James helped me out a lot, and made sure I was up to date on what was going on with my vehicle and they did their best to take care of me and my vehicle. They also had a birthday in the shop and offered me a slice of cake!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I went there to get my lifters done and how come they forgot to put pieces back on my car. Was out driving could have had a wreck because my car just stops in the middle of the road. James is the service person I dealt with. Firestone does a diagnostic and reveals they forgot to put on parts which caused my fuse to break. Now my oil housing filter needs to be replaced which I ve been advised that is by my lifters which they worked on. A 2500 job which was worthless. Do not go here unless you want parts forgotten to be put back on your car and given a hard time when you call them out! All the things in yellow was what they forgot to put back

Customer service is excellent! As a female it's hard to trust mechanics but I felt like I was treated completely fairly. I will continue to go to Texas Car Mechanic, they were great! Thanks so much to Vlad for the great recommendation!

Was referred by Limon, Daniel did a great job on getting our vehicle ready for the road, found out we had a tiny radiator leak, reason for Wich our car kept over heating. New Radiator was installed, problem solved. Thanks Daniel.
