This place was recommended to me from the location. I bought a vehicle. Went there for a front end of the alignment service was incredible. brought another vehicle back for brake job service was incredible. Again, the manager there. Ron absolutely fantastic will be All of our vehicles from work to this location again and will recommend this place to anyone that needs auto service.

My husband travel's almost every week and racks up so much mileage. He was instructed to get an alignment on his vehicle due to the wear on his tires. Parra Car Care got him in & out in 1 day. Amazing work and wonderful people to work with.

Love how it's not just an oil change if you go for an oil change. They do a detailed inspection and send you a report with pictures. But do expect to be there for at least 45 minutes. I'm happy with the service provided

Ron gave me advice on my vehicle almost a year ago when I was having trouble with the dealership I purchased my vehicle from 12 years ago. Ron told me what he thought the problem was after taking it back to the dealership 3 times. The dealership finally fixed the problem after having my vehicle over 2 months and much frustration. I told Ron if I need anything else done on my vehicles I'd bring it to him and that's what I did. He really seems to know what he's doing and cares. I now have heat. Thanks Ron

I was recommended here by coworkers, and both times I ve had to bring my old car in they have been very thorough, honest and took very good care of my car. They make sure to double check everything and show you what they see, and when you come back in later they ask and make sure everything is continuing to run fine. I even heard a weird sound once and right when they were closing they told me to stop by to take a look at it. Turned out it was just a screw in my tire but the fact that they were about to close and still told me to stop by really said a lot. Ron the manager is very thorough and patient. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They also installed a wheel bearing at one point, which did not fix my problem so they fixed the other side and just charged me only for the one, not two, since they had started with the wrong side. It was strange sound from the axle area and they were trying to diagnose. So I got 2 wheel bearings for the price of 1 which was great. They even told me to hold onto my receipts and if a future mechanic ever tried to tell me I need a wheel bearing I can prove to them I had 2 new ones. I thought that was pretty cool. They work with you and have specials online you can apply to the total sometimes too. I ve been to other mechanics nearby that just were shady, guessing at what the problem was and did not give me a good feeling overall. Often condescending and even calling me honey or sweetheart as I m a woman. I have had none of that with this car shop, just professional business. Ron is very trustworthy and transparent with our vehicles. We found him by luck since every other mechanic shop did not want to work on a Cummins diesel truck. He has worked his magic 3 times with the strangest diagnosis on the truck. And he has also worked on my car and has reversed all the damage I have done to it.

The staff are engaging and transparent with issues that are needed to be handled. Their pricing is competitive and reasonable, they will quote what needs to be done but also will prioritize what is immediately necessary and offer options for what can wait a while.

The people at Parra Car Care went way above and beyond for me on a recent AC repair. They worked around my schedule, they were professional, quick to communicate, honest and professional. They worked with my extended warranty company through frustrating payment issues and were excellent to work with through the whole process. Highly recommend!

Came this morning to do oil change , my car is just working good I don t know what they do all the light recommendations on need to check , they said the brake light on , need to check if not it can damage the car. And i wait over an hour for oil change in the morning at 8:10 am . Not happy , my car is working good but when i take there to do oil change it seem my car need to check & fix a lot . And they said maybe the car had an oil leak. I was left and take my care to my friend shop they said everything is fine just reset after oil change it is fine . It is seem Parra Car Care want you paid for nothing . And I don t know after my car take there lock in front passenger can not close . I am so regret to take my car there this morning , it took me half day to do oil change (over an hour there and I need to fix all trouble after been there ) .

This is the type of service you only dream about. I've moved out of the HEB Area for some time now and I still prefer to drive out of my way so they can take care of the repairs I might need. I have never trust a mechanic shop this much. They're professional, courteous, and hardworking. I wish I could give them way more stars.

This was years ago, but I had my vehicle towed here. They had me agree to $400 to diagnose the issue, which would be applied towards the total price. They quoted the job extremely high. I got another quote from a different shop for about $1200 less. I had to pay $400 for them to spend 5 minutes on my vehicle. I was able to pay the $400, pay for another tow to the new shop, pay the other shop for the work, and still save a ton of money. I would never take my vehicles to this shop again. Looks like they got such a bad reputation, they had to change their name.

My starter was not working and a sensor needed replaced as well as my battery. They were amazing as getting the issues fixed in a very short period of time. Before any work was started I was called and they let me know what the issues were and were able to give me a ballpark estimate. When I picked up the car the price was lower than I expected. Their friendliness and professionalism were above and beyond. They had my car towed to the shop and picked me up at my home when my car was ready. Work is guaranteed, customer area is clean and nice. I am going to come here for my car needs from now on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

TRUST- Doesn't it all boil down to that? No more googling, reading reviews and feeling unsure. I have found a place I trust.They are Honest, Knowledgeable and Professional (all of which I have come to know of them through experience).Try them. Maybe this could be the end of your quest to find a place you can finally trust .

The guys were friendly and straightforward. Sometimes auto care employees have a way of speaking to patrons as if we are ignorant about anything mechanical. The people at Parra did not do that. They did a good job on my repairs. They explained what additional services are suggested. They set realistic expectations.

I was recommended to Parra Car Care from a Facebook group & I ll recommend it to anyone going forward! When I took my car in they had a full schedule but worked in what I needed, which was so awesome. They were very communicative with me while it was being worked on & it was out within a few hours. Their service was great & their prices were fair. Definitely will keep them in mind for future maintenance.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

These guys are so good! Always honest and communicative. Never trying to upsell or oversell. They have good hours, easy scheduling, and I have used them for years for all routine maintenance even on new cars, instead of the over-priced dealerships.
