Wish I could give no stars. Took over 2 hours just to get a nail out of my tire and to patch it up. Will never come here again to fix something so simple!

They cross threaded my oil plug, and even told me their blue seal was still intact, however they refused to fix the mistake unless I could prove which location had done the work, even though the reminder sticker on my windshield clearly had the address of the location in question printed on it. Umm...does it really matter?? A Walmart is a Walmart. I thought that was the point. Luckily I did retain the paper from my oil change so maybe I can update after my visit with them again.

Had a nail in my tire, once I got off work at 5 pm I hurried to Walmart to have it patched. I m the ONLY customer these kids have & they want to ride the clock for next two hours & proceeded to tell me that the tread was too far gone for a patch. I had Christian show me & there was plenty of tread left. Then I m told it s been over inflated therefore my tire is uneven & they do not have it in stock. I would need to buy an oversized tire X s two! My husband is taking the car to have the warranty cover my repair

Walked away from my truck it was lockedWent into the store and walked around went back out to my truckIt was parked off to the side window down truck not locked.Thousands of dollars worth of equipment in truck to include 2-way radios and CB's.Don't believe this should be a common practiceLeaving customer vehicle unlocked and open

Came in to get my tire replaced. got here at 4:15. they checked me in and sent me on my way. 30 minutes later we came to check on the car and see how much longer and they said our appointment was never booked. which is what they did in the beginning. so another 30 minutes goes by and they just finished with the car. then they overcharged me and charged for rotation/balance when at the bottom of the paper it says customer declined rotation . went in to get a refund on that part and waited over 30 more minutes for a receipt for the refund. after being told it was a glitch in the system and many other excuses, they say i will not get money for that because you have to get your tires balanced. i understand that part but why did it take 100 excuses and 30 more minutes to explain that? don t come here. they re slow and have poor customer service.Service: Tires

Awful service!! I pushed the call for help button more than a dozen times, yes, more than a dozen times before anyonenshowed up. The person who did show up checked my battery and didn't even know what the number meant from the computer readout. When I told him I needed to make a call before I purchased, he promptly disappeared and did not return. I finally had to hunt him down and just told him to buzz me out.I left and went to Auto Zone!!! Total waste of time.

Absolutely the worse service (or lack thereof) I have ever received. I pull up because my tire was completely flat and I was on a road trip. I had 0 options. The employees were standing around doing nothing. Customers were walking in and out because nothing was happening. The manager lady was yelling to another employee that her employees didn t know what was going on. I went inside and received 0 service there. One employee yelled at us and said that they are NOT doing anymore tires today and immediately closed down. Absolute garbage place. Do not go here. I hope they fire whoever is doing nothing.

Waited 30 minutes just to get air in the tire and the are going back forth helping each other no one even came up just to see what we needed or asked us to hold up never going again

I would rate this a zero if I could. The lack of service in this department is absolutely mind boggling. The employees were talking about me because I asked why it was taking 3 hours for 1 tire change. I was there over 4 hours and had to speak to a manager for them to even begin working on my car. 1 tire change. If they are unable to change a tire they need to change careers.Service: Tires

Really helpful. We had a low tire pressure light light come on the -. They checked all of our tires put a little air in and sent us on our way free of charge. we were there maybe 10 minutes

Service could be alot better. I was there for over an hour watching 5 techs jus stand around while my hood was open. This happens everything I come in early to beat other customers.

The guy stated it ll be the most an hour wait. And that was after he already took my car.They need to explain the wait before taking someone s car ! It took over 2 hours just for 1 tire to be changed. RidiculousService: TiresService: Tires

I was having a hard time finding a place to change the oil in my car and Walmart did not have an updated book that listed the oil filter that fit my car/the new year model. Uncle Jim(maybe Tim) was more than helpful and I was able to go get the correct filter from Auto Zone and have the oil changed at Walmart. I had previously been at the Waxahachie location and they simply said they couldn t do it. So we went to the Ennis location and Jim explained my options instead of saying no can t help you. Also the woman who checked us out in automotive was very nice. Will continue to go here!Service: Oil change

This Walmart Auto Center LACKS kindness, compassion, morals, and and any kind of speediness! My husband and I being from out of state had a flat tire, sat infront of their tire center for 3 hours before they opened. At 750am we were rudely told we don't open til 8. Then other people were logged in infront of us, only 1 had an appt. We did not get out of there until almost 11 and missed our daughters last dance competition 3 hours away! Very disappointed

Do not take your auto here for tires, it is poorly managed and they do not care. They would not rotate my tires because my spare was a 2009 original tire and they said it was too old....so instead of calling me to tell me this they just did not rotate them. I would have paid to have that one done and rotate the others as I purchased the free lifetime balance and rotate plan. When I called the department I was on hold for 30 minutes. Problem never solved, not any help from anyone, that shop has to be losing money and Walmart the retail store just absorbs it....

Me and my husband were driving back to Houston from Dallas and my car started shaking. There was a bit knot in my front right tire and all the mechanic shops were closed (Labor Day). We found the automotive Walmart but there was a couple hour wait to be helped. We pulled into the shade and my husband started to change it himself when the guy ran out and said to pull it around back because he ask the guy working and he said he would do it really quick. They changed our spare and aired it up free of charge. Very thankful for them!

This place is awesome and even though the employees are stretched thin, they make sure to get the job done! These customers are just idiots who don't understand. (The ones who leave bad reviews) but otherwise they always make sure things are right. The prices are fair and the staff are friendly.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Oh my goodness where do I start. I'm going to give them one star because the manager and the automotive was professional enough to make a claim on their insurance for the damage to my car. The automotive people were so busy on the day that I brought my car in for an oil change if they pierce the gasket which cost an oil leak to my vehicle. I continue to take it back until the point where they just decided to file it on their insurance who promptly paid because I had all prior records that my Mustang had impeccable care all of these years I'm on Carfax and at Town East Ford is maintenance records. So for that I give them one star for their very professional service and how they handle that. But other than that I won't be making another visit to this particular Walmart automotive center they just have so many cars and they work so quickly that they make errors because after I took my car there and began to share my story people began to flood me on social media with what happened to their vehicles. They perhaps need an overhaul in that department not saying people should get fired I'm just simply saying they might want to do an internal audit to help them I'm greater liability in the future

This service department never lets me down with their LONG wait times. If you need anything done with tires better plan on 3 to 4 hours. Oil change they ll get to you when they get around to it.

The auto motive center is a joke. It should NOT take 3 hours to balance tires with ONE vehicle infront of you!! It may be time for David to go ahead and retire or move to another dept. where the work isn't so strenuous. I'm sure he is doing his best but this is ridiculous!!!! Edgar, the manager should really re-evaluate his employees.

Always slow. The ladies that are usually working check out are sweet, but usually swamped. If it only takes 30 minutes for an oil change you may as well go ahead and get in line, cause it will take 30 minutes. ..

What do you expect people it s the least expensive prices for oil change in town! why do you think they are always busy for me I don t mind waiting because int saving lots of money by going here so just check your vehicle before you drive off to make sure they didn t miss anything other than that they have been well mannered both here and wahaxachie locations

I sat there for 45mins-1hr for them to tell me they could not get my cap off my oil. All the mechanics walk around like they are lost or something. Will never go back!

4 hrs for oil change and put wrong air pressure in tires. Fixed it, shouldn't have had to tell them to. Good deal for the money

Tgey were supposed to call me when finished but didn't so it was the next day before I could get my battery. Then they were all very slow and lackluster getting the warranty taken care of.

Lacking enthusiasm, experience, and customer service. The "mechanics" are very unapproachable. It's like pulling teeth to get someone who wants to help you, and if you are lucky enough to get someone's attention, they act like you are bothering them.

Took wayyyy too long...got here at 9.40am its 10.51 am and they still cant get donewhen I got home my husband checked my car and THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT ANY OIL IN IT !!!!! first and last time I go there !

This is an excellent walmart!! The staff here has it together and I can always find what I need or assistance if I ask. Clean and organized!!
