Marco with Pitstop Auto Hail went above and beyond to take care of both of our vehicles after a hail storm put massive dents in both cars. He made sure we weren t without a vehicle to drive, navigated the insurance claim process to minimize our involvement with adjusters and ensured everything was handled quickly and without issue. My wife s car took longer due to paint for a really bad dent above the windshield, but Marco ensured we were taken care of. The car came back perfect! They washed, waxed, and vacuumed the interior before dropping it off. My truck was only gone for 2 business days and the work was completed. Marco picked up both vehicles and brought both of them back. I couldn t have asked for better service. Being someone relatively inexperienced with insurance claims, I am truly grateful to have the knowledge and expertise Marco has to handle everything and make it as stress free as possible. Marco and his associates were very professional and friendly. Marco makes sure that you know how the process is going and what time frame to expect your vehicles back. He is also great with dealing with the insurance companies so that you dont have to. Both cars were sent for repairs and and both came back with a job well done. If i ever have any more hail damage needed then i know who to call.

I recommend Pit Stop to anyone who has hail damage on their car, my car was damaged back on September and they did a great job fixing it, they also took care of the whole process and I did not have to deal with any hassle, I did not have coverage for a rental car and they gave o e of theirs for free, thank you Marco.

They know how to repair dent damage, but consider a different shop if you are someone who pays attention to complete detail. With that being said, they fixed the hail damage on my brand new vehicle, but keep in mind that they have to buff over the spots they fix and that is where my low rating comes from. They buffed so many different spots on my vehicle and after a couple of days I noticed swirl marks around my whole car. They repair dents but because they have to work over your clear coat and paint job on your vehicle I would do good research on shops who have someone who is experienced in buffing a vehicle.

Juniel made this whole process very easy. I had over 10 hail spots on my hood and was very eager to get it fixed. I dropped off my truck on Monday and it was ready on Tuesday! It looks brand new now! I highly recommend pit stop. They brought me a rental car, had everything prepared, took my car to the shop for the repairs and brought my car back to my home and took the rental car back with them. It was the most trouble free car repair I ve ever had done. Loved the rental and they cleaned my car before they returned it which is great because I don t have time to do that! I m so happy with this company. Like I said, never had such a hassle free experience. They made it so easy

This was my first time dealing with hail damage but Alejandro made it seem like a cakewalk. He is extremely good at communications, kept me updated on every part of the process. Their work on the car was amazing and i kind of lost my words when i saw my car after the repair. They also fixed the dents that were not caused by hail damage without even me asking for it. 5 stars not enough for their work and commitment to the service.

My brand new 2023 Honda CRV had extreme hail damage. Alejandro picked up my car from my home and gave me a rental car to use. They worked with my insurance company Progressive Insurance. Got my car repaired in 10 days as promised. Then brought my car back to my home.The car looks better than new...I could not find a single dent...amazing! He also had my car washed.
