Perfect as always there only been 2 times in the past 20 plus years. That Napa didn't have the parts. That was do both cars were so new. It was a dealer only parts. Other that every Napa I have been has always been helpful. Thanks Napa keep up the good work.

Worst napa ever it took the store manager christina like 20 minutes to help me out I was the only customer there, I was completely ignored. Rude and unprofessional management you might want to invest in someone that has customer skills. Never going back

First time in this store and as an elderly lady I have to depend on the information given and I had the opportunity to speak with Chad and he was so very helpful. He helped me with my purchase and I left with all the confidence that this will be my store of choice for the future.

Guy behind counter bald . Dim look. Went in needed plastic cabin fan for Suzuki. He ordered it from warehouse. We talked about the sticker shock for plastic fan cage. He orders it cus we need it today. We come back after they call and say they have it. They ordered the motor not the cage then claim we screwed up not them . What dirty business practices

There s still good people in this world we had originally bought two batteries for my husband truck in Oklahoma he works everywhere around the United States so he drives all the time his batteries were going bad and they re still covered under warranty. We didn t have the receipt so I called the original place where I purchased it and they were nice enough to email me a receipt he drove to a place that they didn t have the batteries and they send them somewhere else. I called Robert at this location and he was nice enough to let me know that they do have the batteries in stock, and he would be expecting my husband with the batteries, just a little things that make someone s life easier thank you Robert.

Tell you on the app they have a.product and go all the way there and didn't have it or were trying to get me to buy more than I needed.I left with nothing for the extra distance out of the way.

If you order something from napa and its comingnfrom mesquite go out and get it yourself. There delivery system sucks. Then make sure when you get to the store its the same sales guy. I get there to pick up something counter guy gives me a attitude tells me its not there but the previous guy puts in a spot its not supposed to be. Heres a clue napa have meetings and communicate with each other Im not the enemy i know when I ordered my stuff. And whg do you have delivery vehicles if your not going to deliver to a commercial location.???

Same as Ben, my car had a battery problem and I took it to this location. Terrie had an attitude from the beginning of the interaction until I left. I asked Terrie if he could help me with the battery tester and he told me I could do it myself and if I needed the battery replaced I'd have to do it myself aswell. This location doesn't deserve anyone's business until the employees change their attitudes, I ended up leaving to another location and was late to work because of their unprofessionalism, do not come here!!

NAPA in Euless is terrible. As soon as you walk in, two lazy people at the front counter on their phones sitting on a stool. You can tell they don't even want to be there and for sure they don't want to help anyone. Attitude sucked. I hate going in to this location but sometimes they are the only ones with the part you need. They need to get different help up front of put a phone policy to were they should not be on their phones at front counter.

Probably the worst experience I ve ever had at an auto store. Called to make sure they had the part I needed. I showed up and the assistant manager Greg belittled me with his answers to my questions. He also got off a phone call before assisting me and was swearing under his breathe. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Do not recommend!

Got the right Thermostat , gasket, and coolant right for my 84 Elcamino the first time and didn't let me forget the new clamps.

The help was great but the warranty on the NAPA Legend battery leaves a bit to be desired. My truck takes two 12v 875 CCA batteries. The set I purchased 18 months ago failed this morning. When the NAPA tech tested them the volts were at 12v, but the cranking amps were down to 9CCA in each battery. The replacements cost me $169.00 each. The warranty discount was only $18.00. I'm going to shop around town and find a better warranty for batteries in the future.

All I can say is Napa has really went down hill. Never have any tool or part that I need. Also the price is not competitive with the other auto parts stores. Also customer service is really lacking here. Used to be good but now can't even get someone to come behind the counter and look for something. This is a dying breed like Sears. What a shame.

Went there for hydraulic hose to find out the stopped doing. Had to call to make sure that the person behind the counter just did not want to make. The person who answered the call confirmed that they or any Napa that he knew of still made hydraulic hoses any more. It it a let down because you pay more at Napa than the other parts stores so it seems they would have a reason to bring people in.

What can I say? I found the part I wanted online at another NAPA location in stock and available for store pickup. I thought I would try this location since it is closer to my house. Big mistake. Before the young man at the counter had a chance to look the part up for me an older employee stated no one carries the part I was looking for. Not true. NAPA does but this particular store apparently does not. While it is true most auto part stores have stopped carrying my part, O'reilly does still stock the part but not in all sizes. (I had already purchased one from O'reilly a week before.) I left without the part I wanted or without even being shown the parts they did have in stock. I've had good luck at this location before with hard to find parts. Based on their current level of customer service it will be some time before I give them another try.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Leslie is always on top of things and keeps me in the loop being some things I need are obscure. If they don't have it they always will try to find it for me. I can't say enough about the staff. Not many places like this anymore.

Go to the O'Reilly's which is practically next door. I love NAPA, but this location couldn't care less about the shade tree mechanics that walk in. I've been twice and both times I was overcharged and had to bring to their attention the discounts that were being displayed on their windows. When I did this, both times the employees seemed to be annoyed that I existed. All in all, customer service is a joke at this location. If you want to go to a NAPA, go to the one south of 183 off of Beltline. They are much nicer and more helpful there. Or just go to the O'Reilly's like I mentioned before.

Great assistance from auto technicians. Very helpful with ideas on how to temporarily fix my air filter housing until I could get the appropriate parts. Thanks a bunch &Merry Christmas!

I went in for front and back wiper blades and even though he was busy, Earl showed me how they hooked in. After watching me struggle for a couple minutes he came out and did for me while showing me how it was done and threw out the old ones! With a baby in the car we are always in a rush to get things done and Earl helped us out big time. Thank you

Everybody at this store has always been super helpful every time I go in. For a non car guy like myself, it is nice to not be treated like a nuisance.

This store is ran by idiots who don't know squat about vehicles or customer service. How can you be rude when you have zero clue about cars??
