Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice. I came in for a state inspection and was notified that I had a license plate light out. I agreed for the repair to be made and was escorted inside while the inspection and light bulb was taken care of. Once complete, I was handed back my keys and sent on my way. I happily drove off and went on about my day until I had to back up. When I looked to the back of my vehicle, I noticed the body panel to access the license plate light was not popped back in. Once I had time to remedy this, I discovered how awful the service was performed. There is a ton of damage to the interior where this panel is supposed to fit, the panel itself is damaged, and nobody even mentioned it to me. A simple $10 fix has now become a costly repair that will reduce the resell value of this vehicle. Very frustrated by the lack of care shown in customer service. Pictures show the damage done to the interior, the panel, and how the panel no longer fits correctly in the interior. There are clear tool marks where the panel was improperly pried from the interior to gain access. I assume they at least put the new bulb in?

Jay was great! After starting my service, he realized that I was too early for an oil change and did not need the service. Instead of performing the service unnecessarily and charging me, let me know the status. I will definitely be back when I'm actually due for an oil change.

I got my oil changed on Friday, and when I drove off into the highway I hit a small bump that shook something under the car. I could tell something fell, but I couldn't see anything behind me. I went on with my business, but as I drove back home, I finally started dragging the lip of the plate underneath my car. As soon as I got home, I told my dad and he checked underneath my car for damages. He noticed that I was dragging the plate, and taped it up so I could go back the next day to get it fixed. I came back to Valvoline to let them know that my ski plate wasn't secured on right, and when they checked, they realized that it was missing some screws. I let them know my dad taped it as temporary fix, and one of the employees told me that they didn't have the part in stock so they would get with their manager to get the. And get it fixed. Long story short, they zipped tied them bottom, but it fell apart because they took off the tape and I ended up getting the parts myself to get it fixed at home.

Friendly staff here. I got a battery installed and had issue with the battery hold down on new battery they gave me here. Came back anotjer day with a part to fix it they siggested but learned from the fill in staff on a Sun, I didnt need it. The guy who helped Sun was Broderick who doesnt normally work for this store. He got me the right battery to replace what was originally put in and my old battery hold down worked fine. Thanks and I appreciate you figuring it out.

WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE HERE!!! came in for a oil change it took over a hour to change after a hour waiting a worker told me my bolt was stripped and they were putting a temporary plug in. Never had a leak before this and if that was true it wouldn t have been able to go in the first time they clearly over tightened the bolt which caused for the thread to be tightened. Manger denied my claim it was full of excuses. Overall bad experience and I m now $500 down the drain to repair the damages they costed. Plenty other oil changing companies around in the area I would suggest going to before you go to this location to have your car ruined.

***************AUDI USERS BEWARE***************I'm only giving 1 star because you HAVE to rate them something.My son drives a 2017 Audi. He took it into this location for an oil change only, and ended up having his vehicle towed to the dealership. Instead of putting oil in the engine, they drained his transmission and added it there. I understand that mistakes are made, but for the manager to tell me, this happens all the time was a huge red flag. Because it shouldn't. They have not been accommodating at all. It took awhile, but finally got the manager to tow to the dealer late yesterday afternoon. He wanted to take it somewhere else, and I wasn't comfortable having them doing anything additional. During the claim process, we were told that he would be reimbursed for any rental expenses, but once I spoke with the manager he said that wasn't the case. I would like to notate that their assistant manager Jacordi (sp) had stellar customer service. He listened, followed up, and did everything that he said he would. I only wish the store manager would have this same energy and wiliness to rectify a situation.

I've come to this location three times in the past two weeks to get an inspection done. The first instance was 07/16/23. I ask for an oil change and inspection, and the shift manager at the time told me the inspection machine was broken and to come back on Tuesday, despite a car being hooked up to the machine in front of my eyes. So I came back Tuesday and was told again that the machine was broken and to come back Saturday. So I returned today, 07/22/23, to receive an inspection. I thought surely I can get one today as it is slow, and I can see 3 techs chatting in bay one. After parking and asking for an inspection I was told "We aren't doing those today. Try again Monday."TLDR; I have come here 3 times in 2 weeks for an inspection and every single time told to come later and that the machine is broke or "they aren't doing that today." Last time I come here for anything.

Pleasant employees. But, they could have checked if they had the correct vehicle for my car when I got there, instead of 15 minutes later when they pulled me into a bay. They didn't have the correct oil, so I cannot comment on the quality of an oil change. Without the coupon I got in the mail it was going to be pretty expensive, even compared to the dealership

Have been here a few times with multiple cars and appreciate being able to stay in the car while getting an oil change. Always greeted and serviced immediately by friendly staff. They're very honest and knowledgeable, don't try to upsell and will give suggestions on other items that need attention. For instance, recommended a new oil filler cap and explained why, then suggested buying at any auto parts store. Employees are so happy and seem to enjoy their jobs and working together. Love this place--and that's not something I would expect at an oil change location!Service: Oil change

WOW!! I have been going to Valvoline for my car s oil changes for about 2 years now, but this is by far my favorite location. I went to this one for the first time today and Stephen helped me out SO much. Backstory: I just got a new (used) car in March and I have a road trip coming up, so I thought it would be smart to get it all ready for the trip. Luckily, Stephen had my best interest in mind and saved me money. I did not need an oil change today, but he could ve sold me one anyways. He and Andrew still checked all my tires, added wiper fluid, checked coolant, and did a battery test for free! I was amazed by the overall kindness and care at this location. I will go to this one everytime now.

I have been using this company for the last 5 years of oil changes for 2 different vehicles. This location opened up sometime at the end of last year, and I ve had 4 oil changes on my two vehicles here since then. Zoe the asst manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for the same oil put in as my previous visits, and she was very quick to get an attitude to tell me they don t carry the oil I requested to be put in. I stated I have been coming to valvoline for 5 years and this location for almost a year, and all she had to say is no you haven t we haven t been open for a year accusing me of lying, when in fact it s been 10 months of this location open so almost a year. She then told me to take my car to wherever I take it for an oil change because that wasn t here. I had to have her pull up my previous visits to to see in fact I have been coming here and see the oil used in my vehicle.If one of my assistant managers ever treated a guest in my business in this way I would have them rethink working in guest services.I will not be coming back to this location. I will be taking my business to another location or another company entirely.Service: Oil change

When I arrived it seemed there were only two young men working. They greeted me and told me the expected waiting time. Very friendly and made sure my experience there was great. I believe the workers name was Jackson, A+.I don't like be in the area but I may drive the extra 6 miles to use the regularly.Service: Oil change

I ve came to this location for my last four oil changes and they never disappoint. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Any questions or concerns I have they answer and help me understand. Mac and her crew are awesome! 10/10

At 10:29am I went to this location just for air. After sitting in line for 35 minutes, this idiot says can you back up, I'm gonna have you switch. So another person can get in front of me and I have to wait additional time. Why would I do that if I'm in line. Are you kidding me? I chose to go to discount tire instead. This location has gone down hill! If I could I would have left no stars.

Tried to get an inspection done, was told to wait 20 minutes for the "inspection guy" to get back from lunch...wait 20 minutes to then be told that the machine is broken and they can't do an inspection today. Same thing happened to me last year when I tried to get an inspection, was told they didn't have a machine to do it yet because they were still a new location, despite having been open for several months at that point. Don't go here hoping to get a vehicle inspection done....

I always have good experiences here at this location! They are very professional and don t try to get me to buy things I don t need. They very honest and kind people. Came in for an oil change. Staff was great but they didn't put my seals back in correctly so after the holidays finally moved my car again and puddle under my car from where its leaking. Hopefully i can bring it back in and have them fix the issue since it wasn't leaking before i had taken it in for an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
