I get my oil change every 30 days religiously. I came from Centerville looking for a new place because my local place changed management. Really guys $250 for an oil change? Why is so hard for you guys to put together my air cleaner correctly? First time and last time. While I was in the office another lady was having problems with these guys too. I m done.

I've been a customer for 7 years without issue. I went for oil change 3/26/24, and they REFUSED to give me an oil change unless I gave them my home address and email address. They don't "have to" have anyone's address and email address in order to change oil. I know why they might WANT TO have that info. It is ridiculous that they would DENY a customer because I deny them the ability to bombard me with emails & junk mail.

There's really no real reason for an oil change place to require an address and phone number so you can 'be in the system.' Turned around and left. Won't be going back.

Super friendly. Always nice people. They get you in and out very quickly and only reason for only 4 stars is the prices are too high. I won t be going back till the prices go down. Walmart charges me half what they charged me for an oil change and same service and same quality.

Too expensive and all of the items on the invoice, ie; tire pressure, wiper fluid level, air filter check, were ignored until I requested that they at least check my air filter. I try to shop local, but the exact same service at Wal-Mart was 40 dollars cheaper.

We've been going to Fairfield Quick Lube for over a year and every time, it's the same experience -- outstanding. James (I believe he's the owner) always makes us feel like old friends. I had have had an oil change and car inspection here on two different occasions and the service is wonderful! When I was getting the oil change, I needed to run a quick errand (it was within walking distance). Don Gunter, the manager, loaned me his personal vehicle to run the errand because he was concerned for my safety. Both Don and his staff are kind, courteous, and very efficient. My family has been doing business with Mr. Gunter for many years. We have always been pleased with the service to our vehicles, but more importantly, with the excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mr. Gunter always looks out for my best interest regarding oil type and fluids as well as taking care of my annual inspections. Plus, it is always nice to be called by name when I walk into his establishment. I highly recommend you get your next oil change here!Service: Oil change

For the second time I went to try and get an oil change and inspection. You pull up and no one comes out or even acknowledges you. Workers standing around drinking coffee and talking ;after 10 minutes we left. The first time I came was the same you just sit and hope to be acknowledged. Too many choices in the area for that.

I dropped by Friday afternoon, without an appointment. I was greeted promptly by James Gunter. He was and is always friendly. I needed my oil changed, and they got right on it. Also, I didn't think to mention it to James, but my tire pressure was low on 3 of the 4 tires. They air them up to where they should be without me having to ask them to. I really appreciated that. I use Fairfield Quick Lube anytime I have a issue with my vehicle and for getting both of our vehicles inspected. I will continue using them for as long as I'm driving a vehicle. James went above and beyond for me. Needed my front differential fluid changed and my own mechanics that I have used for years threw me under the bus. James took care of it for a more than fair price. I will be getting regular oil changes from there now. James has been taking care of my inspection stickers for several years and never pushed anything else. Thanks again!Service: Oil change

Unbelievably fast. So glad I stopped there on my way through town. I was traveling on a 10hr car trip for work when I realized I was past due for an oil change. I was hoping to make it home but cars computers being what they are wouldn't allow for it. So I did search for a place on my route and these guys pooped up. They were extremely friendly. I was in and out in about 20min if that and back on the road. If you need work on your vehicle go see em

I brought my own oil and filter a few months back and the next oil change I decided to DIY it. When I crawled under my Kia, I found, not my Wix filter, but instead found whatever bulk filter this place uses. Blatant dishonesty has cost them my business.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worst business in Fairfield for sure! Won t be using this business again. My husband went to get my Lexus inspected today and of course he went to pay for my $7 inspection and the manager said that there would be a fee for using a debit card and of course he didn t mention the fee before running my husband s debit card and when he brought the receipt for my $7 inspection the total was now $15.00. I am sorry $8 is not a fee, now your making up some charge to charge us. No fee is more than the state inspection itself. When I asked him he said the $8 was to pay the person taking the payment and then the card company to process the payment. Wow! He will not be getting business from us and we will not be recommending this business to friends or family. Such a shame doing bad business in a small town.

Went in to get my state inspection done and had an employee possibly steal or misplace my spare key waited 30 minutes for owner/operator to get to the store only to be disrespected and told that this was my problem and that I was "wasting his time" lot was empty and I was only customer there. Filled police report encase my truck is broken into in the near future. I am a respected person amongst my peers and would not recommend this business to anyone. Left feeling shocked.

Asked for an inspection and got it done quick! Didn t have the cash on hand since I didn t hit the card minimum of $15 but they let me go and come back to pay

This is the 2nd time i have came here and had the worst service ever by THE MANAGER. I asked to speak to owner and was told he couldnt give me that information and if i wasnt happy with my service to take my business else where.They have an 18 point check list and half of the services where not done to my vehicle. He got mad and started being a jerk when i called him out on the services that were not completed. Will not be returning to this place and i am working on getting a hold of owner and the better business bureau.Service: Oil change

This is a GREAT PLACE!! Owner is friendly. Staff is friendly. They do all the extra little things. Really enjoy the service, attitude, atmosphere. Can't go wrong from my many experiences with them.

Almost tore off my front dust gaurd pulling into the shop (hazardous drain with no smooth entrance). The Manager kept me waiting forever at the front counter. I told him that there was a problem with my state inspection. They had preformed it, and it was not in the state database. I asked if he could look it up in his records and he said "Are you joking? I can't do that. We do hundreds of those a month." Needless to say he just lost a frequent customer.
