Friendly quiet atmosphere which is great when staying in an RV park. Spot are close together but your never bothered by other guest. Park has guest laundry and restrooms with showers just in case you need them. And its behind the storage buildings so your far enough away from 175 to not be bothered with road noise.

They have free internet... absolutely the fastest high speed internet in the area. Wifi covers the whole park. They understand how important internet service is for you and that's why they upgraded to the latest cutting edge networking technology to ensure you get quality uninterrupted high-speed internet always! Nice little park. No frills, but does have a shower and nice and clean laundry room. I was surprised that they were closed on Sunday and when I made the reservation was advised to just come in on Monday to pay. I had to ask a neighbor for the wifi password as I came in when they were closed. They have pet rules but not very well enforced. Cows come up to the back fence and poop. Convenient for long term campers as the park is directly behind the Storage. Rent storage and/or rent a space. Very busy road in front. But.. you don't hear the road as the park is behind storage units. But. be patient if you are getting onto the road against traffic. The dumpster is way in the front near the street. Did not like that. No dumpster back where the actual park is. Not a fan. I paid the same rent here as I have for much nicer parks with more amenities.

Stayed here from Michigan for 3 weeks. It is not a horrible campground and has full hookups. I stayed here so I could attend the RV School up the road. Bathrooms were dirty 1 day, made a phone call and they were on it to clean it. Price wise was very reasonable compared to the Texan. for my 3 week stay was just north of $400.00. The Texan was like $300 a week. Do the math. It is only a 10 min drive to the RV school. The wifi was spotty at times but I was able to connect and watch netflix and Amazon and what not. There isnt a whole lot to do at the campground as it is pretty small. If you have your own fire pit id bring that as there are none provided. I will definitely come back again.

Convenient location. Good price. Level parking on grass. Dirt roads are well-maintained. Utilities work well. Wifi is blazing fast (I clocked 50mps once). No cable, but I was able to pick up 70 broadcast stations over the air. Very friendly folks here. Not many other amenities such as a clubhouse, etc. There is a bit of highway noise, but not overwhelming. There was dry dog feces all around my campsite when I arrived. They might want to look into that. Overall a very good value and I recommend it.

NRVTA students! Stay here and get free good internet for half the cost of the schools RV park. The owner is great the park is very clean and very safe. Very happy i found this place. 8min to the school from here.

It was ok, I guess ! To me, all their sandwiches taste pretty much the same ! I enjoy interacting with cashiers/servers, and theirs aren't exactly overrun with personality ! The whole atmosphere is just kind of commercial for my taste ! I guess for a quick eat and run place it's ok, but certainly not one of my favorite places to go !

After reading the reviews and talking to a few people I thought I d stop by to see about renting a storage unit.I stopped by on a Saturday morning and the lady in the office seemed bothered by my presence an didn t offer much information. She said I could leave my name and someone would call and give me information and I might be on a waiting list.2 weeks later, no call, no information, nothing.I rented elsewhere, they took my money with a smile.

Good service nice people. Lack of 1 star because my spot was double booked had to ask a resident for an after hours number. Lady running the place made it right gave me another spot. Clean and friendly

Quiet and comfy atmosphere to stay in either for a few night or longer. Working on some things but thats fine. Can't wait to see what all they are gonna do around there. Friendly people and close to family.

I've stayed here a few times. The people who run this park are really great! I found the cabins to be really clean and cozy.!The RV Park camp ground restrooms & laundry room were super clean too.
