This place is awesome. Ashley and Logan work like a dynamic duo helping their customers with high energy and grace. They even have chargers for any type of phone for those waiting on their vehicle to get finished so your phone can be charging while you wait, and in most cases finished the same day you arrive. Will definitely be back here next time I need brake service!

I am so happy I gave this place a chance! Their staff was on time and opened up right at 8. The two front desk ladies were so professional and kind. The workers were efficient and timely! Ashley made it affordable for me and also broke down what my car needed and gave me different affordable options. I am truly happy with the service 10/10!!

Ashley, Brandy and the staff at Brakes Plus went above and beyond to get my car back in service very quickly. I was taken advantage of by another mechanic shop and Brakes Plus discovered the work this said shop claimed they did was never completed. Brakes Plus's prices were very reasonable for the amount of work I needed done. My car is now running like a brand new car and from now on, I'll be coming here for all my mechanical needs. Thank you so for getting me back in the road.

I scheduled my first visit with them for this morning at opening. Logan was very professional and courteous, he took great care of me. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and made me feel welcome. My brake inspection was completed for free and I got an oil change. I have to rave about how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the shop to include the restroom. After the inspection, I was presented with the cost and cause of the problem. I was offered a LYFT to and from my home during the service. I had an amazing experience with Brakes Plus and I am looking forward to doing business with them again. Thank you!

I went in for the first time and got tie rod replacement and alignment. They exceeded my expectations. The technician did an outstanding job and had the job completed quicker than expected. Furthermore, the Brakes Plus team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and welcomed! I will most definitely come here for any future service/repairs!!!

Went in for an oil change and squeaking brakes. Ashley and Logan were very nice and helpful and explained everything that I needed. This is an awesome place with a great environment and great employees. I will definitely be back.

The young women at Brakes Plus in Bedford were so friendly and helpful! They made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had. I was pleased that my oil change was way cheaper than I anticipated. They got my truck in right away and finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Couldn t be happier with this location. I made an appointment to get my oil changed and came in at my scheduled time. Upon arriving , I was greeted by the manager Ashley Morales who was very professional and attentive to my needs. She was very personal and knowledgeable and had an awesome personality for being the person to greet customers coming into her location. The service tech came out at the scheduled time for my oil change and pulled the car into the shop bay to start the service on time for my appointment. We all know , there s many times when you schedule appointment s and you arrive just to wait longer than you should. That was not the case here. Once the service was done , Ashley updated me on upcoming services that my vehicle will be needing and quoted me on things they would be able to provide.In short , Ashley and her team made a repeat customer out of me.

They helped me out when my car died. They sent a tow for me and also helped out by giving me Lyft. They repaired my car with great customer service and they also got excellent technicians. I would highly recommend them!

Great place to get your brakes fixed. Coupons come in the mail all the time. Ashley at the front is super helpful and they'll even get you a ride home and back with Lyft. I'm very happy with their service.

I believe they seem to go above and beyond. Ashley really knows her stuff and seems to value the values of this company. I came in without an appointment, so I was here awhile, so schedule if you can. I believe I've found a brake home. They offer other services as well. Very much a plus!!!

I've taken my vehicles to Brakes Plus on Harwood multiple times for repairs, brakes and maintenance. Each time, Ashley and the crew were courteous and professional. They completed each of my jobs quickly and correctly at upfront competitive prices and with very little down time. They even offered courtesy rides for pick up and drop off. I have been extremely pleased with the work at this location and the staff at Brakes Plus.

I called them about an alignment, and they took me in as soon as I could get there, about 15-20 minutes from my house. They had me out of the shop within 40 minutes, and their price was $80 less than a competitor for the same service! I will be back again.

I want to start with thank you for the absolute perfect customer service and kindness from the employees Ashley and Brandy, they are also very helpful and honest people. I was sent to Brakes Plus by Discount Tire because during the process of getting new tires a technician at Discount Tire broke a lug. Discount Tire gave me a voucher thing that covered the cost of the repair for the lug and they ended repairing the bearing as well, which was still covered by Discount Tire. I also needed an oil change and got one done properly. And what I mean by that is, they didn t strip the oil pan drain plug when refastening the drain plug. Places like Take 5 Oil change and Kwik Car Lube or whatever else chain store do not care and will use a tool to put the drain plug back on stripping the threads every time, so I recommend coming to Brakes Plus for oil changes as well. I would also like to note that I was done at 11:22am on Friday at Discount Tire and was able to make an appointment at Brakes Plus the same day at 1pm. They got all the repairs and oil change done in a reasonable amount of time. I live about 10 minutes from Brakes Plus and amazing thing they did for me was get me a Lyft home while they worked and Lyft back up to the shop when done for no extra cost. Thank you Brakes Plus for the quality work and quality customer service. And again a special thank you to the employees who helped me that day Ashley and Brandy.

I called up to brakes plus for my driver's door being jammed and couldn't open, and let me tell you ASHLEY GAVE ME A GOOD VIBE BOUT THIS PLACE OFF THE JUMP BY THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE.. When I got there the staff was amazing and helpful and fast. They help me open my door and problem solved quick..the mechanic was absolutely amazing the whole team surprised me actually, I will be going back for more work. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO THERE FOR ANY CAR TROUBLE.

Brandy and Logan were a big help in explaining the recommendations and safety concerns on my car. I never knew how bad my car actually was. They helped me get all fixed up and reasonable prices! Will always be coming back!
