I just bought a Charger from this dealership and I would highly recommend them. I came from out of town to get the car so I needed to know the price upfront. Sales rep Keaton was very straight forward and easy to work with to understand the out the door price - and the price was really good right off the bat, didn't have to haggle a lot. James, the finance manager, also got a bunch of info from us upfront so we didn't have to spend a long time in the dealership. There were no high pressure sales tactics, no online prices that turn out to be fake because there are $4000 in dealer add-ons you can't remove, and no cars posted online that "just sold but they have another more expensive car" I talked to over a dozen dealerships and only 2 were this easy to work with. The other one didn't have the car we wanted.. so we ended up going all the way to Freedom for for the right car at the right price with sales folks that were easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Bought a new beautiful ram back in August. Very friendly sales. I think his name is Bradley. I like him. They did add $2000 to my price since I paid cash. I should have walked out right then. Then I got pulled over because they didnt put the right paper tag on my truck. Then the right paper tags expired before I had to call and see if my permanent ones were in yet. They were there apparently for almost a month and I never got a phone call. Now January my truck needs repair and can t be driven. Service will not offer a loaner and I was told maybe my sales guy can get me one if they choose to . Oh and that it could be two weeks before I get my truck back. Or I can drive my shaking and unsafe truck another 30 minutes away to a bigger dealership. Bigger dealership pushed us off and says call Chrysler and they can help. Chrysler says they won t do anything either and to file on my auto insurance for a rental.I will definitely rethink before buying from any of these people again.Update: An hour later a lady was so happy to call me and let me know she followed up with her GM and they won t be able to help me since they do not have a loaner program.Update: I went to a dodge dealership in Corsicana and it was a factory defect that they were able to fix and I m picking up my truck the next day. I also found out that freedom spelled my name wrong and made it extremely difficult to even find my warranty information so I guess attention to detail is yet another thing they lack.I definitely will not be returning to this dealership and have already sent someone to the purchase at the new one.

Service is really poor. Terrible communication from the service department. I was warned about them. Take your vehicle elsewhere, for service. Extremely slow! Even the GM lies.

I bought a black on black 2022 Jeep gladiator from Keaton and the Freestone Jeep dealership family and I'm extremely happy with it and The finance team was amazing. Kip was on top of his game also. This is the fourth vehicle we have bought from this group of people and we will shop nowhere else. Their customer service deserves five stars. I was in and out within hours. We are the happy owners of a new Ram 3500 longhorn. The truck is as represented online. Keaton was our salesman and he was wonderful. James handled our paperwork and he was fast and efficient. We highly recommend Freestone. It is worth the drive!

Do Not buy from this dealership. They flat out lied to me and now that I am trying to get it resolved I was told to speak to Kyle Williams and he will not answer or return my calls. Live three states away and I now have $5000 in work that needs to be done and nobody is around to help out.

Freestone Ram deserves a 10 star review. What an outstanding dealership!!! I have bought many new vehicles over the years and this was by far the easiest truck trade I have ever done. Mike Richardson is unbelievable salesman. He literally put the deal together in a matter of minutes and had my truck delivered to Little Rock, AR the very next day! He answered ALL my questions. Mike provides excellent, professional customer service. I had some questions about the truck so Mike, Kyle, Sarah and a skilled tech created a short video demo answering my question regarding the truck security system. I'm still waiting for my survey from Ram Trucks. They will definitely get 10 stars in ALL categories. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend Freestone CJDR. This place is the does nothing but lie about when they are going to get to your vehicle. They told me they would have it in the shop next Monday and that s all I have heard for 3 weeks is next Monday next Monday and finally went to get the truck today and they tell me this Monday like always but the battery is dead know and they will not honor it so I wouldn t trust them with my son s hot wheels car to fix it. This place is a joke

The salesman (Bruce) was there from Florida to help with a sale they were having, he was great, super nice and straight forward which I greatly appreciated. I received a brochure with a "winning" ticket, stating I had won $ (NOT TRUE, NOT COOL BUT IT GOT ME THERE and I left with a pair of earbuds instead of $5000) always read the fine print and hope you understand it. Maybe if I hadn't felt deceived the chance of me leaving in a vehicle would've been better.

Yesterday received a thing in the mail saying we won 2500 cash. My wife called up there and they said yes come up tomorrow no strings attached and the less prize she could have won was a 250 Amazon card. She drives an hour with 3 kids and gets up there spends an hour up they to get a 5 dollar coupon for McDonald's. The lie and are crooks. Very deceptive.We have a picture showing that it was winning for the 2500 cash. I'll add the photo with the winning number showing it going to the 2500. If you put "winning numbers" that match up from the reveled number and say it's not your lieing and unfair.

AMAZING service, hats off to Eric and Team! We were on our way back from Houston to WI, when disaster struck. It was the Friday before the upcoming Christmas Holiday and had their team not pulled off a miracle, we would have been stuck until after the holidays that following Wednesday. We pulled in at 7:30 in the morning and they were able to figure out a way to fix our vehicle and get us back on the road by 2:30 that day! Not only did they get our vehicle in immediately, but the hospitality and warm wishes were much appreciated. THANK YOU and if we lived just a touch closer, you would definitely be our go to folks for life!

It's a dealership! The salesman was fairly new, so no hard sell, and that's a good thing.They didn't have much new inventory that interested me and the vehicle I was interested in was 6 to 8 weeks or more for delivery.

Received a peel off from Freestone Dodge in the mail.. after peeling it off it showed it was a winning ticket of $5000.. called dealership and spoke to Marie (extremely rude on phone) called before driving way over an hour to Fairfield to see if this was legit.. Marie was rude and said yes it s legit just come to dealership! I ve answered your questions! Do you have anymore? Marie is not the type of person a business needs to have interacting with the public!..I called because we had just had a house fire and didn t want to waste time/fuel or effort to waste a trip to their dealership Apon arriving went in to find out it was just a pair of ear pods.. now how does $5000 CASH turn into ear pods? Once again just a scam to try and lure people into a horrible dealership no empathy for a person struggling through an emergency.. never heard anything good about Freestone Dodge and this seals it for me.. will never grace their doors again! And I am a Dodge girl!

We got a FANTASTIC deal! Jim and Michelle are a great team and helped match us to the perfect car for our family! The process was smooth and easy! We did almost everything over the phone. We walked in signed and walked out drove off with our brand new 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad Plus! Highly recommended!!

Horrible Sales Team.Went to purchase a used truck they had listed online.Communicating over phone/text was great, and helped match my budget.I was still paying in the mid-high KBB value, so not getting any real discount (4% from asking price) but a fair price for a fair truck.I set up an 11am sales appt, took a day off of work, and drove 4 HOURS to Freestone. Then the fun began.-Upon arrival, the sales team disregarded my appointment to close a deal with another customer (they would make more money from that deal).-Sales had assured me this was a non-smoker vehicle, WRONG, truck reeked of cover-up chemicals and had cig-burns on the visor and roof of truck- Did a test drive with my gf, and the truck violently shook at 60mph.I brought it back and the "sales manager" jumped it to drive the car.He was death-gripping the wheel at 60mph proclaiming that there was no shake at all. I had him loosen his grip on the steering wheel and the steering wheel rattled and entire truck shook.- After these test drives, they had my gf and I go out to lunch while the service team would "balance the tires". The truck had brand new tires.We go to lunch and 1 HOUR later return to the dealership. The sales manager goes "Ok, well my team said they can balance the tires if you still want us to do that"... They didn't do a thing for a whole hour.- The freestone team now rushes to get the tires balanced, so my gf and I waited for over another HOUR for the tires to be balanced. By this time the original salesman shows back up and starts showing attention.- Eventually, we get the truck "balanced" and go for another drive.The truck is still violently shaking.- We get back to the shop and the manager wants to know if I'm ready to buy. He assures me, with all of his wisdom, "this is simply a tire issue".OK, put a new set of tires on and I will buy the truck. The sales manager refused to put a new set of tires on the truck, because it would be a $700 loss to his shop. (I am trading in a 2007 Tacoma, that will easily flip for 2K+ in profit to this shop)We couldn't work out a deal, and I drove 4 HOURS home.As a small business owner, it is painful endure a sales process, where it is evident Freestone does not consider the position of the customer nor value the customer's time/money.Their team clearly did not take the time to drive the used truck that was on their lot.

I was not expressed. They do things different. First time to do a dealer trade. I have been to worst places.The lady asked for something that I had no control of. You walk into a Dealer and take care of your Business and walk out. I was there over 45 minutes I was shuffled around. 3 times. I was told to go to one place, then told to go to another place. Where I was standing. They blame me for not getting coming signed. I hope that I don't have to go back there.

I got a flyer in the mail to win a prize I call up there and ask them if it's guaranteed to win one of those 5 prizes mind you the smallest prize was a $250 gift card to Amazon so I go up there this morning with my 3 kids they try to sell me a car I didn't need so I wound up telling them I need to get my prize and get and he hands me a $5 gift card to McDonald's... very disappointing .. not to mention I had winning numbers

Worse experience for any type of service.My 2020 Jeep wrangler got me stranded three hours from home and was towed to the nearest dealership(Freestone Chrysler Jeep Dodge).Sarah Shilling was disrespectful by phone and worse in person, she was asked If I could retrieve some documents inside my jeep and instead of coming with me to retrieve my documents she decides to take it upon her self to search my Jeep with out my consent to grab all my documents that were inside my glove compartment. During the time my jeep was getting serviced I requested to see if I could get a loaner for transportation since I lived three hours away I was turned down with no transportations.Do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I greatly appreciate the time and effort Keaton put in to sell me my truck. As an out of state buyer of a used vehicle, I was very cautious in checking my truck out before committing to buy. Keaton did everything I asked from taking extra pictures and video for me and even had the truck delivered to a neighboring town's Toyota dealer for a pre-purchase inspection. My truck was delivered to GA last night and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.Thanks a lot Keaton!

Beware of the pull tab mail ad giving you false hope of winning something big and walking away with a mini speaker especially with the way gas and diesel prices are driving to location and back.. What a way to earn business right have a pull tab event set up just to talk about buying a vehicle

You think ordering a brand new car would draw interest from a dealership WRONG. Always had to call them to get answers & overall never seemed interested. Went to Corsicana Dodge and got a deal done that night. When buying any car know your worth.. this dealership is not the one

I wish I could give this place ten stars. The staff is kind and generous beyond what I could have imagined. We were headed from Dallas to Houston when our Jeep GC died on us. We got towed to the service center at the dealership. We arrived just after 5:30 so the service department was closed but Eric, the service manager, stayed late to get all of our information in the system so that the team could start on our car first thing in the morning. We didn t have a car so Kristy, one of the employees, gave us a ride to a hotel and recommendations on where to eat dinner. They did their best to get us on the road quickly the next day but had to order parts that take a day to get in. While we were waiting for our ride to arrive from Houston Jim Watterson, another employee, let us borrow his personal vehicle to go grab lunch. Whenever I m in the market for a new car I m definitely making the drive out to give them my business. A big thank you to Eric, Kristy and Jim.

My husband and I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about Jim and Michelle!! They are so informative on the process and can answer any question you have. If you do not live close to Fairfield (like us) I can promise they are worth the drive! You will not be disappointed by any team member at Freestone. They go far more above and beyond than I have ever seen before, they are there for YOU and only YOU!

If you want knowledgeable salesman who's not pushy, and caters to your needs, TJ is the best. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. Visited other car dealerships but went back to this one, because they gave us the best deal without all the bull.
