Brought my RAV4 here for an oil change and inspection on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I was able to get the services done very quickly. Josie and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Got all my issues resolved within the same day and the car has been running great! Definitely going here to get my other car serviced when it s time for maintenance.

12/2023 Came here for oil change and inspection on my Toyota. People were friendly, they accommodated me right away, though in the process, they had to order a new plug gasket and that took some time. In the end, I was there 1.5 hours (ouch!). Used the oil change coupon for synthetic ($59.99) and after the $9.99 gasket and taxes, oil change was $78.43 (with another $25.50 on top for inspection). Total $103.931/2023 Came here for inspection. They were friendly and I was out within 15 minutes.

I was able to get a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and break check with a coupon for about 70 bucks with tax. Made the appointment online and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely go back and recommend

Excellent service! I was in need of new tires and decided to try this location. I was very impressed with the friendly and honest customer service that I received from Daniel. The crew all worked together to get my tires prepared and installed. The younger woman that started the work was very careful and strategic. I'm very happy that I went to this location! The office/shop manager Josie even messaged me to see if I was happy with everything. Highly recommend this location!

The staff was very helpful in not only fixing what I came in for, but with explaining what needs to be done and how long I can/should wait to get it fixed. I appreciate their honesty, and not just trying to make a dollar, more than anything.

My family and I have been working with the Midas company for many years in a few different states, and this Midas is yet another one that provides profession and great service! Work on my car is always done in good time with amazing quality, and warrantees and guarantee of customer satisfaction are common themes and highly honored at this Midas. I have had above and beyond service here. I had recent service done, and they kept working on it until the job was complete given some difficulties with no extra charge. Would highly recommend this Midas team to anyone!

Great Team! Great Shop! Knowledgeable technicians and efficient front office. Josie, Matt, and the rest of the team have been taking care of my family vehicles and work truck for years. I appreciate that they re not only great for the basics like oil changes, inspections and tires, but that this shop has the skills and tools to handle serious diagnostics and critical systems. Fair pricing for the work and the parts, and they treat every vehicle and every person with the same high level of respect. I much appreciate their expertise and their excellent customer service!

These guys are awesome everytime I need anything with my car they are able to tell me what it takes to fix it give me an accurate quote price and time-line to prepare how long I may be without it. I work at a body shop and still choose to bring my personal car to them anytime I need work. Matt is amazing.

I work for a corporation that has fleet vehicles, we have accounts with National Automotive shops. I have had no so good experiences with those particular Businesses. I m Glad I found out that Midas honors what we as fleet vehicles need to get our vehicles serviced,Midas in Euless is very professional, reliable, on point with diagnosis and most of all customer services proficient. Matt and his team were excellent! Matt was attentive, helpful and never made me feel like my concerns were not valid. He pointed out an issue I was not aware of and did not make me feel pressured in to doing anything but guided me through my options. His team was courteous, friendly and the work was done quickly. New to this side of town and got an oil change at this location. Not only did they provide me with a coupon/discount when I did not have one, but they also performed the oil change quickly and identified issues with my vehicle during their inspection which I was not aware of and some that I was.I would go here again for services. Customer service was also great.

I had heard good reviews about Midas Muffler in Euless so I went there with confidence they would do a good job but I was still surprised and how good they were . Very pleased with their work and professionalism . . I highly recommend then . They will always have my business .

I went into Midas to determine why my daughter's car was blowing hot air. The mechanic advised that it was just missing freon. The diagnostic check with ink and freon was $309.16. On the way back to school, the air conditioner stopped working. The belt shredded because of the following from the Lubbock mechanic accessment: The ac compressor is bent and / or tilted. It's been getting to that point for a while because you can see where the freon has been leaking out for a while. If you know what else that same belt is connected to, you know this was a lot worse than picture paints. Please seek service at a different location or automotive service provider.

I went 2 days ago, just one day before Easter Day. My previous oil change place somehow couldn t fix my Serpentine belt replacement, they mentioned to me the past previous person (whoever fix my car before) didn t do their job well that they broke some part of the belt part component. I was so frustrated and upset coz I know it was ok, it just need belt replacement. So, I brought my car to Midas and the manager Matt was very throughly explain what was going on and he did replaced my belt and the broken part very quickly. I m very satisfied with the works he did and also other staffs there. I would recommend anyone to have his/her car to this place. Thank you, Matt!! Don't trust a single word they say...If you go, prepare to get ripped off...especially if you have a fleet account. Every vehicle we took to them, all of sudden, had missing bolts, engine covers missing and other strange "problems". When we got the vehicles back, they were always worse then when they went in. There seems to be something very, oh what's the word...shady, about this location, IMO.You do whatever you want, but now you have a little more information you may find useful, or at least don't be surprised if the same thing happens to you. And don't buy their responses to posts. Lets see how long this post lasts before it gets "scrubbed"Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are always more than satisfied when we have to go to Midas. We deal with Matt who is INCREDIBLE!!! Matt is awesome because he educates and k ows his cars. He has always told me how the system he's working on works and how it contributes to my car. Then he repairs it and I don't have any problems with it again. I recommend this Midas to anyone who wants great service.
