I went here last minute cause my battery died and I got immediate service! The employee who worked there, Sergio was amazing and helpful. He installed my battery fast and efficiently. Would definitely go again for his great customer service!

I definitely prefer O'Reilly's over AutoZone and seem to get better service as well. Although sometimes the service lacks or there are huge wait times because the other employers are in the back of busy it's still a better business. I've been a customer for over 10 years and keep going back. It's also a closer location to the highway which is always better for travelers that need a quick part. Most employees are very knowledgeable about what they are selling and seem to care and want the best price for you as well.

Sept 2023Got a battery test a few weeks ago and the guy told me the battery was bad. He didn't seem to enjoy working here.Fast forward to today and I got a new battery. Kim (I think that was her name) was very helpful. I brought in my old battery, she confirmed my info, gave me several options, and brought out a new battery for me. She was very nice and informative. I switched out my battery in the parking lot. Good experience overall.2018I was looking for engine under cover rivets for a mid-2000s Civic. Unfortunately, they weren't stocked. The guy at the desk said that they don't sell them anymore because it's too old and stopped carrying them.Other than that, the store is nice and has all other auto parts stuff. The employees seem knowledgable and friendly.

I have been an O'Reilly customer for.years. their customer service is the difference between auto parts businesses, but this location they just dont want to help me.Came 2 times for a check engine light check, and 1 excuse was: I am by myself cannot do it. The 2nd was: check engine light needs to be on, cannot do it.I aint coming here to buy car parts, that is for sure.

Went into the store today for a battery check and was helped by Kimberly. She was so nice and helpful. I had a loose connection on the battery that was the issue and she tightened it for me and didn't charge an arm and a leg for a new battery like autozone was trying to charge. Will definitely be my go to store now on.

Guy behind counter bald . Dim look. Went in needed plastic cabin fan for Suzuki. He ordered it from warehouse. We talked about the sticker shock for plastic fan cage. He orders it cus we need it today. We come back after they call and say they have it. They ordered the motor not the cage then claim we screwed up not them . What dirty business practices

Worst service ever, in my history of dealing with O Reilly s !!! I was having problems with my battery when I drove in here and told this kid I do not want to turn my car off and he advised me to test the battery I had to turn it off then I buy a battery and try to buy a tool to take off my own battery with because they won t install it for me and while the other guy is changing out someone else battery outside he can t find a tool to sell me and he now can not start my car . While this kid is new at what he is doing the guy with the experience (Sergio) stands by and does nothing to help this kid and charges my credit card incorrectly I now have unnecessary charges on my card and I am stuck in the parking lot and they are not even trying to help This will most likely be my last visit to this location for sure ! I m only giving them one star because it requires for me to because they don t deserve a star at all in my book.

I have to tell you that this particular O'Reilly Auto Parts rocks! I had an emergency situation with my "dead battery" early yesterday morning, and they came to the rescue in a jiffy. When I called another local auto parts store, they were less than friendly and willing to help; however, when I called this store and spoke to Benito, he immediately told me, "Shouldn't be a problem. Hope we can help you out." And did he ever! I was in a time crunch, and Benito got me "back up and on the road" in record time. He was kind, considerate, and he went the extra mile to not only install my battery for me but clean up the terminals as well. He simply couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. They've earned me as a "return customer," and I want to recommend them to you as well. Thank you, Benito. Thank you, O'Reilly Auto Parts Euless! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely wonderful guys here. Joe helped me with a warranty issue I had on a battery and he went to extremes to help me out and he spent a long time finding the information needed to process my warranty and stood behind the product. They're great guys, they do a good job and they sell good stuff.

Alex was very polite, professional, fast and went above and beyond to assist me with my battery issues. Don't meet many employees like that! Went to another location earlier in the day and they we're kinda rude and not very helpful. Definitely will be returning to this location for anything else my car may need!

I'm blown away by the excellent customer service I received from Brian today. An indicator light on my dash for rear light failure had come on, but when I had someone check the lights they didn't see any out. Puzzled, I came in here after work today asking if any of their diagnostic equipment could detect a bad filament or something else that would trip the sensor. The employee at the desk said no, and I was about to go on my way when Brian flagged me down in the parking lot. He said he'd watched me back out just double check my lights, and it turned out that I had two brake lights out! As I parked and went inside Brian immediately found the right product, and after I bought it he was so kind as to install it! I even troubled him to check my other lights too, and sure enough he spotted a running light out. Back in we go, where he'd already pulled the right product as I was coming in to pay, and he installed that, too! He even checked my front lights to be sure they were working before I left.Whoever is monitoring these reviews, please pass this on to Brian's boss. There are plenty of auto parts retailers out there, but this is truly the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires loyalty; I hope Brian is recognized and rewarded for his outstanding work. You can bet I'll be back to this location for all my auto part needs in the future!

Went in about 7:00 on a Saturday night. Nobody there. Stood around for maybe 6-8 minutes, said "hello" a couple times, but nothing. . Good thing AutoZone is right down the road.

awesone place! excellent customer service. i went in to store there on main street in Euless because my headlight was out. being disabled i didnt have energy to fix myself nor money for a mechanic. well, the guys were amazing. Timothy was most helpful. in freezing cold this guy went outside and checked my car. he replaced the light. he even filled my window wiper fluid.cant find service like this anymore! i will go here from now on!! thank you O'Reileys! you are the best!

I was visiting the DFW area when my msg board said I needed coolant. I stopped at OReillys and Mark (Mgr) was so kind and helpful. He checked my coolant level and explained what to do if my car ran hot. Thank you Mark.

Terrible customer service, I purchased starter for my truck 3-4 months ago, bought new one from this guys with lifetime warranty, 2 days ago starter quit, so I brought it for exchange under warranty, short Hispanic guy tells me he can t for sure tell me if that s their product, and try to embarrass me saying maybe you brought different starter. He lost his mind. I been customer at this store over 12 years, and spent thousands of dollars here, and I told him that. He just said ah ok. Unbelievable. So I told him I m taking my business to autozone which is 3 minutes away. He said ok no problem. Went to auto zone , bought new starter. Stay away from this store. Extremely rude, no customer appreciation at all

Above and Beyond "First Class Service" after being wronged by a Local GM Dealer. I was stuck with a Dead Battery at work, called these guys in need and they Brought the Battery to me (helped me Change it)Really showed they Care about the Customer and were Willing to Help!Rare these days, most act as though your Lucky they are there to take your money.........Not the Case here. I Appreciate the High Level of Service I received!!THANK YOU!!Mark

My experience at O Reilly today on Euless-Main was great. The customer representative/ parts specialists was very helpful and went to great lengths to help me. I appreciate his kindness! Thanks O Reilly for such a wonderful employee.

This store has one of the rudest mangers i have ever encountered. My had gotten a battery from this place and after some time it started to leak. This destroyed my carpet so i had to to back. When i went back, he kept on saying " it's not battery acid," and kept repeating atleast a 150 times. When asked what it was i was given no answer other than "something,"he was rude arrogant and disrespectful to me the whole time.

Took my battery in to have them check it out and they told me it wouldn't hold a charge. But the customer before me had 2 batteries checked and he was told his batteries were bad. So i went down the street to autozone and my battery checked out to be good. 2nd time this has happened at O'Reilly. They are just trying to sell you parts.

Service was A1. I forgot the young guy who helped me name is but he went above and beyond to get me the right breaks and rotors. He knew his job, he even got off his break early to help me get something I needed when I came back.
