This was an excellent buying experience. All of the representatives were professional, courteous and treated me like I was important. They are all to be commended for their diligence in ensuring that my needs were met. Their service impressed me. My sales person, Kyle Maupin, contacted me, set up an appointment, and knew exactly the type of vehicle that would suit me. He went out of his way to enhance my buying experience. The management official, Mike Logan, personally contacted me ahead of the appointment and also met me when I arrived. The finance and service people were more than polite and helpful. Everyone of these representatives deserve an award. Thank you, Classic Chevrolet.

After being told about Kyle s great attitude and determination to get people into their perfect car, I reached out and found out he was at this dealership. Upon entering my youngest and I were greeted and treated so kindly! The atmosphere here is great! Kyle and I worked together for a week (my decision to wait as I was a little picky and willing to wait) to get me into this great vehicle! I will definitely recommend Kyle to my friends and family as well as the Classic Chevrolet family.

My husband and daughter were on the search for a specific car Dodge Challenger TA 392 F8 Green, when I saw it on their website I immediately contacted her and her response was mom there is no way I can get this car. Then Jason Johnson reached out and what seemed impossible was a dream come true. He went above and beyond to make this happened and we are so very grateful for his kindness,patience and for taking that long trip to deliver it to us. A fantastic experience for during a terrible process. Jason Johnson and everyone at the dealership really helped my wife and I put with finding a car for a great price and not charging all the fees that other car dealerships try to scam people with. They really helped us out in a jam and I could be more thankful that there's a car dealerships out there that actually cares about they're customers.

Found my dream car and sent an inquiry. Dakotah immediately reached out to me and sent numerous pics and videos. Walked me through the entire purchasing process and set up delivery to my house. Kyle went out of his way to make the car buying process a very pleasant experience. I flew into Dallas and they made arrangements to pick me up at no extra cost. Ashely in maintenance gave me a walk through on everything they checked on my car and went above and beyond to make sure my car was like new. After this experience I will continue doing business here exclusively. I highly recommend.

Almost bought this exact vehicle at a dealership nearby (who gave me miss information - Toyota Fort Worth) I was pretty much brokenhearted when leaving without the vehicle.I then found this current vehicle online located very close to Toyota Fort Worth where I didn t have a very positive experience.I called Allen Samuels, and Kyle, my sales associate checked all the vehicle specifications for me while I was on the phone so I didn t want to trip. He also agreed to stay late to help me since I would get there 30 minutes after closing. He made the purchase seamless, he was friendly and exhibited no pressure on me, which I really liked.What a wonderful experience I wish I had come here first! Because we couldn t finish everything before the dealership was completely closed he is going to actually deliver the vehicle to me on Monday as well which I find to be another added benefit. I purchased a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee summit. I am in love with the vehicle. This vehicle all has more features then the previous vehicle which was the same year and trim. I feel like I got a better deal than my first stop.I definitely will use Kyle again for my vehicle purchase as well as this dealership

Shopping around for my next truck, located Allen Samuel's via my family. I stopped looking, these people really know how to treat a customer. Worked personally with Dakota, he was great! 5 stars across the board! Communication was on point very through, and transparent. Shout out to Kyle in finance for making everything comfortable and smooth, and Mike the manager for making sure I was taken care throughout the whole process. If you are looking for your next vehicle, give these guys a chance. They definitely earned my business from now on.

Wow is all I can say for the customer service and experience I had. They had me in and out of the dealership with my trade in offer and approved on the car I want to say in less then 1hr. Sam my sales person was really great to work with he did not push me for another car like most dealerships do to make more money on a car they can get. He had the car ready before I got there to check out.In 30min might of been less he had my truck I was trading in looked with a offer for it and my new car finance approved. Kyle my finance officer had my paper work ready and took the time to explain all my question I had not like other places that just want you to SIGN SIGN SIGN and not read or ask questions. He was patient and some stuff he was selling like warrenty gap insurance... when I said no to some of the items there was no pressure. I think this is the first time I walked out of a dealership fast and with a smile on my face for the exceptional service and care they provided. I would highly recommend this dealership and only issue I would say I had was not finding it sooner. Thank you Sam and Kyle for the great experience.

Thank you Jason Johnson for an awesome experience. Grateful to have had someone patient and willing to deal with me. I sent him what I wanted and he found me something better at a better cost. I have to say you are hilarious and definitely made this car buying experience an unforgettable one. Ded do not quit your day job because we need more dealers out there like you. After the sale loyalty SUCKED , The certified preowned in my words means you paid for a piece of paper , Multiple problems on the car purchased including low oil level light on within the first 1000 miles and oil change due within 1500 miles of driving , air intake hoses for both filters coming apart and the list goes on , Couldn t get General Sales Manger to call me back , Salesman was not any help telling me that i must talk to GSM for any issues!!!Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!Mark Kibodeaux

I never thought we would fly to a different state to purchase a car until now! Josh Veach and the Allen Samuel Direct team made this auto purchase very easy and an experience we will always remember. We live in California and the car I wanted was in Texas. We asked Josh so many questions about the car. Josh never lost paitience with us and even sent us additional photos. We knew this was the car we were looking for so we booked our air fare and headed to Texas. Josh picked us up at the airport and 3 hours later we were driving our new Jeep home to California.I had given up on finding the Jeep I was looking for because I was only looking locally. Allen Samuels Direct, Josh, Conner & Daniel made this purchase the best experience yet! Thank you all!

The process was easy and efficient. I told them I was aiming for a payment lower than 450 a month with at least $4k of positive equity on my trade for my new Camaro. The GM couldn t get me an interest rate as low as we anticipated because rates are just high at the moment and my credit history wasn t strong enough. They went above and beyond offering me almost a grand more for my trade as well as lowering the price of the Camaro by almost 2k to make sure the interest wouldn t mess with my payment! I ll just refinance for an even lower interest rate in 6 months anyway. Ended up signing for $419 at 72 months before extended warranty and gap and couldn t be happier!

My motor went out on my old car and I contacted jason johnson at allen samuels! Jason got me into my BRAND NEW 2018 Hyundai Tucson on Memorial Day! The even better side is that he delivered my car to my front door. I appreciate the effort and hard work jason took to get me rolling again! Thank you so much Jason .

These guys are top notch. I worked with Sam Banks on getting my new Jeep Wrangler and can't say more good things. Vehicles are priced fairly at market value and all the numbers are straightforward and honest. Worked with me on a trade in and when I had a small cosmetic concern they went out of their way to accommodate my requests. They had great financing options and were very up front about terms. I will definitely be back for future purchases, and for custom work from their attached garage. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Overall I was extremely impressed.

Kyle Wenzel was my salesperson and I can t brag enough on him! Excellent customer service, personable...overall just great! This was a very stressful week for me, my car was totaled and I was renting a car for $200/week and my credit report still shows my totaled car on there...he worked his magic and I got approved for a car...I can t thank Kyle enough! Oh I forgot to mention all this happened via telephone..he worked very diligently and got me approved in 2 days And they deliver!

The service provided by Dakotah was excellent! This was my first time purchasing a used vehicle being financed. Dakotah explained everything to me plus good advice on when to possibly trade in the vehicle while building my credit!
