Our idler pulley went put taking the serpentine belt with it but thanks to Cesar and Roberto for staying to make sure that we got our parts so that we weren't stranded for the night would definitely recommend this oriellys.

Called ahead, before an hour and 30 minute drive, to make sure part was in stock. Arrived only to be told part was not there.

I called for a price, was placed on hold for 20 mins, then they hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional. But that s what you get when you hire spoiled bratty kids.

They don't have motorcraft in stock plus rude unprofessional service the only one who does the job right is a nice lady at the front counter

Great place to buy your automotive parts. Autozone's customer service has gone down . Oriely's has better customer service. Stay away from the AutoZone in San Eli, the worst!
