5 star service for the mechanic who greeted me, changed my oil and provided update. However, 2 star service for check out experience. At checkout, I was charged $69.99. I know the type of oil my vehicle requires. However, I explained I came in due to $49.99 sign. Also, I said it was only an oil change. Don t check the tires or fluids due to it was recently checked by the service dept. at the dealer. I didn t read the fine print on the large red sign. The mechanic checking out said the other person didn t know what he was doing when he quoted me. That was unprofessional. I digress. I had a coupon to go to another shop, which would ve taken my normal $69.99 oil change cost to $50. I never leave negative reviews and wouldn t have left this review if the gentleman seemed to care about the up charge

They are the greatest , so glad I found this place. They are fast , efficient and they get the job done!!! They are knowledgeable. The manager is awesome , he s very knowledgeable , he s going to let you know up front how much things are gonna cost and I always feel like I m being taken care of when I come . Their prices are unbeatable and they are just perfect. So Very Thankful for them !!!!!

I showed up at 7:55 am on Thursday, they opened up on time and I was the first one in (great start). I used a 25% off coupon from my Kroger register receipt (saved $10.75), they promptly did a state inspection on my Jeep Patriot 4x4 and an oil change with the correct manufacturer's recommended oil viscosity (they knew it, passed that test). They offered me multiple choices on the grade/brand of oil for my oil change (nice). They road-tested my vehicle, completed all my vehicle services, and had me rung up at the register in about 10 minutes flat. Plus, I had great conversation with the team lead/shift lead or Manager. Everyone one worked as a team efficiently to make this happen. My state inspection paperwork was on my dashboard and they parked my vehicle next to the front door just as I was exiting. This place is excellent for working professionals who need prompt service so they can get to work on time, back from their lunch break on time or home to dinner on time. No oil leaks on engine or my garage floor either so everything was sealed up nice and tight. They took down my email and added me to the preferred customer list, so I could receive monthly special coupon offers for various vehicle services. I received my first email with coupons this morning. Nice! I noticed they had comfy seats in waiting room, a small refrig for bottled water (empty, but I was in very early at 8 am) and coffee going for guests. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no hard up-sell on things I didn't need. A welcome relief from other place's hard sell. They also informed me my oil was too dark indicating I was overdue for an oil change (hint, hint, hint). I have a window sticker to remind me now. My total for both services and very prompt service was very reasonable $59. Well worth it. THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS!

Be careful with this location, the employee's don't slowly move forward they rush out.I was going to get some work done on my car and this place was close to me, I was yelled at because I was letting the guy know that he almost hit my car. The employee was mad and yelled at me and he did not want to hear what he almost did, I'm glad I did not stop here for any work on my car.

I took my 2019 Equinox in for a state inspection. They were very quick to inspect and did not try to up sell any parts or other services. Friendly staff too. I will definitely use them for other services.

This was my first time at this location and I received great service with a smile. Derrick was very personable. The oil change for my foreign car was quick and reasonably priced. Keep up the great work!!!!!!

Had an amazing experience the first time I got a oil change the 2nd time I got my radiator flushed and let me say I went back and forth about three times because I ended up getting bulb grease for my brake light and they fixed that and more. I definitely recommend Daniel, Austin, Adam or any of those men. Very sweet and nice

My car needed the state inspection for vehicle registration so I stopped there on my way to Kroger (across the street). Gentleman who helped me out was helping another customer when I arrived. He greeted me and said he would be with me in just a few minutes as he was helping out the other customer. I feel just acknowledging someone can go a long way. My inspection didn't take long and he had me on the road in no time. I will recommend this place to my family.

This is my second oil change here and my experience here was flawless! Everyone was was very personal and very versed! Troy and Adam was 1st class with helping me today. I recommend any and everyone to try this place out! They also gave me a discount on my inspection, straight up blessed me today. Thank you Troy!

Since the name change I can honestly say this is the rudest place in town. I will never spend another penny there. The owner needs to be aware that a guy named Jeremy is running off all the business the great guys before them built. Bye Felicia!I have lived my entire life in Euless and I will make sure the residents in this wonderful town are warned of this poor excuse of a service company.

Will not be returning. The service was terrible from drop off to pick up. The first man I spoke with condescendingly asked me if I knew I had to have synthetic oil and just took my key, but then I had to basically beg someone to let me give them my information to drop my car off. I had to step out into the service bay and remind them I was there. Then they just handed me a paper and asked for my name and number. About 10 minutes later, I got a call informing me that I needed new wipers to pass my inspection, to which I responded my car was there for an oil change not an inspection. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was parked in the parking lot with the rear window completely down, exposing my toddler s car seat and toys to the elements and allowing whoever walked by to take whatever they wanted. Then when I walked inside, I once again had to get the attention of someone in the service bay to come check me out. The price was the worst part. This was an incredibly expensive oil change for the terrible service I received (over $80 for a 14 year old Toyota Corolla).Service: Oil change

Just got an oil change and asked them to only air my tires to 38psi they aired them to 62psi. The max PSI for the tires are 51. Always check your tires after leaving this place!

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Came in for a inspection. Did an oil change instead. Then after they did the inspection they said I need some work done to. Well guess their mechanic just leaves when he wants because he wasn't around when they tried to sell me what bs they could find. Also had to wait about an hour just to get this over with. A simple inspection changes into a whole run around and a service I didn't need. Oh and the manager. Troy very rude. Didn't seem he wanted to help me nor did he seem happy to help a customer who got a oil change they didn't need. Lucky didn't have to pay for that. But still very rude. And a hour long wait for a simple 25.50. Seems outrageous. Not including the other stuff. May have taken a couple days to post this but be warned ppl. Will not be back!!!!!

Have been going here for years, but NO More! We like it because the guys are friendly & service is good. They would check your tires, vacuum the front & wash the front window. Today their vacuum is out of service as is their air compressor & the water must be off as the windows weren't touched.1/30- A manager called to explain that they no longer provide the services that I posted about, and apologized for not telling me initially. I failed to mention that they did give me a discount for being a disabled vet & nearly 70y.o. Thank you

The crew that was there when I most recently got my oil change did an amazing job. I pulled up they made sure all my lights worked. After that changed my oil, topped all the fluids off, and I was back in my car within 10mins! I was also notified that a screw under the car way missing which was helpful.

Saw all the good reviews and decided to check them out for my vehicle inspection. Soon as I pulled up Jose greeted me. He was very nice and processional. They got me in right away and the wait was only 10min even though they had other cars they were also working on. Nick, the shop manager, was also great. Also very nice and professional. I'll definitely come back when I need more work done on my car.

I visited Saturday 6/04/2022 around midday and the shop was a little busy; I m sure due to all the great reviews. However, I didn t mind waiting in their air conditioned state of the art lobby. On a more serious note; excellent customer service! Very professional, yet all the Techs have welcoming personalities, laugh and interact with customers. Darick is an awesome manager with an equally awesome team. I ll definitely return and recommend YOU visit this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I am a loyal customer that has been coming for years, since it opened. The service and staff is exceptionally fast and outstanding. They are professional and always meeting customers expectations. I personally will like to recognize the manager Chris and technician lead Jeremy and there Staff. I was highly satisfied, they made sure I drove back home happy with safe reliable repairs. I'm grateful for there service, leadership and knowledge to assist me. They are miracle workers. I highly recommended them at this location, they don't just treat you like another customer. Have been coming here for several years with multiple vehicles. I could even trust the price & services when my wife went. But wow... Not anymore. While waiting for my car I listened as the employee lied to another customer about why it cost her so much, and absolutely horrible & wrong explanation of different Octane levels. Surely they wouldn't try the same BS on a man... Hahaha wow I was wrong. At least he didn't lie about the oil type but the Full Service definitely was not done, yet I was charged for it, the cost of the oil and added charges are definitely not like elsewhere. I will be reaching out to BBB & TXAG.

A few weeks ago I called ahead and spoke with Stacy, he was very informative and said I could come on in. Once I arrived, Stacy remembered the phone call and got me in quickly. He was straight forward just like I asked for. Very fast and good service. I have been going for a year and will continue to do business with them.

WOW! These guys are awesome! They're personable, honest and professional, and the fact that they're in my neighborhood is a plus! Finding mechanics who show so much interest in solving car problems was a great experience for me. They let me know that resolving their customers' needs are their priority. There was no talking over my head or around in circles about what had to be done to my car. I'm giving a big shout out to Darick and Jeremy for a job well done! I ve stopped going there as it has fallen down badly.. i told my friend not to go there they will tell you something pricey everytime you go there. But he did go for inspection only and recommended steering fluid set to change with over 700$ quote and told .. must do it otherwise inspection wont pass. My friend called and asked him to return and i took him to the next one in hardwood road. Guess what inpection passed with flying colors for just 25$. Will update this post soon, with bill for the repair of steering fluid to see how much they are charging compare to others to make it obvious that they are preying on gullible customers. Used to love this place but whole team has changed and are just scamming customers
