I am very pleased with the team at ABC Tires. I needed a new tire for my car and they were the only ones in town who had it available. I was able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes.

We pulled up agreed on a price and because my mom made a small comment stating the tires are cheaper and bigger for her car. the man then continued to disrespect my mom and put in our old tires one of which was close to already blowing out. Terrible manners and business management!

Impeccable service! These people are caring and honest! They don t jip you on prices and work timely to get you on your way. Great stock of quality tires too. We have dealt with so many tire places and have our go-to where we live but we travel this way often so this will be our go-to and what we recommend in this area. Thanks again Fred!

Had a flat on my RV tire on our way from Dallas to Galveston. Pulled in there and I was back on the road within 10 min. Amazing service, well priced and friendly staff. Wish all tire places could be like this. Definitely set the bar!

Hard to beat home town businesses. Called looking for tires for my daughters car and less that an hour later they have tires on and I m headed back home. These guys are always super friendly and even hooked me up with a couple of like new tires for my sons truck for an amazing price! Thanks for the outstanding service!

Got a blow out on 45 and I started calling around for a replacement tire while my husband put on the donut. ABC Tires was really kind on the phone and came in about $10 cheaper on the tire quote than some others for a new compatible tire.As soon as we pulled up, they were ready to greet us. They had the tire ready and immediately the staff started taking off the donut, replacing the tire, and put the donut back under the car in record time.Friendly too. Thank you all!

They are super nice and doesn't overcharge for the tires. One shop tried to charge me 80 for a used tire, and there's was only 45!

This was the first shop that I ve been to where I felt completely comfortable! The man who helped me was respectful and very polite! They provided truly EXCELLENT service! My children and I were able to stay in our van while they served us and I even payed without leaving my car! I 100% recommended ABC Tires!

By far the best place to get anything tire related handled in Ennis. These guys always take great care of me and get me out of there super fast. Their prices and level of care cant be beat in this town. Updated to add i still feel the same way, got my tires rotated and valve stem replaced today and was in and out within 30 min.

Went for an alignment (which they no longer do) and to get my tires balanced and rotated. While balancing my tires, the guys inspected my tires and said they were in poor condition, which they were. I got 2 used tires and now my car rides perfectly without getting the alignment. About 8 hours later one of the used tires I got blewout. I took it back and they replaced it without any hassle and free of charge. Their customer service is the best I've ever had, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a tire punctured on a family trip. The wait was 2 hours at Walmart. Went to ABC, and the guys had the tire off the car and diagnosed within minutes. They took care of the puncture and charged a more than fair price. Thirty minutes later we were back on our way! Really appreciate the great service!

The personnel here work together like a racing pit crew. I bought tires online, checked around on pricing for mounting and balancing, and brought them here. Wal-Mart would have been hours, they were done in 15-20 minutes. I have used them twice for tire repairs, again fast quality work. In addition to the great work they do, they are very nice and polite to all customers, listening and assuring the customer that they will take care of them.

I stopped in for a tire repair, I ended up not only getting my tires repaired but I bought a set of tires for my other car. Ernest made me a deal I couldn't refuse! These guys are spot on! They greet you at the car very politely and make you feel welcomed from the start, they are professional in knowing just the tires your vehicle needs and on top of that they are extremely competitive with pricing. My niece got a whole new set as well! Hats off to Ernest and his crew! They are doing a great job!!

Great place and great people. Many places try to cheat women, but not these guys. I was told I needed new tires and the price was outrageous. I went to ABC Tire and they said your wasting money because your tires are ok. I've been coming here ever since. I would never go anywhere else.

Got a flat driving tire on I-45 interstate. Tire was no good and we needed a new one. Thankfully they carried the tire size we needed. We bought 2 new tires. They were kind and very friendly. They were quick to get us back on our way home to Utah.

Well I have to say that they were very nice. I thought I needed my front tires balanced, due to the horrible wobble which seemed to originate from there. I was wrong my car misled me. It was the back tires causing the problem. Not only did they have a case of dry rot, but one had a good sized bulge. The bulge made the whole car wobble. Now I didn't just say "do whatever it takes to fix the problem." They pointed out the bulge and I couldn't miss the dry rot covering half of the tires. So how were they so nice just doing their jobs? They did more than their jobs by not charging me to balance tires that didn't need it and the USED tires I purchased looked almost NEW. All they were missing was the little rubber nubs of a new tire. No one took advantage of the situation and that type of person can be hard to find. So yes I trust ABC Tires and yes I will be back. The car didn't wobble any more.

Ernest and his crew are always helpful and courteous. I appreciated when their "air" went down, they still took care of customers. With 7-8 tire companies in town they are still the guys I go to.

I went there to purchase used tires for my vehicles. They had a variety from which to should. I looked at 4 which were supposedly the size for my vehicle. One was wider than the others, and one had a 'nail' in it.I pointed it out and was told 'we'll take care of it and the width doesn't matter.' They are all the same.We went back an forth on used tires and new tires. After they surmised I was an 'informed buyer,' and wouldn't purchase a tire wider than the one I needed, I was told to 'take my business down the street. I took their advice.A Tire Shop that sells a tire with a nail in it isn't the type of place in which I'd do business. In good conscience, I can't recommend ABC Tires & Alignments.

They were very rude and borderline threatening. The business would not accept my insurance and told me to go on up the road and that they would just put a little air in the tire for me. When I asked how far up the road I would need to go, the worker laughed at me. When I brought this to the attention of the boss I was informed that worker was his son. And I was then told to get off of the property. So apparently Dad will allow that kind of customer service at his business. I am posting this in hopes that another young lady does not end up in the same situation I did. Please do not go to this business.

Rude and aggressive with poor customer service. Two family members were in need of help after getting a flat tire, and they stopped here to received it. When inquiring about the use of a nationwide flat repair warranty they were told "go somewhere else". They then asked about where the nearest place they can go to all they receive was laughter they then asked for the boss. Instead of listening he was interruptive and aggressive placing his finger in her face telling her "that's my son and you need to get off my property". This rudeness and aggressiveness over a flat repair that in all reality only costs $1.25 for parts and takes five minutes to do even when balancing is unprofessional and gives all mechanics or tire workers a bad name.
