These guys are great! Easy to work with, and great pricing. They got my trailer back on the road 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday. I called back to get prices on tires for my truck, and they had the best price for the same tires than all of the big tire stores. I ll be back!

My husband and family had done business with them for years. He was very disappointed in the service and how he was treated by 2 of his employees. I realize laws have changed for insurance and safety purposes but as a business owner myself I know signs need to be posted for those reasons, but to be confrontational to a 75 year old man and try to intimidate is beyond trying to be safe. They lost my families business for sure.

This is one of the best tireshops I've been to!! Helped me out with everything I needed and were fast and friendly!! I definitely recommend this place if your in a pinch they will help ya out how ever they can. Thanks guys!

Have never had an issue with John's ever. The owner is a really great person and his crew are very friendly. We went again today and even in this heat, they were cordial and efficient.Unless I was out of town and in a bind, I've used John's for the last 8 years.

A friend went to John"s and gave, if possible, a ten star review. A gentleman was with a customer and told him he would be right with him. In less than a minute, he was helping him. Had two eight inch rim trailer tires he had purchased and needed to have them mounted on the rims. Two guys worked on getting them mounted, plus new valve stems, aired up and charged twenty-five dollars. They were super fast and a decent price. One place he went to started off wanting thirty dollars a wheel, then came down to forty for both. That is just too much, people. THANK YOU JOHN'S FOR THINKING OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I have been buying tires from John's Tire for nigh on 20 years. Never once in all that time have I been steered wrong here.Dale and Terrance know more about tires than any other shop in town.Their expertise makes me feel comfortable that my wife's car and the car I drive my family in are done correctly and we are safe.I wouldn't trust the safety of my family to just anyone. You shouldn't either. Trust John's!

Went by John's at around 3:30 on Friday afternoon because left front brake was rubbing. The crew got on the problem immediately and explained what was going on. Got the roters turned, pads replaced and l was out in about an hour at very reasonable price. Great friendly group of people and great owner. Would definitely recommend John's to anyone.

These guys are the best in the industry. They have a couple different finance companies if you need it. But the work like a well oiled machine. Noone standing around. The other guys came to help the guy putting my tires on. Timmy is my guy but they are equally qualified.

John s tire team saved our camping trip with our Grandkids! Had 3 blowouts on our travel trailer on our way to Tyler State Park. He and his team were able to replace 2 of our tires to get us back on the road quickly and the next day replaced the other 2 quickly. Thanks so much!

John tires always takes care of my tires. I don t go anywhere else. They know how to work on Teslas and how to use the puck system. Living in a small town and having a great shop that treats you and your car like their own means the world. I only do business with them.

Last time I went was kind of a bad experience. I had one worker tell me they had what I needed, a set. Then the next worker said they didn't have what I needed. Then as I was talking to the second worker, one of the other workers started yelling at the guy I was talking to telling him to hurry up they had work to do. BUT any other time I've been there, they had what I needed, they were quick, and nice.

This shop was great! I rolled up with a chunk of metal in one of my tires. One of the tire techs had my wheel off in a minute and found the leak/metal. Guys in the shop joked with me while I was waiting, and had me back on the road in no time flat! Very good people and I would go back!

Pulled up to the tire shop on a half flat tire 20 min before closing time. The workers just shook their heads no and and said it s to close to closing time and kept working on cars. I m guessing the owner told the workers get the cars done their working on and shut the doors. I know it was close to closing time but where is the customer service. Without the customers you wouldn t have a business.

I had a flat tire and had to change it myself. I went to Johns Tire and had two new tires put on and then rotated. After my trip out of town, I needed to have my brakes fixed... but was told that the lugnuts had been so damage by someone (John's Tires was the last ones) that I had to buy all new lugnuts before they would check/fix my brakes - that set me back more than $100 (Would have been $250 if the Brake guys did it). I went and purchased the new nuts for $111 and then spent more than a day getting the old ones off. Be very careful to double check your lugs before you leave John's Tires.

I wasnt sure which tire needed to be changed for my inspection and took a guess when informing Mr. Sutton of our needs. Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance, he corrected me and gave me exactly what I had come in needing at a fair price. Small town, trustworthy place in my experience.

I have use John s tire service for years but I am very disappointed in my last conversation with him. I called to get two used tires in a certain size, and was told that they only had a set of four used ones at 50%. I ask if they could split it up and just sell me two which is what I needed, but was told that when they get a set that good they don t want to split them up. I thought that s what the object of having a used tire shop is to sell ones or twos the customers that need them. But I guess I was wrong . I ll look elsewhere in Mineola and found the two tires I needed and people willing to make the sale. I hate to say it but I will not call John s tire back as when I needed help they would not help me very sad. Great people just not great business practices.

If I were to buy his tires he would have balanced them but since i could only afford to balance the ones on the car he wasnt inclined to be helpful. Who only replaces brake pads without completing the job? He couldnt check the brakes or bleed the lines for me. Again not very helpful.
