor. service. honestly the worst ever. these people do not care about the customer. it's all about how much cash the can scam you out of. there is a line between caring and straight ripping people off because no one else is open.

Trailering 2 horses up I-45 and had blowout on trailer. We were able to limp our trailer 7 miles to Madness Tire and they took care of us immediately! Very friendly and quick!!

Our Honda pilots alternator failed on Labor Day and they rushed someone out to Oreillys and got us back going really quick. Very reasonable price for having a mobile mechanic come out and work hard to get you back on the road fast. Definitely keeping their card if I ever need to use them again. Great work.

EVERYONE IN THE SHOP WAS SUPER NICE!!! GOT MY TIRES REPLACED IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES THE GUYS WERE AWESOME!

I was traveling North on i-45 when a woman in front of me had a blowout almost causing accident. The guy from Madness Tires pulled right up within 2 minute's she was back on the road. Thanks Madness Tires

Be ready to pay $200 for a single tire !They started off at $80 and kept adding fake fees til they got to 200 . Also unprofessional employees with their guns out pointing them at each other. Felt very unsafe . If you want to save money and feel safe choose somewhere else cause this spot is not it.

do not call them. vey expensive tire shop . They tricked my driver by not telling him that there is a minimum labor of $240 and service call of $120. We end up paying $ 885 for changing one trailer tire. What a rip off.

Mike and Jalen helped me out big time. I was passing through late at night and my tire went flat. They met me at their shop and had me a new tire put on and I was ready to get back on the road in minutes. They also have roadside assistance so if you re in the area and need help, call these men!

Madness Tire and Rim saved us! We were stranded halfway between Houston and Dallas, what felt like the middle of no where, no gas stations or hotels for like 15 miles, on the side of the highway, on a Saturday night when a tow truck was no where to be found by my insurance company (was going to be a 4+ hour wait for a tow to a tire shop that wasn t even going to be open). We found Madness and they pulled up less than 20 minutes after they said they were on the way. The mechanic was professional, quick, and even checked the rest of my tires to be sure they were properly inflated. We were back on the road within an hour and all for a super reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend this service above being towed anywhere!

After speedco Could not fix my air leak And could not fix my electrical problem and made problems worse With no lights on my trailer at all. Had to call road service in. Then came a long madness tire and rim. They were here in 30 minutes or so and once they fixed speedco's mess up, He got everything fixed. He was very professional And did an amazing job.

The guys here are awesome. My splash shield on the bottom of my car started dragging on my way to Dallas, and I dropped by to check it out. They yanked it off and had me on my way in no time and were super cool and chill about it.

Had a blowout around 10:30 p.m. and these guys had be back in business by midnight. My service technician (Jalon) was very friendly very quick. Highly recommend

He found us easily. He was able to take off my rim locks without my key because I left it back home. He did the job super fast and he was very nice and attractive. A little pricey but for the availability and quality of work it s underneath. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having car trouble going to Dallas.

Workers were good, I personally think $20 to balance a tire is excessive! Expensive, couldn't print receipt. They said it would be texted to me through their system, however it was not.

Just had the misfortune of having a tire issue that left me stranded on busy I45 just outside of Fairfield, TX. My Triple A tow truck towed me to Madness Tire and Rim where the most polite and professional young man not only replaced our tire, but checked and adjusted the pressure in the other tires as well. I paid a total of $230 for the new tire for my Cadillac XT5, and I am more than ok with that! We were there 15 minutes, and back on the road!10/10 would highly recommend.

I couldn't find a tire shop anywhere nearby that would replace my son's dirt bike tire and innertube. Madness Tire not only got the tires fixed but they stayed after hours to make sure it got done for my son's first race the next day!!. The entire crew was very nice and extremely helpful.

We were stranded near Centerville with a run flat tire that would not hold any air. We called Allstate Roadside service and they were supposed to send a tow truck ..which did not make it in the 5 hours we were stranded in pouring rain. The Madness Tire Co luckily had our tire. We were 35 miles away from them. They came out and got us up and running. They had to send two trucks because my car was missing a tire lock key. Then, changed the tire in pouring rain. So appreciate their service! Very professional.
