This shop/dealership are down to earth honest people. The owner has 10yrs+ experience with these vehicles!! And we all know how shady some mechanic and dealership!! But not this place!!! I just recently bought a car from them and I couldn't be more satisfied. Go check this place out! It will be worth your while. A 5 star doesn't justify there review rating.

These guys are awesome! They worked me in the next day Because I had a trip coming up and had my car ready before it was promised. Their prices are almost half the BMW dealership prices for repairs. I ll always go back there!

Such a great team!! This is my first BMW and it's nice to know I can take it back to them for all oil changes and any future maintenance. Thanks to all for making this such an easy process. A big shout out to Zed for letting us interrupt your daughter's bday lunch!!

DFW Bimmer is so easy to do business with. They are conveniently located, get you scheduled quickly, and best of all, get the work done and the car back to you in no time. At a fair price. What's not to like?

Jesse was able to diagnose, fix, and return my 535i in minutes when it barely made it into the shop on it's own. Who knows what the dealership may have told me was wrong, or how much more it may have costed me to repair. A quick coil change got me back on the road over my lunch hour, the same day I called for help. Highly recommended!

I ve been to DFW Bimmers a couple of time and it s the only place I will take my 428i. Jesse and the rest of the staff are very kind and always treat you right. I don t hesitate to drive from South Ft Worth because I know my car is in great hands there at a fair price.

I had a great experience with DFW Bimmer. They provided prompt service, great communication, and reasonable prices. Jesse was happy to answer and explain any questions I had. They performed great diagnostic work and their repair appropriately addressed the issues with my BMW. What a great experience! Battery change in just 20 minutes! Samantha was very thoughtful getting me a cord to charge my laptop and a table so I could work. Awesome shop! I took my 2015 328i here to get the A/C compressor replaced. They were able to get it fixed the same day, and for a whole lot less than the dealership wanted. Will definitely be coming back any time I need any service done to my BMW. Thanks for the great work!

If you re new to the DFW area and looking for a great mechanic, this is your place. Great customer service from start to finish. Helped me with my loose parking break cable on my 328i. Did a great job for a great price.

I was told about this independent BMW service shop by 2 other BMW owners and I gave it a try. Jesse the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable, and so was his assistant Samantha. They did everything on time and the charge was reasonable, and significantly less than at the dealership I used for the past several years. Jesse was able to correct a dashboard light failure warning by using a computer reset, something which the dealership has not done for the past 3 years. I am very satisfied and will be going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After reading positive reviews about DFW Bimmer I contacted owner Jesse and we met to discuss desired work for my 04 Z4. During consultation Jesse was very attentive and straightforward about the work I wanted performed and made several recommendations. I elected to use their services and it was an excellent experience. I was kept apprised of the work progress and service was completed in very timely manner.A point to make is Jesse could have easily taken financial advantage of me over a concern I expressed with my steering. I was at his mercy from a knowledge aspect of the perceived issue. Jesse exhibited his honesty and integrity and saved me probably over $1000 by providing an alternative solution. Not many repair shops and certainly not dealerships would have taken this course of action, especially as a first time Customer. He definitely earned my trust and future service work.Another plus is the fact Jesse has a lot of industry contacts for work that he does not perform. I have utilized some of these entities and received top notch work as well based upon his recommendations.I would highly encourage anyone looking for BMW service work from a honest and knowledgeable team to visit DFW Bimmer. I've had our diesel BMW serviced here several times, and have always been impressed. I don't worry so much about whether Jesse is 20% or 40% less expensive than the dealerships (and he often is). I just appreciate the integrity of the business, and that he communicates so much better than other shops what needs to be done now, and what I can likely wait a while on. And with some repairs at dealerships or other BMW specialists, I've had to bring it back a month or two later. Not at DFW Bimmer, where every problem has been fixed faster than expected, and fixed completely. Great business and owner.

DFW Brimmers service is dealership quality and are the most honest, genuine people that have ever met they were ready to help us out with our BMW because had a check engine problem due to a faulty turbo and the cost to replace it was about 4000 dollars at a certified BMW DealershipHad not for Jesse taking a look at our car and fixed the issue (also made the check engine disappear) and we would have spent a thousands of Dollars on unnecessary repairs. My wife took out 2009 328i BMW in for service on Feb 14. She dropped it off before she had to get back home and start her shift. Jesse was kind enough to get my wife a ride home after dropping off the car. I was really impressed with him taking good care of my wife and our car. It was ready the same evening as promised. The customer service is great. The prices are seriously better than you will find in the DFW area that are BMW certified. I look to do busy with Jesse & DFW Bimmer for many years to come. I started coming here due to a high rating of 4.8 or 4.9 in Feb 2021. After Jesse fix my car 650 I knew I found a great mechanic and a permanent home for repairs. Dude is hella honest, I ve had two times where I thought I knew for sure one thing was the issue but it was something less expensive. I thought to myself he could have said nothing and charged me for what I thought the issue was while fixing the real issue. If you're looking for a high-quality place to bring your BMW for service, BMW Bimmer is the place for you. Jesse takes care of you from start to finish, and he even follows up to make sure everything is just like you like it. It feels so good to get this level of service from someone who cares about every car that comes in. I was in need of 60K service after buying a used BMW. Jesse made sure everything looked good on the car, and that it was ready for the next year. I will definitely be bringing my car back here.

Fantastic experience. I've never taken my 9 year old car anywhere but the dealership before. They were much more polite, thorough and helpful than any dealership I've ever dealt with and the prices were very reasonable.
