Outstanding service. Great to have a business answer phone calls immediately and do what they say they will when they say they will for a fair price. And no three hour wait. Got my tires in when they said they would and installed them when they said they would. If I need this type of work again this is the only place I will go.

I have been here for emergencies and for regular maintenance and for my annual registration inspection. They have always been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Shout out to Justin because he makes everything go smoothly and feel easy, even in what might be an uneasy car situation. As a single mom, I'm really thankful to find a mechanic I can trust not to over charge and to do the right thing!

I have used Para for years. I appreciate their work and how well they communicate. Justin makes it super easy, and he is always straight with me. Finding a shop you can trust is challenging, so I will continue to take my business to Justin and Para.

Justin and the team was very helpful and professional when helping me diagnose and fix my car problems. I came to this shop last year to fix my A/C when no other mechanics in the area could figure out what the issue was. Came back again just recently to get some much needed work done and they took care of everything. They have also recommended me places where I could get other things done which they cannot such as getting a dent out of my hood, and recommending me to place where they program key fobs for a fair price. I am glad I found out about this shop and will definitely be back if I need more repairs. 5 stars

Had very good experiences here after several bad experiences at the dealership. Parra does a great job troubleshooting issues and they always show me what they found was the cause. Been going here for several years now with all my vehicles. One ofthe few places I trust.

I found this shop based on my need to stay within a 15 mile radius for towing purposes. From the moment Justin picked up the phone with a warm greeting I knew that my business would be appreciated. He told me to arrive by a certain time the next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Craig. He was very welcoming and helped me with my concerns. I truly appreciate the help in my time of need, especially being a single woman far from family. I don t think they understand how much their world class service means to me. I will be back!

Had 3 oil changes done over time from November 2022 until October 2023. Had work done on engine April 2023 at another shop. They also did my inspection for 2023 to get new tags 2024. But the staff are nice, approachable. Work is done asap but good quality. Price in oil change is very competitive and if you like they rotate tires for free when doing oil change.

Very good service also helps with transportation needs if u need a ride from work or where u are and friendly and makes the customer happy. I had a heating issue and they repaired my car timely manner and price was right it was a great experience I'm glad to have them service my car and they are now my goto team if I need service for any of my car thanks Parra car care!!!!! Stay in business good people!!!!!

I like that they re honest about the service your car need. They offer suggested service based on car needs, but they re not forceful. They value their female clientele and don t force additional services just to add to the ticketed cost. I appreciate this!

This was my first time going to Parra and I will definitely go back. Service was excellent and thorough. They provided a complete list of services performed and a list of other items I should replace. I intend to make another appointment and get that done. I also felt they are a company you can trust.

Tried to use this business: valid coupon $49.99, but man on August 31, 2022 at around 12:40pm, told me my car would be $89.99 for a semi synthetic oil change. The man was very short natured and quick to tell me to find a lower price elsewherw. Which I did and got it done all the same elsewhere for $39.99.No customer service or skills. Would not recommend.

I have been using Parra car care since shortly after they opened. They opened in 1987 and I found them when I got back from an Air Force base assignment in 1988 and that s how long I have been using them. They have repaired many cars for me and kept me running all these years. They have never failed to be able fix whatever was wrong and have always kept my cars running. They are the absolute best.

I don t leave 5 stars often but what a bad a*** shop. Kelly to say specifically was great and really went the extra mile to help me out. I ll be servicing my trucks here going forward. Also they sell batteries and tires on sight along with their shop. Super convenient, Thanks guys I appreciate y all

I was told they diagnose transmissions. They don't. Spoke with Justin who stated they would diagnose the problem for the trans. 6 hours later I called them and their diagnosis was strong smell of clutches and leaking fluid. That's what i told them! No test of the solenoid or computer. I didn't ask for them to check anything else but they did and told me all the things my mechanic has already told me. They don't know how to test transmissions. $108.85 diagnostic equals your transmission leaks.
