1ST AND LAST TIME EVER GOING HERE SCAM!!!Took my vehicle there and was quoted $60, an hour later the manager tells me my 2020 vehicle won t start and I now owe almost 3x the price quoted. 30 min job turned into a 6 hour job.- I wouldn t have allowed them to finish had my vehicle started. Lesson learned, I should have known something was off when they didn t record or have me sign any paperwork. -_- (all they do is write your name and number on a sheet of paper). NEVER AGAIN.

best place to come. the service is great and you can trust on them. For a women is very convenient cause the only do what your car need. I've been a client of this place for years and never had any problems. prices are good also. highly recommend

Terrible service. Mechanic completed the requested repair but then accidental created/caused another issue. Instead of alerting the vehicle owner of the issue didn t say a word for over an hour. Ordered the part, then advised customer to pay for their mess up/error. Ended up correcting their mistake, didn t end up paying but in order to get there lots of disrespect and rudeness from the manager. Horrible service!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Big scammers. Never go this place $350 to change spark plug but for same work other place $60 including parts. Anger charged me $45 for check engine which I had on free next door Autozone.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from the folks at Pro-Active Car Care. I was referred by another great company, Comfort Auto when shopping for ac parts for my car. Lou and his staff did an awesome job getting my car back on the road with cold ac in no time, not to mention for several hundred dollars less than several competitors I got quotes from. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a fair deal on honest repairs for their vehicle.

In February, 2019, I took my car to get it fixed. Spent $1,914.77, to change the Sensors, Engine mounts front left and right mounts, and rear struts and shocks. Replaced my front tires 4 times because the tires would wear down very quickly. Bought new tires 2 times, then started buying slightly used tires. Took my car to get an alignment and was told I needed to replace the front mounts. I explained to the mechanic that these mounts had just been replaced recently. Was told they needed to be replaced and was informed I could get them either at Auto Zone, or O'Riely. Bought 2 new front mounts, and had them installed. Went back to Pro Active Car Care 09/14/2019 requesting a refund for the ones installed by Pro Active Car Care, since the front mounts had to be replaced. Was informed the mounts installed by Pro Active Car Care were under a 6 month warranty, but since Pro Active didn't do the work of replacing them, no refund could be provided. Was charged $335.00 for both the front Right and Left Mounts by Pro Active Car Care in February 2019. Auto Zone charged me $199.98 for both left and right front mounts. In addition to the mechanic installed them for $150.00. Unfortunately, I don't know much about cars, but I don't think I will be going back Pro Active Car Care, again.

The owner is a very honest person. I needed to get shocks and struts for my daughters 1995 BMW. I went to City Garage and they said they could do it for $1500. I called Pro-Active and told them I did not need OEM original parts. The owner researched the parts and quoted me 50% what City Garage quoted.Pro-Active did a great job! I now bring all my cars there because I know they are fair and trustworthy.

My daughter blew up the engine on her 2004 Mini Cooper. I had taken it to the Mini Cooper dealer and they wanted about $4,000 to fix it. I found Proactive Car Care and I talked to the owner about the car. He asked me to bring it to the shop and I did. He checked the engine and it was not fixable. He recommended to buy a used engine and I agreed. He found an engine for $600 and replaced the old one with it. Total labor was $350, making the repair less than $1,000. The car runs amazingly! I'm so happy that I found him. I highly recommend his franchise.

It is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, but I trust the guys at Pro-Active. They always do a good job for us, and always charge a fair price. We once brought in an old VW Tourag that had been leaking a/c water into the passenger floorboard that we had been taking in to different mechanics for two years, and the guys at Pro-Active were the only ones who ever figures out what the real problem was and fixed it! They do a great job!

I will come back here any time I need a repair!I needed some repairs done and was being given the run around by a few places. I ended up purchasing all of the parts that needed replacing, and brought my truck here. I simply had to pay for the labor, and all of the guys who worked today were so courteous.

Ask for Arturo. That guy is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met. I will definitely be coming back again. They got me in and out quickly, and answered all of my questions.

Years ago my office purchased a bunch of Pro Active Car Care coupons. We spent over $500. They went out of business right away with no forwarded number, no address change posted. Nothing. This Euless location admitted to me that the Irving Blvd. location was one of theirs. Robbed. Just plain ole theft.

We have used ProActive for more than 15 years. They have always been fair, honest and timely. I will never use anyone else for our cars.

This is my ONLY mechanic shop. The customer service is excellent. I have an older vehicle and they take care of any issues that come up, and the price is always fair and reasonable !
