From the moment I entrusted my 1966 Arcadian blue Ford Mustang to Mid-Cities Mustang, I knew it was in capable hands, but the outcome far exceeded my expectations. Craig and Jimmy are the best. I needed a part for my 1964 1/2 Mustang and they went through a box of parts and were able to find exactly what I needed for my repair. That is Real Customer Service!!!

Look no further than Mid-Cities Mustang. In 2010, I inherited a family heirloom my grandmothers 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe. Bringing the car to Dallas (DFW) from Houston, where it spent its first 45 years, I knew I needed to find a trusted shop that could help finish the restoration, repair needed issues, flawlessly execute paint and body work, and help me perform regular ongoing maintenance on my prized possession. I found Mid-Cities Mustang in Euless, Texas and I d take my Mustang to no other place in Dallas-Fort Worth.Their quality of work speaks for itself. And they don t just work on Mustangs, they OWN Mustangs. They are Mustang enthusiasts with a true passion for the vehicle, and a true willingness to help people who have their own Pony realize their desire for the car whether it be a cosmetic upgrade, a mechanical fix or improvement, or a complete restoration project.Wayne and his shop team are well-versed in everything Mustang they have my complete trust and loyalty. And Craig, the owner, is equally passionate and knowledgeable about Mustangs and offers unparalleled levels of customer service if it s your first call/visit, or if you have a fleet of classic Mustangs that you ve been bringing to him for years, you get treated with the utmost respect and appreciation for choosing Mid-Cities Mustang. So, if you have a Mustang of your own, from daily driver to concours show car, do yourself a favor and give Craig a call. Whether you need work now, or just want to have a shop lined-up for future reference, you can t go wrong with the amazing team at Mid-Cities Mustang.

I have been wanting to purchase a 1966 Mustang for the past 20 years after I sold my first one to help pay for college. I finally found the perfect one for me, but was so nervous about whether I would find someone who could really help me on the many issues that go with owning a classic car. I'm so glad to have found Mid Cities Mustang! The entire team there not only helped ensure my Mustang was safe to take my family on Sunday rides, but also made sure the car was in excellent working order. Their prices were fair, and they finished the work in a week when I thought they'd need the car for at least a month. I've already put together of all the additional items I need done, and will absolutely return to Mid Cities Mustang for everything. When I picked up my car they walked me through what they had completed in detail, but not only that, they walked me back into the shop to speak to the mechanics that worked my car to share very detailed information that is unique to my Mustang and things I need to keep my eye on. I'm not just excited that Mid Cities Mustang will do all future work, but that they will be teaching me about the Mustang so I can be an even better owner.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Incredibly skilled and knowledgeable staff dedicated to restoring and improving each Mustang that enters their shop. This shop excels in maintaining customer contact and ensuring that the jobs performed are all recorded and detailed so each customer knows exactly what has and will be done on their car. Highly recommend this shop if you are considering having work done on your Mustang.

I have taken my 1967 Mustang here several times for everything from alignment work to collision repair and paint. They do top quality work at fair prices. They are very busy, which speaks volumes to the level and quality of service they provide. The mechanic was very patient and explained everything that was wrong and helped me prioritize repairs.

Just had some work done on the Falcon at Mid Cities Mustang . Worth the time on the wait list and worth every penny. These guys put a patch panel on the dash for the radio, new core support, toe boards and floor pans in the wagon and it looks every bit as good as if it came off the assembly line. Pics to follow soon! If you live in tx and have a Ford, give these guys a call.

I bought a 2005 Mustang for my son and it broke down within 150 miles. Craig was very helpful in helping diagnose, and because I wanted it faster than he was able to complete the work (great shops stay busy) Craig recommended a shop to me. Awesome experience and top notch customer satisfaction. Thanks again Craig.

I've waited more than 6 months to leave this review because I don't like being negative and hoped I'd just let the whole thing go. But I owe it to other customers to state the facts. I paid Mid-Cities Mustang over $11,000 to work on my 1967 Mustang 390 convertible. It was a nice restored car, but the restoration was uneven and some things needed to be fixed. So Mid-Cities worked on many aspects of the car both big and small. Here are the good and the bad: THE GOOD -- Craig and Wayne are generally knowledgeable and responsive, and they sometimes go out of their way to help. Phone calls and emails are usually answered promptly. Also, when my transmission shifter got stuck, Craig and Wayne both came to my house on a Saturday morning to help me. This was very nice of them and I appreciated it, but it does not make up for the bad things I experienced. THE BAD -- ITEM ONE: When I took my car to Mid-Cities, the car was hard to start, and would sometimes die for no apparent reason when I was driving it. When I got my car back from Mid-Cities the first time after spending $10,000, the car was still very hard to start, and it died after driving less then one mile and would not re-start. I had it towed back to Mid-Cities, and Craig didn't even offer to pay for the towing. When I again got the car back, it was still extremely hard to start -- and then ran poorly. Bottom line, given two chances, they either couldn't figure out what was wrong or couldn't fix it. ITEM TWO: The car needed to have paint removed from the door strikers. Seemed pretty simple. Craig said it would be easier to replace the strikers rather than clean them, and he promised that doing so would not affect door alignment. When I got the car back, the door alignment was terrible. Craig said it was because the car must have been in an accident in the past. I then showed Craig photos of the car before I brought it to him -- with perfect door alignment. Only then did he fix the problem, again with no apology. ITEM THREE: My car was a non-GT 390. I paid Mid-Cities substantial money to install a "stock" camshaft -- meaning the type of camshaft the car left the factory with. Instead, Wayne revealed to me that Mid-Cities actually installed a GT cam, which is definitely not a stock cam for my car. This resulted in the car having a lumpier idle than I would like. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. The whole episode was frustrating, expensive, and depressing. I sold the car at a loss, and if I ever own another classic Mustang, I would have it serviced somewhere else.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Transmission repair

They repaired my car 29 years ago and did an incredible job on a near total loss 68 convertible. They will continue to make repairs to my car as they come up.
