I'll never use any other RV service company besides Bennetts Mobile RV Service!! They are hard working, honest, reliable, RV Specialists. All problems I've had with my RV were resolved in a quick, professional, and respectful manner (and done right the first time) ... Bobbie knows RV's, and her assistant Mark, is an asset to the company. Thank you Bennetts for impeccable service!!!

Waited three weeks for a quote, they kept saying they were going to get it together for me, even said one day that I'd have it by the end of the day. Never got the quote. Been trying to get a hold of them and the phone number goes straight to voicemail that is full, and not replying to text messages. Ended up having to find someone else to do the repairs.

The manager at the park said I should call Bobbie--I had already heard folks at the park talking about her. But I was blown away when I finally met her and experienced it myself. What you'll find most incredible about her service is how she educates and assists you in solving your problems. She is your advisor taking in your skill level and coaching you to do the work yourself where possible. So you get a knowledgeable and competent person doing the work, yet she's training you to be her competitor. That was most brought to light when she showed me how by purchasing an amp meter, I could solve my battery issue on my own. If you're looking for someone who works for less than any quote she offers and then educates you so that you don't need her, Bobbie is the one to call.

I had an electrical problem with my r.v and Bennetts sent a tech within the hour. He adjusted it so i could have power till the part came in to fix it. They really got me out of a bind when all other r.v service companies wanted me to tow it to their place,wait a week amd charge me a fortune . I am extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone. I would go threw them before i went threw the dealer thats for sure !

Won t use again, had furnace issues and the tech couldn t give a definitive answer as to what was wrong. 125 just to come look at it and stated he had to take the whole furnace with him. They took it and had it over the weekend, came back with furnace (just showed up) and stated wires were loose. We Suddenly had issues with the blower when we never did before, loud noise coming from it. Paid about 400, fair to say I was not impressed.

Bobbie was so great to work with when my washing machine broke. She was able to get the broken part under warranty so we only had to pay a service fee. She took care of all of the warranty and rushed the part as I needed it fixed ASAP. When Mark the tech. Arrived he also found another part broken in the camper and again they were able to get it replaced under warranty in a very timely manner before guests arrived! Highly recommend!! Will use them in the future for any repairs needed on our camper! They saved us over $700!

We called today about 2 o clock because the AC had gone out in our travel trailer. We needed it repaired right away and they came out and found the problem, repair the burnt fried line, and we were up and running in no time flat. They were quick, they were reasonable, and they were good people. Highly recommended I have saved their phone number in my phone for if i need repairs in the future.

They were contacted and the manufacturer authorized them to do repairs on our 2020 camper a month ago. Still haven't heard anything back. So we haven't been able to use the the sink or bathtub in the back bathroom because it causes the enclosed underbelly to fill with water. With small children this is a huge inconvenience. In summary they did not keep their word that we would be called back and that they would get us scheduled for service.

Very helpful and friendly! We live out of town and they were able to get the ac on our RV swapped out in a timely manner so we can use it for Memorial Day weekend. I definitely recommend them.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Charged me $125.00 just to give me an estimate on damages to a 2004 5th wheel travel trailer, but I never received a written estimate. It took me several calls just to receive an invoice and told that an written estimate would be sent. It has been 4 months and no written estimate yet. I have given up on contacting them for anything!!!!!!!!!!

We've used Bennett's several times, and they have done an excellent job for us. No complaints, it's great to not have to haul the RV into a shop.

Air conditioner was not working. Mark came out and found the problem immediately. Because of make of the air conditioner it took a while to get the part ( no fault of theirs). It is working now. Very reasonable price and friendly.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

These people are a joke, took forever for them to come out and when they did it was obvious they just didn t want to mess with it, so they said the RV couldn t be saved. I ve had several people confirm that their reputation is not good! Someone else came out and said the RV could be saved. Buyer beware!

I prefer to do things myself, because it's hard to find people, who take pride in their work, & do for others, what they would want done for them! I can't speak highly enough, about these folks!

They came out and did measurements for an awning almost 2 months ago. They don t answer calls and their voicemail box is full.
