Never had a bad experience with Toliver. There are dealerships closer to my home but I gladly drive the 45 min to Toliver for all the PM and other work on my 2011 F150. The staff is friendly and actually able to answer questions. I always schedule appointments so I'm in and out fairly quickly.

Excellent Customer service by Sabrina at this location! Stopped in needing an oil change and vehicle inspection. They were very accommodating and Sabrina very helpful and courteous. I plan to make Toliver Ford my place for my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Thanks very much!

I ve never been a fan of buying a car. But this experience was about the best you could ever hope for. Nick Owens made the experience pleasant and stress free. He helped us get the car we wanted and allowed us to try it out to make sure my wife liked it. The folks at Toliver Mineola made the whole process easy for us to work through and take home an awesome vehicle.

I went in for service so I can only speak on that department. The staff at the service counter were very friendly, honest and helpful. The techs that looked over our car were very thorough also. I m sure the sales team is also great. With the economy the way it is, I can t say I ll be verifying that anytime soon myself. I do intend to buy another Ford in the future and I m sure I ll be stopping by Toliver Ford first.

Brought my truck In for a transmission problem. Warranty work. Was told an internal failure 3 weeks later. On the 6th week was contacted and said it was a software issue. The technician made an assumption that it was an internal failure. My truck was up there for 54 days I was only contacted or called back 5 times in that period. Was impossible to get ahold of anyone that had a clue until I went up there personally twice. Won t ever take any vehicles back up there. Poor communication and poor work ethic. Also the truck still isn t fixed I went up there and got it so I can take it to another shop.

I made an appointment for 11 AM for an oil change, inspection, and two recalls that were "quick adjustments", while scheduling I asked if it would be finished by 130 or so bc I had get back in time for my kids pick up from school. I was assured that would not be a problem. I dropped the car off around 11, then left with a friend for lunch and came back around 1240. The car was still in the same spot and had not been pulled back to be started on. Disappointed in the service and communication overall.

Just a shout out to Nick Owens at Toliver Ford in Mineola Texas! I returned to this dealership after a great experience last buy, called Nick and told him what I was looking for. Nick found EXACTLY what I was looking for and had me in it same day ! The entire experience was worry free! The fiance team made it easy , and made me feel like he was in my corner. Love this place ! Love my new ride!! They made it easy.

I have mixed feelings on this visitDrop off was fine-was within my appointment1st day called at end of day and my person handling my truck was fired, so didn t receive any notifications, I asked if my truck was ready and they needed an ok to even work on my truck, why was I not asked that earlier, so you could get started, so ok was given end of day.Called at end of next day, to find out parts are on order and would be possibly 3-4 days truck would be ready (why are rotors and brakes not already housed). Ultimately I had to call for updates at end of each day to get update on status.When it was ready, I got to give the people up front props for staying a few minutes past close to get to dealership..Thank you, that really helped!Some good things, but some things to work on as well!!

We made the drive from Ennis to Mineola to purchase our 2023 Ford Explorer on 01/06/2024. I had chatted with Nick Owen via text so he pretty much knew what I was looking for. Took our 2022 Ford F350 with 35000 miles on it in for a check engine warning light on Tuesday... were told that they were checking it out at 430pm and would get with us as to the problem. Never received a call. Finally called them on Wednesday afternoon, they stated that a sensor needed replaced, they had to order, part would be in Thursday AM and truck would be ready by Thursday PM. Thursday afternoon at 430p had still not heard from them. Called - they said that the part had not come in, let them check on it. They checked, said there was a "glitch" in the ordering and part did not get ordered - had we not called, no one ever would have known this since that was the first they'd checked on it. They said ordering it right now, part will be in Friday by 10am, truck will be ready on Friday afternoon. Just called to check on status at 130pm since we haven't heard anything and wanted to make sure part came in. Told us technician is working on it now, but can't guarantee it will be done by 6pm, might be Monday now since technicians don't work on Saturday. Communication has been been absolutely horrendous - had we not called each day, part would probably still not be there. This is not the first time we have had communication issue with the service department. The last time, they "forgot" to let us know vehicle was finished for 2 days. We finally drove to the location to check since we could not get anyone to return calls.

Amazing service one of the best car buying experiences we have had so far we would definitely buy from Toliver Ford again. The sales man was very nice never pushy very knowledgeable. Absolutely Outstanding! Diagnosed issues within a day, ordered parts, and was back on road in a few days. My wife needs her truck to get kids to school and to work so timing was very critical. Jeremy, his service department, and technicians/mechanics were all Awesome! Jeremy especially. He went above and beyond to get everything covered by our extended warranty. We have been customers of Toliver ford for about 6 years and they are far above the rest. Thank You very much!!

Went to here to go get my sister a car and the lady, Erica Martinez, my family and I met made our experience even greater than what we thought it would be! She was so nice and outgoing and really made us feel happy about our purchase! Not only got a car but made a wonderful friend along the way! Definitely recommend buying from here. I called to make an appt to view a truck on the lot. Mike Freeman answered all my questions, was very attentive to our needs, And helped us get the truck we wanted!! Purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership, purchased my last one a year and half ago for $56,000 put 23k miles on it and they offered $36k trade at the most. THe one I traded in.. I bought from them in 2018 yet I go to trade and it seems i lose $20k off the top everytimeNot gonna keep giving repeat business and referralsVery disappointed in today's visit

My name is Lloyd Bach, this is under my wife s account.I set up an oil change on line, it came up with a price of $49.95. While at the service center the tech showed me the Incan filter and the air filter, I told him to go ahead and replace them. When they were done with my vehicle I went to pay, the tech said my total was $295.47. I told him what it said online when I set the service up, he told me because of the 2 filters I purchased and the labor to replace them is why my bill was so high. He was able to go into the system and find a $30.00 discount for a total of $265.47. When you look at my bill I m being charged $53 for the oil change $56.28 for oil and $10.98 for the oil filter. This whole bill is ridiculous. I purchased my wife s vehicle while it was Longhorn Ford and purchased mine from Toliver Ford, I can tell you after what I been through with just an oil change I will not be doing service with this company again.
