JACOB IS AMAZING!!! WHEN I TOOK MY CAR TO CHRISTIAN BROTHERS THEY TOLD ME 4500 TO FIX IT. HALF THE CRAP THEY SAID WASNT EVEN BROKEN. I TOOK MY CAR TO THESE GUYS AND THEY WERE AMAZING. GREAT PRICES!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST ALL AROUND NICE PEOPLE. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!

Calvin (I hope I remembered his name correctly... the guy with the ponytail) is EXCEPTIONAL!I was in on 3-20-24 for an inspection. His Customer Service was top tier. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I hope the staff, you currently have, remains. I'm here every year for inspections and oil changes and I must say, it's one of the best staffs yet. Kudos!

The guy at the desk was a racist and was very rude. The way he spoke to his other customers had me laughing to how he treated me. He didn t listen to what was my problem and on that he kept interrupting me. I backed out that second , because I can t trust a guy who cannot listen to his customers first enough to leave my car there. It happened to my friend as well but I should have just listened when he said that instead of going there in the first place.

Great overall experience, staff is excellent. knowledgeable and more than happy to help explain and give visual aid to whatever problem it is they find. In my opinion pricing is good, the labor was performed quickly, and I was treated well.

Used to have good experiences here until recently. Brought my car in for a wheel bearing replacement, and got it back with VSA, ABS, and power steering warning lights on the dash. They said a wheel bearing replacement could cause that and will go away but it was also the brake pads I installed years ago that were likely the problem. While we were talking about the car , they tried to pile on more work needed . They mentioned the car needed a whole new suspension and CV axles, tho the car did not show signs of replacements in those areas. After a week of driving and replacing the front pads like they said, I noticed the drivers side front backing plate was missing. Called them about it and about the dash messages and they ll call me when it would arrive. Two weeks go without a call but of me reaching out to them, the mechanic finally picks up and said the part was arriving as I called. Took the car the next day and they said it d be a couple of days. Got the car back a week later, the backing plate was loose and car was making a new grinding noise while the dash lights were still on. Took it to Firestone and was told the wheel bearings were installed incorrectly, the ABS sensor was visibly damaged(like someone smashed it), and the backing plate installed was both damaged and installed incorrectly. Whole experience cost me $2150; $450 from the first job, $1700 for Firestone to fix Kwik Kar s mistakes, and Firestone said CV axles, suspensions, and brake pads were fine. Not telling you to go to Firestone, just letting you know to avoid Jimmy the manager s upselling game, and Chris the mechanic. They wouldn t even give me my money back.Had multiple talks with Jimmy about the issues throughout the experience about how they would make it right. But after taking the car 3 times and then saying they couldn t find anything wrong on their end then having someone else fix the issues they caused, how can you trust them to make anything right?They asked me to reach out to them via email and after sending an email I got no response.

This used to be my go to place. Recently there s been a big decline. Their tint meter is off. Three other tint meters read the tint correctly. They refused to acknowledge it. Now they re trying to say they can t accept a digital copy of my insurance, but two other businesses I ve called said it s absolutely fine. (Kwik kar had no issue in the past, even just a month ago).

I was able to get in and out and reasonably priced for the type of oil I use. Friendly staff and customer service were definitely 5 stars. Will visit again and recommend to others in the HEB area.

Kwik Kar had my vehicle on and off for about a month after Carvana sold me a car with a bunch of issues and the team there really made a stressful situation more bearable. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and they kept me updated throughout the whole process while we tried to figure out the issue. Working with the warranty provider to cover costs was a pain, but the staff handled everything with them and made sure I wasn't paying out of pocket for the repairs. Highly recommend!

Came in to get my car diagnosed for registration. Kendrick was very professional he outlined pricing and the steps he planned to take before we conducted business. REVISED, DO NOT ASK FOR KENDRICK!!! Kendrick is not knowledgeable and doesn t listen. I was on a time frame and his inability to listen or be knowledgeable to ask probing questions if I didn t say the correct terminology is POOR! He made up for it by giving me a discount and acknowledging that we were on two different pages. He did give correct information about going to Kroger to do my registration sticker. Also it s called an inspection

This place has gone from one of the best to one of the worst. They don't care about their customers at all. In recent months, I have been there few times for several reasons and I have returned without any work. I tried to change the battery - they quoted very high prices. I went to change the bulb - they quoted 110 dollars. I went to Toyota and it was replaced for 40 dollars. I wish old owners were back, but looks like I need to find a new place for my everyday car maintenance.

By far my favorite location!!! As long as I'm in the area, they will be the only ones to work on my car. This staff are just exceptional. They have went above and beyond to fix the issues on my car. Even when something felt off, I brought it back and they helped with no hesitatation. They Kept me updated, gave me a thorough explanation on what the problems were and what I needed. I didn't feel like I was getting used either. That's a common thing with car shops but not this location. The waiting area is always clean and kept. The oil changes are also quick. All the staff that are there are friendly and knowledgeable but personal Thanks to Paul and Rick for all the help they have done on my car and the great customer service as I worked with them the most.Visited as of 12/29/23 and I still feel the same. A new staff but they are also so professional and very helpful! Cameron helped get me started. Thank you to this location for always being on top of things!!! I will always definitely be back to get my car serviced here.

This place always was big on cleanliness. The floors were always mopped and product and tools organized. The staff was always attentive and nice.. this Friday walking up to shop I was appalled. The staff weren't even in uniform. Had dirty hands... I understand your a mechanic but have you ever heard of gloves.. no thank you your not getting in my car.. over all they seemed in a bad mood and tried to come off intimidating. They need better leadership up here... this place has gone downhill since orval pierce sold it. I will never return to this kwick kar

These guys are a complete disgrace to the Auto Repair Community. They agreed to take care of a customer for a splash shield they did not install properly after he had his vehicle serviced by them. Even after having a recorded conversation between Kendrick and the Repair Shop fixing the mistake agreeing to pay, a day later they denied having agreed to pay. Avoid taking your vehicle here and go to a reputable shop that has experience and stands by their work no matter what.

This is the Place to go for not only oil change but any other work that needs doing. They saved me money by instructing me that one of the other things I wanted done wasn't necessary, and they were very polite and got me in and out in less than 20 minutes.J. Trammell

If you use the Groupon, you have to pay the disposal fee and for any amount of oil over 5 quarts (in addition to the Groupon price), but I still saved a few bucks over competitors. Workers were nice.

Nice neighborhood car care center. I go here for oil changes, etc. and just recently they had to replace my Starter in a VW Tiguan that was not only configured differently, but had a weird starter. Poor guys had to jump thru hoops to get it replaced. Car is all good. Jimmy the manager is knowledgeable, personable and professional!

I would have given 0 star for this place. I went for the car inspection. They told me bulb needs to be fixed. Luckily I declined their service. I went home and checked the light. They unscrew the bulb and told that it s not working. They are a scammers. It was my first and will be the last time to go in this place.

This place is run by a bunch of kidsI watched them charge a guy 77.50 to change a light bulb.I have been going there for 6 years. When there yesterday for oil change they wanted us fill out a forms personal information. Looked like they were going to sale to a 3rd party. Never again. They have lost my business.

First, I've been living in the neighborhood for over 6 years, and in the last 1 maybe 2 years, THEY ARE NEVER OPEN ON TIME AND OFTEN HAVE MADE ME LATER TO WORK THAN NECESSARY. It happened again, this morning, and that was it for me!! The workers were there on time, but apparently, the assistant manager Trent, who has the keys, wasn't, and almost never is I was told by one of the workers. The keys should be given to someone who will be there on time, not someone who shows up whenever! I tried posting this same review on their store website, under the contact us window, and of course, it wouldn't go through....gee, I wonder why? I truly hope someone who cares and has authority reads this and does something about it. The cynical person in me says NOTHING will change. I dare you to prove me wrong!!Service: Tires

This is my favorite location for safety inspections, oil changes and general tune up. The staff is fantastic. At my most recent visit for inspection of my 1981 Jeep C-5, the windshield wipers needed replacing. Not a common size. The team was able to locate and have delivered replacement wipers within a couple of hours. I went back at the stated time and they even installed the new ones for me. This place really is great! they hit my vehicle wish I could give no stars. They hit my vehicle and still made me pay for my oil change, what a joke!!!No updates - No call to be in contact with the district manager - just said they would replace it but no updates yet. I m very upset was just going for an oil change now I need a whole bumper
