100% the best Diesel repair shop within 100 miles. I took several of my diesel trucks to Big Stick over the last 2 years. Every time Justin and Jeff made sure I was constantly informed about the issues with my trucks. And repaired them 100%. They do all different type of work on trucks and repaired diesel engines for me. I highly recommend Big Stick.

I have change that edited my review many times to be honest it's an ongoing situation. I can't say that they have been great communicating and working with me. I will complete and post a final draft of this reviews when we are done. I spent a good sum of money and put my trust in them, I only hope we can come to a reasonable conclusion. Watch this review for updates as I will keep you informed. Watch my Facebook groups (10), Websites (3), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels. I will work with them and hopefully it will all work out.Update: Febuary 21, 2022 Still have not completed work, or explained what they did do, having issues and have not been responding to my texts. I have spent a lot of money with them and would like to complete the services. I am beginning to consider further action to resolve this. Stay tuned.Update: March 18, 2018 Very dissapointed. After months of complaining to them, taking my vehicle back and redoing the same work at a cost of an addtional $1200 plus, and still not seeing any difference. My truck was running rought, blowing black smoke ( worse than usual ), sluggish, and with not much power. Then new switch was supposed to remedy this. I contacted them multiple times and told them I saw no difference in performance. They were also supposed to get a part to help me quiet it down. That never happened but I was told to be patient and they would notify me. I tried to be patient, but I had to turn down loads because of lack of pulling power, running rough and could not trust I would not break down. I finally took it to a very well known and highly recommended Diesel performance shop that was able to diagnose and evaluate the work they had done. I now have documented proof that all the work and money I had spent multiple times was for nothing. The other shop did the work I had paid twice to Big Stick, and with great service and skill. I now have what I had gone to Big Stick and trusted Justin to do. I hate this because I really liked Justin and trusted him, but this is my business and I feel I was taken, decieved or that with all thier busiess they did not follow through or take the time to confirm that the repairs they had done were working. I felt that at any time during our many conversations they could of said bring it in again and let us look at it. I was made to feel like I was bothering them and they were thinking I was complaining. My heart of hearts, does not feel this was intentional. I think there was other issues, not hooked up correctly, not taking the time to ensure that the work was done right. However as much as I contacted them, they should of addressed my concerns.I don't like to bash or sully the reputation of small businesses as I have always owned several. If you follow me on many of my Media platforms, My Hotshot Trucking groups, My Google Reviews, You know that I tell it like I see it. I will be posting an aritcle on my Blog and websites soon after my Attorneys advise me. If you are thinking of using them, that is your business, but be sure that they follow through. I am not sure they may know enough about what they are doing. I had asked for the files of the work many times and they did not seem to know what I was talking about. I was able to see the files at the other business I ended up getting them to correct what Big Stick had or had not done.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Big Stick has been a life saver for me and my vehicles. They re always responsive, respectful and honest in the repairs I need done. They are fair in pricing and top notch people.

First off just gonna say I hardly leave reviews. I am very nit picky and have trust issues about who works on my vehicles and generally do all the work myself. My Dodge Ram with the 5.7 needed pretty much the whole top end rebuilt and a little bit extra that I figured just should be done while it was opened up, these guys gave me a fair price for everything they did and I have to say did very good quality work. These guys are busy, when you pull into the parking lot you see these guys aren t sitting around with nothing to do. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again. I will say if there are a couple things they could improve on would be communication and clean up the vehicle a bit before giving it back, but like I said I m nit picky and again these guys have alot going on at once.

I brought my F250 in for repair in late november 2021 and I can definitely say I'm disappointed in the work that was done. The truck was making a noise and after a quick check I was told by Jeff that it was the exhaust intake that was creating the issue. I brought the truck back for service and after the service was completed late in the evening I drove home and I noticed my truck was smoking as if oil was getting on the motor, there was no smoke coming from the vehicle before the service work was done. I let the truck sit in the driveway for a few minutes and moved it back and noticed fresh oil on the drive way. I took the truck back the next day, they confirmed there was a leak and after 4-5 hours advised it was good to go and to keep an eye on it for about a week and if there is still an issue come back. The oil continued to slowly leak and so I came back after a week. I was advised to leave the truck and when I did not receive a call in the 5-6 hour time frame after leaving the truck I decided to go back to the shop for follow up. I was told they could not find an oil leak. I eventually took the truck to three ford dealerships (Ennis Ford, Karl Klement Ford, Grand Prairie Ford) and all confirmed the oil leak. Now understand I get my oil changed once a month from several different Ford dealerships and before November of 2021 none had ever mentioned there was an oil leak from my truck. The guys at Bigstick were cordial in my dealings with them but the overall service to my truck was not good, I mean they fixed one issue and caused another and didn't take accountability. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this repair shop.

We send all our trucks to Justin! Very helpful, honest willing to knuckle down at crunch time to get the job done. We have had everything from alignments, driveline, front end work all the way to complete motor swap. Best at building you a bulletproof motor. Great place, even better people, has the old school way of doing business. I like it.

Orginally, tried them out with my diesel truck but now I take all my vehicles to them. Justin is the best and true mechanic he will show and tell you your issues and give an honest price. Haven't had any returns or issues which is hard to find.

The Best Mechanic around if you have a Dually any type of Truck this is one of the best places to bring your truck we have referred plenty people there for service they were 100% satisfied. Bigstick does Amarzing work and Awesome service for a good price.Love this place and the staff. I will not go anywhere else but Bigstick with my trucks.

I called and asked if I made an appointment how long it would take to get truck serviced for brake replacement. They said once I have the appointment they would let me know same day or next day what was wrong with truck. I made appointment dropped off the truck, 3 weeks later still hadn't heard from them.Decided to pick it up and have it fixed somewhere else. When I picked it up the truck had both the oil and coolant completely emptyService: Brake service & repair

They fixed my starter and two months later it went out again. There is only a warranty on the part, so you have to pay for labor no matter what. I took it to somewhere closer to me since I live in North Richland Hills and there was something else wrong with it too that they failed to even mention that was messing up the starter. Would not recommend.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys will get you fixed and back on the road quick. They have fixed several trucks for us now. By the time Ford gets to you, Bigstick will have you up and running.
