J J and his crew are fantastic! They are extremely prompt, professional, polite, patient, highly helpful, honest, have great prices, great tires and service, and were certainly willing to go the extra mile with me! What more could a customer want or ask for? I greatly appreciate this tire store and would highly recommend them. I m from West Texas and a first time customer and was extremely pleased with all of the crew. I look forward to doing more business here in the future as my time allows!

I highly recommend this place! I absolutely love these guys! I found a nail in my tire during a work trip so I tried to go to my usual place and they told me they couldn t repair it and that I actually needed FOUR new tires. AND over an hour and a half wait! I needed to get back home to Houston so I found this place and they were sooo nice and had my tire patched and me back in the road in 15 minutes! The people running the counter (I think Clarissa and Sammy) were great.

Tire Service Center Euless, TX damaged coil #1 and #4 in my car which resulted in replacing valve cover when they charge me $600 for a tune up 3/23/24 and $99.00 for diagnostic 3/20/24. I took it back 3/27/24 and showed them videos because RPM were still jumping and car was still cutting off when car was idle and park and 2 mechanics drove my car rode then ask me.to deive to duplicate the RPM jumping( even I showed them videos) and both said they could not find anything wrong. I had to take it to Christian Brothers who did another diagnostic. were very patient, & took time to actually find out what was wrong with my car. I don't recommend Tire Center Euless to anyone because of what the damage did cost me and the cut off one too many times with cars blowing their horns behind! Their lack of mechanics knowledge was dangerous and put our lives in danger for me and my family!!!!

This Tire Store Service Center is the bomb!! I hit a huge chug hole coming out of the airport and blew a tire. We called this service center cause it was the closest place open. They were ready to close (on a Saturday night almost 7pm) but stayed open until they could get us a new tire. In less than 10 minutes, it was on and we were ready to go. THANK YOU THANK YOU for great customer service as well as a fair price.

These guys are amazing! We've been taking our cars to them for a very long time and we love them. Service is impeccable. Baker and Sammy are men of great character and integrity who always do what's best for their customers. We trust them completely!

Excellent service with a very quick turnaround time. They are almost always open for routine maintenance without having to schedule an appointment or wait in a long queue. They also let you pay by phone which can be very useful for some folks. Highly recommended!

Customer service is top notch! Very polite and answer any question you have regarding your vehicle. Brought my truck in to get an Alignment, TPMS Sensors and New Tires put on. They knocked it out fast and took care of me! Would recommend this place to anyone that needs service on their vehicle. Thank you!

Came to check why my ac wasn t blowing. They called and told me it was the compressor and that it cost $900 because they said the freon didn t make it cold. They said they were charging me $150 for putting freon in my car. Nevertheless, I left their shop just to go up the street and have a guy at OReillys put freon in my car and my air blew cold. And then, the next day going to another mechanic and then telling me my compressor is fine don t waste you time they really just want your money..

We planned to buy tires soon, but an unexpected next-day road trip meant we needed tires today. I used their web site to pick my tires and called them up. They said the tires could be delivered from their supplier to the store the next day. I explained I needed them today, so they offered to go get them from their supplier today and they were installed in the afternoon. Phenomenal! Great price, and excellent customer service. I love this place!

Very satisfied with the service i received today. Got 4 of my own tires mounted, balanced and tpms sensors installed at a good price. Quick service as well, was in and out within an hour. Thanks. Definitely would recommend.

I had my car towed here to be worked on Monday and received a quote for a starter. Me and my sister both asked if there was anything else wrong with it then got told by 4 different people no it was just the starter then got it back and heard a knocking and tapping sound got told it jusr needs some oil come to find out later one of the other mechanics heard the sound but didn't check it out and almost got into a wreck with my baby in the backseat

I have been here for several occasions. State inspection, alignments, tires, car diagnostics. They do a very good job at informing you what can be the issue, and what can be done about it. They work relatively fast and thoroughly. Very good team they have. Keep up the good work! I definitely recommend this place.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon to get two worn out tires changed to new ones. Small wait, but they got me out within one hour between putting on tires, removing bad lock nuts, etc. They put Toyo branded tires on and replaced the lug nuts. Asked about an oil change for $49, but I didn t proceed with that. New tires feel better. No issues so far.

Top tier. I worked with Leo && he had great customer service. I had gone to a shop to get my brakes looked at && he told me I needed new ones && told me everything that was wrong. Leo said there is nothing wrong with your brakes. He could ve but my guy was honest with it && he didn t have to be. 10 10 I recommend.

A+ customer service and expedient, top-notch work by Leo and the team of experienced technicians to inspect our RV, change the oil and repair the power driver s side window. To our astonishment and delight, they got it all done in one day any other place it would have taken a week! They were so friendly and beyond helpful. I highly recommend giving them your business. We expect to take our car there next week to get the brakes done.

Reasonable price and trustworthy. very well behaved. Changed brake pad, tire sensor. Well satisfied with their service. Onwards, will do my regular oil change also here.

These guys are amazing. They diagnosed and fixed an issue we've had with a vehicle for years. We taken it to numerous mechanics, including the dealership multiple times when the car was still under warranty, and no one was able to fix the issue long-term. So happy we found these guys and they will be our go-to mechanic from now on. They are thorough and friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for your honest work.

My 2nd visit to The Tire Store for Auto repairs, my first visit was satisfactory but my second visit far exceeded my expectations Before my second visit I was under the impression that I may need some major brake work and Initially the tire store agreed but after a thorough inspection of suspected problem they informed me that they could not find anything major wrong with my vehicle and that it will cost me nothing. I was so appreciative of their honesty that I actually had them fix another problem on my vehicle that I had been holding out on, FIXED They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, contrary to another auto shop that diagnosed my car s problem. signing off very satisfied customer!
