Back in my younger days when I used to frequent scrapyards. Quiet often for parts they were never done the way this one is Done all the cars are setting up on rims, You can open the doors on the car. Walk all the way around the car. Crawl under the car. All was complete freedom. The yard is made of gravel, so there's no muddy spots. A true paradise for automotive parts Hunters. I was truly impressed will definitely be visiting them again in the future. And prices are reasonably cheap. Cars there do not look like they need to be in the junkyard.They are in that good condition.

To the people that looked at this car you dodged a bullet. I purchased this car today and it broke down halfway home now I m waiting on tow king to pick it up and take it to my house. Never buy a car from the Junkyard it s in the name JUNK!!! Now I either gotta fix it or sale it back to them for less than I paid for it almost 4000 wasted they don t need to sale cars and I m sure I m not the only one messed over by one of their cars. There was an suv a BMW x3 it was a bad vehicle too and no good after I passed on it I should have just left and looked else where. They really should stop trying to sale these cars taking people money when they don t know anything about them. But I will talk to a lawyer to see if there is anything they can do cause that s so wrong. Or at least let me trade it back for another one about the same price that actually going to get me where I need to go.

I would like to commend the new director Paul. I had an issue at this location and he was super quick to fix my issue and make sure that I was satisfied and was super professional. He was great and I hope to do business with him again

We found the parts we needed. Well we were gonna buy all them but your cashier had a piss poor attitude and argued with us about the price even though we showed him the part in hand and it listed on your website. He was very abrasive and stated it's a highly sought after part so he stated it increases a total of 140 dollar increase. Ridiculous your cashier is disrespectful and arrogant person. Further more I won't be back because my vehicle tire size is hard to find so he gonna up the price on that. What a joke. Won't be back to your location.

Dustin came out to me first thing in the morning. He was very friendly, worked quickly and help me out a whole lot getting this car out of here... 5 Stars, 12/10.... highly recommend

My gf and I had been trying to find a way to get our two year old some presents and pay some bills for the holidays. Thankfully, Eric, came out and worked his magic! We had a Toyota matrix parked between two cars and in a really small parking lot and he managed to do some ABSOLUTE MAGIC to finagle that thing out. Also took our sonata and definitely helped us out for the holidays. This man is a true testament to humanity. I wish more people in the work force had the type of compassion and empathy he has. The higher ups should model all employees after him.

My personal Zen place. I always find what I need at great prices. Even for old cars. The service is top notch and the place is well organized, so it's easy to find the cars you're looking for. Inventory can be checked online.

Excellent phone customer service, Jamie! If it weren't for you, I would have picked the wrong part.These folks are here to help and they know their cars, I. E., they know what is inventoried and which part is available. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find the part I needed, but it is good to know there is a place we can go for parts that isn't in the business of ripping off their customers. You guys are the best!

Such a great u pull it your self company. The Waco location has a wide range of vehicles for sale or to pull parts for your own vehicle. Quality used car dealership as well. Loved the customer service

These people are awesome! We brought a vehicle from them yesterday. I have to say they went above and beyond for us. Jamie was amazing and she has definitely made where we will go there first before any where else. My husband and I highly recommend this place!

Sold a vehicle to them and was told a estimate, quote but gave me less than double than what they said. Great service on the drivers part.

Went in to get a fuse box and a control module, and was told that it was a tpim but there s no listing on their website for that specific part, and the cashier argued with me and me being a master technician he continue to argue with me like a child in front of customers, and they gave me an outrageous price on something that s not even listed on their website

I called them to sell my car and they agreed to my suggested price. Then when I drove 45 minutes away they lowballed me. They could have just said I was too high.

Absolutely unscrupulous business tactics. Avoid this place 100%. Here's a thought: If your vehicle is worth $2000 and this place offers you $300 for it, just donate it to the Humane Society and get a receipt for $2,000 and then you could write that off your taxes and get back five or six hundred dollars. Here's another thought: Just let it go to auction so at least this horrible almost criminally run place, won't get your car for peanuts. They will have to compete with other bidders and the price will be higher for them regardless. If you do business with this badly run and mismanaged outfit, I guarantee you will be sorry.

Don't believe them when they say they'll give you the best price for your vehicle. Got told on the phone based off my info that my estimate would be at least around $600. Guy came to my house and had a very hostile attitude from the start. I mentioned I was friends with a guy he'd bought a car from and he immediately got more agitated because my friend, in the guy's words, was "uncooperative." Ended up telling me my car wasn't worth more than $250 and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise when I tried to point out his math was incorrect.
