I have had a bad experience at this shop about a year ago but just recently I gave them another chance since they are so close to where I live, they were not only very fast at getting my car done but letting me know every step of the way, I was sent a text telling me what day it would be done and I picked it up that day. It was the most pleasant experience I ve ever had in a repair shop. Lance was very professional and polite, he made sure I knew all about the repair and asked me if I liked how it turned out. As long as Lance is still there I will come to this shop for all repairs I need, amazing customer service is always appreciated.

After smashing my truck into another car that ran a stop sign, my front end was completely wrecked. Caliber collision has a good reputation for repairs of this nature and did not fail at all. I was surprisingly excited to see the repairs they completed and the level of detail and time they took to blend everything to match the rest of the truck. I will be using them again for sure.The location I used was located in Elgin, Texas. The passenger side of my car was damaged from a collision, requiring front passenger door to be replaced as well as rear door and bumper to be repaired and painted. Calliber Collision in Elgin did an excellent repair job and the damaged area looks brand new. I appreciate the exceptional customer service provided by Lance and spot on completion date. I highly recommend Calliber Collision in Elgin!

Absolutely nightmare. They threw my roof rail in trash and scratched it severely then reinstalled on my car. The pdr company trashed the inside of car scratching the new windshield. Damaging my panoramic sunshade left parts out and punched hole in my back seat. I would been better to take it to a high school auto body shop to get it repaired. All this was found on third attempt to pick my car up but first two times were just as worse. Customer service and work ethics was that of a ghetto chop shop couldn't even mount the bumper correctly or reinstall the head light back.

My husband and I use caliber collision to repair some damage to the body and paint of our Toyota Corolla. Not only did they fix the repair in a timely manner, they also kept us up-to-date through text messages on the process and even finished the repair a couple days before expected. They were such a pleasant staff, we really enjoyed Lance and Maria who made the whole process quick and painless. The body and paint looks amazing, and to our surprise they even detailed the inside of our car for us. What a way to go above and beyond! Thanks guys!Service: Body & Trim

Whoever answers the phone is rude and put out anytime she has to do something or answer a question. They are unable to accommodate my schedule, I have to drive out of my way to use them and somehow all of the morning slots for a 15 minute estimate filled up within an hour of me calling in earlier the same morning. They don t act like they want my business so I ll take it elsewhere

Wow - I just had my hood painted on my car. Dropped off on Monday (they gave me a ride home) picked up on a Tuesday (they dropped off the car)... the hood looks amazing and they went above and beyond by cleaning my car, restoring my headlamps and having amazing customer service!! Worst auto repair shop ever. Bad repairs that take forever to complete. Did not put back all the removed parts and had attitude about it. Then they returned my car to me without washing it first. 9 grand in repair cost should include getting my car back washed.

Caliber Collision in Elgin, TX is absolutely incredible! I was crushed when my brand new car was rear ended. Caliber Collision worked their magic, and my car looks as perfect as it did the day I bought it! Everyone there is so friendly. I got regular updates, which was comforting. I even got my car back earlier than estimated. I HIGHLY recommend them!

No one wants to have to take their car to a body shop but with them it is great. Everyone goes out of their way to assist you. I happened to be there on Cinco de Mayo. They invited me to have a taco with the staff. They always go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. They always do great body work. Today I had to just stop and look at my like new car. It feels good knowing their work is guaranteed. I have never had to take one of vehicles back to get a touch up but is great to know I could if I needed toService: Body & Trim

Our experience with the Elgin Caliber Collision was awesome. They got our car in right away and it was fixed in less than a week, which included a holiday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had minor damage to the front of my SUV and after the collusion repair and head light change it was appearing just the same as it was before the accident which occured due to the driver in the other vehicle ran throgh RED LIGHT.
