Adam and his entire staff are the best.My starter went out and he had my vehicle picked up, evaluated, and quoted within 2 hours without me having to be around. After that he relentlessly called my warranty provider to get my vehicle approved. Once the charges were approved he had my vehicle fixed in an hour.Apparently, there are great tacos next door, but he fixed my truck so fast I wasn t there long enough to get hungry enough to try them.I will go no where else for any repairs on any of my vehicles.

Went hear to fix a leak in engine. They said it was the engine oil pan leaking and radiator leaking. They fixed it and got my car back. Within one day of receiving my car back I noticed it was still leaking. Took it back, and now they said it was the valve cover gasket and engine oil cooler hose. Now I go to pick it up and they hand me a new estimate for $1250 saying there is another leak that needs to be repaired as well. This is what you call a SCAM!!! Do not go here!!!

Personable folks, always nice but after their third mistake I will be trying to avoid bringing my vehicles here. Their first mistake was not tightening my oil filter and it stained my driveway for 2weeks until I figured out what was happening. Second, I asked them for a specific oil and they say they used it but when I get into my car the oil can they used is in the trunk and it is not the brand I wanted. Third is minor but when I asked them if they check the car fill the fluids they said yes but they didn t top off any fluids or add air to my tires when the sensor was on.I wanted to give them a chance but I take my vehicles in to be professionally serviced and the lack of attention to the small things has turned me off from this shop.

Adam's Automotive has been part of my family for well over 15 years. Adam runs a honest and respectful business in the midcities area. The staff is always friendly. They treat everyone with respect. They never over charge you for services. Adam and his team go beyond the call of duty to try and save their customers money when they can.

I m giving this business two stars because other than the owner (Adam), they have exceptional customer service, at least in person anyways. I went in because my car was squealing while driving and braking, which they found to be a rotor and brake pad issue in the front of the car, so I paid for them to install a rotor and brake kit as well as brake shoes/pads. I drove home after they were finished with my car, and at about the halfway point (approx. 30 mins), the emergency brake light came on turns out that one of their workers didn t remove the emergency brake prior to handing it over to me. Shortly after I took off the emergency brake, I noticed the car shaking a little bit and also lightly squealing, so I called them and they said to bring it back. When I went back the following day, they said that a wheel bearing was bad and they wanted to move my front hubcap to the rear, but that the damage wasn t due to the emergency brake being on for about 30 mins. As a matter of fact, Adam personally told me that damage wasn t possible driving with the emergency brake on and didn t even apologize for his worker leaving it on in the first place! I asked him for a refund but it was met with strong resistance, at least initially. Adam even started laughing at me and then subsequently ignored me (after starting out with constantly interrupting). That s because he knows that it was their fault for the wheel bearing going bad, regardless of whether it was on the front (which they supposedly replaced the front rotor/brake set and should ve noticed it then) or in the rear (which the emergency brake being left up could ve strongly contributed at the very least). On top of that, they charged me $125 for a hubcap wheel and replace even though they took off the REAR hubcap and didn t even care to put it back on. Adam is a lying cheat and will scam you out of your money!!!

I usually don't leave reviews but after talking to Shiloh yesterday. She made me feel comfortable especially being a single femaleAnd need car repairs came in today and got my car worked on and Adam was very nice honest friendly and the price is very reasonable I definitely will will be going back here and they also have fun at work too and that's always good in the workplace.

Took my car in to get my heater fixed , the workers ended up wrecking my car. Then didn t want to give us their insurance so we had to call the cops just so they would legally do the right thing. on top of still wanting to charge me and wife $400 for a new thermostat for our heater. Very bad service and experience. Good luck

They surprised me with $125 to diagnose my repair. This does NOT apply to the cost of the repair!!! The cost to repair my truck at RPM in Grand Prairie is $70 to thorough diagnose 20 minutes. Applied to repair $200 total. Adams would rather get your money than fix your vehicle.

I love the customer service and prompt work done on my car. Whether it be a routine oil change or brake pads or checking out my car to reassure me that everything is okay they aim to please. I appreciate Adam's Auto service

I will bring my cars here until this place is no more. These guys are legit. They are straight up honest, and reliable. They don't beat around the bush with pricing. The price they give is the price you pay. It's hard to find a shop nowadays with these type of values. If you are in this area and are in need of auto repair. Give Adam's a call and get a quote. I bet they beat anyone around.

Came in last minute because my wheel was making noises. They checked it and fixed a simple issues for free. While i was there I decided to get my spark plugs done and they did that quickly and on time. Sarah was very friendly and helped me with the pricing, the mechanics came up to me and talked to me and told me what they were doing. Great service, great job, great prices! I highly recommend this place.

Our experience with Adam was excellent! We came in not knowing what the issue with our car was or how expensive the fix would be, but he knew the problem right away. Replaced the struts on my car in two and a half hours for a very reasonable price, and even replaced a brake light without charging me for that. Also offered us a ride back to our place while he worked on it, and picked us up when it was done! Exceptional customer service. Thank you Adam s Auto Services!

After being disappointed with the quote/service at my usual car shop, I visited Adam's Auto Services based on a friend's referral. I was definitely not disappointed!! Sarah was so sweet and friendly! I came in for an A/C compressor and axle repair. Sarah called around and got me the BEST deal and I am so grateful! (My usual, now former, car shop gave me a quote for repairs I didn't even need!)She even gave me a free state inspection, and since I live close by, she gave me a ride home since the job would take a few hours.Joe was also nice and helpful! He gave me a ride back to the shop.Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely return! Thanks guys!Service: Air conditioning

Took my f150 ecoboost because of a rattle on acceleration and on cold startThey told me it was the turbo at first and 3 hours later they call me and said that the catalic converter needed to be replaced as wellAt the end i paid 2600And they didn't even fix itI took it to a smaller shop and told me that it wasnt either of those thingsThe only thing that needed to be replaced was the exhaust manifold.So yeah if u value ur money avoid this place at all cost and look somewhere else preferably like a smaller shop where they have a tons of cars and always busy.Dont be like me and fall for the scam.Stay woke people

They were outstanding! I had a new battery put in and a couple weeks later the battery light came back on. All indicators pointed to a bad alternator. They could have easily replaced it and charged me over $700. Instead they found a short in a connecting wire and charged me $47.50. I will gladly trust them with all my automotive needs from now on!Services: Electrical, Battery

We arrived from living over seas. My wife wanted to get her car serviced so she took it here. She asked for oil change and check fluids like normal.The mechanic drives her suv and then informs her that the steering is hard to turn we d better check it out. He comes back and says it s the power steering pump it s malfunctioning and he named four or five other things that he said needed repairs. Long story short, it was going to cost $750 to fix everything. My wife said no thank you and told me when she got home. I had driven her car before she took it up there and it was fine. So I drove up to Adams and noticed it was harder to turn the wheels. I spoke to the service mgr. and he pretended like he didn t know what was going on. So I told him he d better fill those tires back up with air before we have a problem. He immediately did so. RIP OFF!!!!! PLACE!!!!! NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!!Please don t reward them with your business. Your business is too valuable!!! ;)

My initial review was awesome! Although they didn't fix it right the first time, they owned up to it, and fixed it without a charge. But then my mom went in, and they charged her $90 just for a battery terminal! Couldn't! And still can't believe they would take advantage that way! I started going because my company used them regularly, but after this, my company is currently looking somewhere else to do business with honest, fair people. Just sharing my experience, if you been treated the way I was treated the first time, then good for you, but be careful!

My daughter and I have had 2 positive experiences with Adam's Auto Services. Several months ago my daughters driver's side automatic window stopped working. I spoke with Joe and received the quote that was very reasonable. They were able to get her in the very next day. She has not had any problems since. Because we were satisfied with the work that was done before on her car, we decided to have her brakes done here as well. Joe was very professional once again and took the time to show us her current brake pads she had on there we're extremely worn. Most places don't really bother to take the time to show you; they just expect you to believe them. I called several other garage repair shops and Joe did not overcharge us. As long as I'm dealing with Joe each time we need a repair then I feel comfortable we are being taken care of fairly and honestly.

I am so thankful to this auto shop. My fuel pump failed on the way to Dallas, and I got stuck on a side of the freeway. The team towed the truck to their shop, replaced the pump and got me back on the road the same day! The new part they got from NAPA was faulty (shame on the producer), but they replaced it next day free of charge. Really appreciate all the effort and help they provided!

I really love Adams Service repair because I needed help with so many issues on my car. They fixed the most important part on my car in one day checked my tail light because I thought I needed a new connection but I didn t when another place told me I did. They really are good on pricing as well I I seriously recommend they 500%... Thank you you guys for your help. #1

I had my Gm Geo take his Bmw on March 21, 2022 here he never did receive his car until April 21st but now with his car in worse condition then it was when he dropped it off . Adams doesn't want to be held responsible. I as a Owner of my own business I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.

I am very disappointed with the way these people handled business. I have suffered from emotional distress. I have records of every lyft i have took since my car was first looked at. Awful communication plus customer service very lacking . They were suppose to change a thermostat which cracked on them then I had my water pump replaced that failed plus in the process of installing the new malfunction pump they received they cracked my head gaskets and said they weren't responsible.

Location was highly recommended - and they deserve it!Had my vehicle towed to the location using AT&T roadside assistance because of a bad starter. They called and confirmed it was the starter that needed to be replaced along with the reason my starter was bad (seized A/C compressor) within a couple of hours. Fair and honest pricing and my vehicle was ready by the end of the day. I don't know if it was customary to receive a free oil-change but they gave a card so I can come visit again. What else can I say? Competitive pricing and exemplary service - If your thinking about this location for service give them a call, you will not be disappointed.
