I purchased a brand new 2021 "certified pre-owned" van from these crooks. They swore to me it had not been in an accident. Low and behold I later found out the entire side and door was replaced with bondo. They promised to reimburse me for a dent after I they did not disclose the damages before I paid for the vehicle. And when I went to give them the dent estimate of $1200 they sent me a whopping $200 in a check that the owner Matt said would be $300. They guys are crooks, snakes, liars and deceitful, the owner is not even American. do NOT go here! the worst and lowest quality it gets when it comes to a car dealership!

My husband and I came in recently and purchased a 2019 ram. Isaac helped us out with everything and he was great! however, he did show my husband a gt500 and now he won t stop talking about it lol. This was a very stress free experience and any problems we did run into James was right there to fix everything and make sure we were all good to go. James helped us out so much and let us know if we ever run into any issues to let him know. The customer service was great and the environment was very friendly and welcoming, if you re thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Excellent auto direct I say go for it!

This place was fantastic! Smoother car buying experience we ve had. We bought a 2019 GMC Acadia in perfect condition and a great price tag! Dora was so great to work with, very helpful and kind, we adored her and so did our kids! This was the most family friendly dealership environment I ve ever been in! We loved every minute and the best part was we didn t spend the entire day there, we were in and out in less than 2 hrs!!The car needed a minor fix for a sensor issue and repair to a seatbelt cover, the finished it quickly and without issue. They didn t try to convince us it was not their responsibility, which was great I ve had many issues with things like this before. The gal in the service department kept in touch each step of the way during the sensor repair and gave us a great loaner. I had my car back the next day!I honestly can t put into words how great it was! Such a smooth and stress free process it was so refreshing! Everything was fantastic!! I absolutely love my new car! I will never buy a car from active else as long as I m in this city!! Bees place around!

Where do I start? This review is all about Kristy Gardner in the service department. I had my car stolen 6 weeks after I bought it from Excellence Auto ( thank god it was recovered!) and Khristy handled every detail and more than lived up to her promise that it would look just as good as when I bought it from them. Khristy handled my claim with my insurance company and was absolutely fantastic! She made a customer for life! Thank you so much Khristy!

My recent BMW purchase has been a nightmare. Since buying it on October 18, 2023, it's been overheating and the brakes have failed. I've had to return it to the dealership multiple times because the brake lights kept malfunctioning, with one even dangling from the frame. The process of getting plates took months, and I regret not leaving it with them. Now, with a $23K loan still to pay, I feel like I've been sold a liability. The dealership's lack of response speaks volumes about their service. Consider this a warning to potential buyers.

Bait and switch operation. I bought a vehicle from here and on the drive home we uncovered a massive amount of issues. All electrical based and ones you would think they would have corrected when they prepped the vehicle to be sold. Cruise control not working, radio not hooked up, and the ac being messed up. They didn t even change out the battery on the key phob . A month later as the issues keep mounting I get told over the phone that I am within the warranty to get the items fixed and the bring it up. When I show up the vehicle magically does not qualify. They offer a free diagnostic but then say when they find out the issue they are going to charge me for the repairs the repairs that they should have caught before I even bought the car!!! I was standing next to another guy at service who said they were doing the exact same thing to him and he was having similar issues with his car. Incredibly frustrating. They look buttoned up on the outside but buyer beware with this place.

Cars are in great condition overall, they have a service center that fixes and looks over them before putting them on the market.Issues I had with them are three things:1) Car price listed is not what they will sell you the car, they add on a $2k-$3k charge for fixing the cars even if your particular car didn't cost them that much to fix. This cost is NOT listed on the site.2) Car we wanted said online it came with a certified warranty (3mth, 4k miles), yet they would not honor that either on the car we were purchasing.3) hey refused to negotiate any pricing since they had another customer visiting the dealership a few hours later.

Warning Be careful with this dealership! They sold me a car with structural damage. When I asked about the carfax they told me it was only a bumper damage. It s partly my fault because I didn t look it up for myself. I went by word of mouth please do your due diligence when purchasing from this place.

My husband and I met with Dora yesterday and purchased a 2019 Kia Soul, perfect condition and very good price. I cannot give enough credit to Dora. She was amazing to work with, very nice lady, felt like I was a good friend from the time we walked in the door. The finance manager was very nice and helpful.If you are looking for a nice used car this is the place to go. All of their vehicles look brand new, they don't rush you into buying, they understand less than perfect credit rating and will get you the best rate.Go to this place first, and drive away in an excellent vehicle.

Typical bait and switch AVOID!I got a coupon in the mail for a half price oil change. So, when I went to the service center I asked how much oil changes were with synthetic oil and the tech told me it was $140 for 5 quarts plus tax. I showed my coupon and she says "oh well that's only for the labor" no where on the coupon does it say that. I asked how much it would be then and she told me they could do it for &80 plus the extra quart of oil. I said okay and I told them I wanted Mobile One and I was then informed that name branded oil (including Mobile One, Valvoline and others) was extra. I asked whet brand of oil they would use and she didn't know what brand it was and this it was some bulk oil company. (all of this while some dog was licking my leg) I do not recommend this company for anything. Total bait and switch.

Great Auto Dealer! If you want a low pressure auto dealer this is the place. They are friendly and will really work with you to get you in the vehicle you need. Arby was great relaxed and friendly and spoke with the owner on my behalf and got me a great deal, a much needed vehicle with a very low down payment. Maleek is their financier and he is very nice and the whole process was quick and painless as far as buying a car goes! I am very very grateful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.I m editing this because I am starting to see the buck stops with the sales floor. I purchased their Ameriplus extended warranty for 3500 which covers the vehicle for 24,000 miles and am starting to believe they do not want to do any repairs. Can t get service desk on the phone.. they won t answer or make a call back. I went through my sales rep and he had me drive out. Once there, it s an hour drive, I was told the rough and delayed shifting was normal for the vehicle and talked their way out of all my concerns. I am starting to wonder if they sell the warranty then try and hold you off until you pass the mileage. So beware of the warranty and believing you will get service from them with no deductible. My auto doors stopped working and my brakes need a repair along with an emissions control. I went through the sales and service drr we it refused to get on phone to explain what my warranty did and didn t cover. I was told by sales maybe it would be better to go to dealership instead. I will update as this process continues.

Got a car here and immediately started having issues with it not even two months in. While the people can be nice, that isn't a substitute for the awful time I've had since buying from them.While the dealership had the vehicle serviced while they had it and I had to bring it in within a week for an electrical issue. They gave me a rental while they had my car for at least a week, and soon after I started having issues starting up again. This time, I brought it to my usual mechanic and it took getting an outside examination to find out that they had the wrong type of battery in my car, so it wouldn't hold a charge when left stationary for long periods of time. Leading to me having issues getting it to start.I brought the battery that came with the car to the dealership and requested reimbursement for the replacement, but they didn't understand and refused to, saying that they can't go off of another mechanic's diagnosis and I should've brought it to them. The dealership refuses to acknowledge the empirical fact that their mechanics put the wrong battery in the car even with a detailed invoice with notes on the battery, why it was changed, and what it was replaced with.This entire experience makes me question the integrity and reliability of the entire place. I will never go back here.

I purchased my vehicle less than 1 yr ago. I recently failed my inspection because the tint eyebrow placed on the vehicle is below the line regulated by the state. The dealership knew this was a violation and still did it. I asked for a reimbursement since I live 2 hrs away so I can have the tint removed and properly installed. The owner Matt refused and asked that I drive 2 hrs away for the dealership to remove the illegal tint. This is truly unreasonable and unprofessional. It s an easy fix that they could literally do as a customer service but chose not to do. So think if something this minor they are willing to give me hell about, what will they do for something major once you drive off the lot?

Great experience with Jason V financing a used Kia. Atmosphere inside was genuine and friendly. Place is always busy when I have gone in. The other workers were courteous to me when I was there as well always greeting with smiles.Thorough process with paperwork. Bumper has scratches they painted it fresh and gave the car a deep clean. Previous owner had tons of coins in a compartment that left Copper and rings - there was not a spot of it left!Car had passed all inspections about 1 week prior to me going to look at it.Called me right when the plates and registration came in ( about 5 weeks DMV took to send it to them)Car has been running super well the entire time no issues.Have had it since mid April.Happy customer here!

Terrible experience all around. I live in a small city in Louisiana, where the car market is terrible. Decided to look out of state. Found the exact car I wanted and purchased, they lied about my credit (I found out it was 30 points higher than they said when the report came in the mail), but ultimately I stuck it out through the process because it was the exact car I wanted. I paid $600 for delivery on a Wednesday, (I live 5 hours from dealership). I was told it would be there Thursday, it eventually got to me Sunday at midnight. I thought the disaster was over, but I never received my license plate and registration in the mail by the time my temp. Tag expired, so I made an appointment with the DMV just to find out the dealership hasn t even begun the registration process. Avoid this place at all costs.

Be weary when purchasing used vehicles. I bought a used Ford Transit (32k miles) and it looked to be in great condition. I specifically asked if there was any previous structural or mechanical damage, to which I was told "none". After my vehicle was delivered I found this ceiling damage. There is an "as-is" clause in the agreement, so there is no further action for me to take. I took the L with this one.
