I give it a one because they did what I came in for. But I will never go back. The receptionist in the front is really rude, she acts like if she s doing ME a favor for fixing my vehicle. I would ask simple questions and she would answer me with a bad attitude. I put up with it only because it had been paid already and upfront. But customer service was trash. And disappointing.

Luis (the owner) was awesome to deal with from beginning to end. He has a very efficient staff who take pride in their work. I had a front-end collision on a Saturday, had it towed to Xpress on Monday, and it was ready on Friday! I highly recommend Xpress Body Repair if you're in need! (I will add photos in a bit.)

Had my daughters car painted. First off was originally a color change that s why the price was 4800.00 , ended up the same color. Second considering they painted it the same color you would figure for the price they would have replaced the moldings that were damaged or missing , didn t even replace the grill emblem. Bad quality work and to think I have recommended people there several times. The door has holes where the molding goes so when it rains water goes in the door.Service: Painting

Dirty work, and they bounce around the blame!Took it in for a door bang, and when they removed the molds to fix it they used an inappropriate tool to remove it and ended up scratching another part! When we took it back the second time for molding scratch repair, we noticed our front bumper had a little dent and our fbumper sensor was broken! They also have no commitment on when vehicle will be ready!

Express Body literally saved us in our time of need! We were traveling through El Paso when our front bumper decided to almost come off. We called and they were able to immediately take us and they fixed our bumper so we could continue on our trip. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!Scummy owners. Terrible work and service. Poor communication and horrible timelines. They used their own methods of fixing my car, rather than fixing properly as a dealer would. They used random home silicone to fix leaks. Like cmon, really?? Rather than a gasket.They charge like they restore cars back to 100% perfect condition.They also sold me terribly spark plugs that I had to replace shortly after cause they were some cheap Chinese knockoffs.Scummy place. Couldn't fix my Civic, scammed my insurance and still had to take my car to the Honda dealer to get their work redone cause I kept having issues after.STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had warranty work done by this shop. The team was very attentive to me. They match the paint flawlessly. It was initially hard to find the office staff because they have a pretty large operation. Other than that a quality of work was great! I would recommend them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!Luis Marquez is the owner, was so rude. My husband s car was in his shop for about 4 weeks. Luis told my husband he needed to purchase a part for his car. We purchased the part and took it to Luis a week later. After that Luis went silent. My husband would text/call Luis for any updates on the car and Luis would not respond. One of the time luis responded to my husband about an update he said he didn t have one due to his workers not showing up for work because they had gotten to drunk the day before. Luis had told my husband that he would charge us $300 for the labor since we did provide the part. After 2weeks he told my husband it was going to be $350. Then today he texted saying the car was finally ready and that it would be $400 then hung up on my husband. No explanation no nothing just hung up the phone. We got to the shop and my husband took the car for a test drive. Came back seems like the car is ok. But the inside of the car is missing a floor plastic that covers some wires. The wires are now exposed Luis took a look and said he didn t know what had happened. The car did not need to be touched inside whatsoever. Of course Luis did not return the plastic so now my husbands car has exposed wires.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

It's very emotional to be in an accident but Xpress Body Repair made it less stressful. Luis and Brian were both very professional and did an excellent job fixing my son's car. Looks better than before the accident. I highly recommend Xpress Body Repair.

I just called for A quote on tubi car's body works and repairing work. Now, I'm just going to tell you. The ridiculous part in two, which should scare you away from this place. First and foremost, just drop my car and get to transmission out to put a new one I have given or bought for them. Day, one more than the dealership, so if they want more than the dealership just for their labor could you imagine what they want for their parts? And I'm not saying that they're not skilled. They could be the most skilled, but they are death announcing. Going to not be the place to take your car if you value your dollar or if you don't want to walk away. Feeling like a chump once you find out just how. But today upcharge for putting a car on a hydraulic lift. Which cost maybe 25 cents to run? And then take a look at it for $700.

I didn t have a choice on choosing a shop to repair my car however I highly don t recommend you go here. They fixed my fender which doesn t even match the rest of the color of my car. They swapped my battery out and put in a battery I ve had to replace when my car was brand new. Not only did they do a horrible job they took over three weeks for such a horrible job. Don t waste your time good work ain t cheap and cheap work ain t good.

Excellent customer service! Brian and his team were able to get the parts needed within a day and had my rear bumper repaired within an hour of dropping my vehicle off. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Highly recommend their service!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my Mini van to get repaired for the oil sensor. I was told that they needed to replace that assembly and it was $300 part and labor 200. After the repairI took the van home and noticed a lot of oil leaking. The mechanic told me that it was my transmission. It wasn't the transmission so I took it to another mechanic and come to find out that he didn't replace the part and used silicone instead of the seals that were needed. I called Luis the owner of this place and he told me he had to speak to mechanic. I told him I save the part and could prove that he wasn't truthful. I called several times with no response. It's a shame because I've used this shop many time before. This is not the way you treat a customer. So be careful with this shop

Worse place ever. It took them over a month to give me a missing portion of front bumper that they should have placed along with the bumper in the first place. I kept calling week after week without getting a definite answer and/or not getting a call back. They supposedly ordered the part and then kept giving me the run around as to when it could be painted. Finally went in today at the time they said it would be ready and they gave me the part, still wet from barely having painted it. Never making business here ever again. SMH!Service: Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the work that they did on my car. Brian was very honest and straight-forward with me regarding what needed to done to my car and gave me options. He gave me a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. When the car was returned to me, I was pleasantly surprised! I was more than pleased with how my car looked! In fact, it looked better than when I first bought it! The attention to detail was the best! I was so pleased with the work, that I took my other car to them to fix. I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs to have their car fixed!

Worst body shop ever. Very unprofessional. Owner promised my vehicle would take 4 weeks to complete new paint job. It took them over 14 weeks. Paint job was inferior. Paint is cracking and chipping. Owner would lie every time I would call him for an update. He would tell me they were working on my vehicle, when in fact it would be parked in the back among 20 other vehicles. I can not get them to fix all the issues I have with my vehicle's paint. Do not bring your vehicle to this shop. I guarantee you will not be pleased with their work or customer service.

Xpress body shop provided me with excellent customer service. I have been to other body shops before discovering this amazing shop. The staff is very professional and friendly. I was provided a date for my car to be ready and to my surprise it was ready 3 days earlier. I would highly recommend this body shop and if the need arise, I will definitely use this shop again for my vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came to visit family from out of town and found the molding on my Mom's car had come unclipped and was popping out, interfering with opening the back door of her 2008 Hyundai Tuscon. Xpress Body Repair popped up on my Google Search, so I called and we were able to come up right away to have the car looked at. EVERYONE was so polite and attentive and we got fixed up same day. Going forward, I will recommend to all my family and friends to Xpress Body Repair!! Good service is a rare find where I live, this experience has been such a treat!Service: Body & Trim

I picked up my 1998 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck from Luis and his employees at Xpress body shop and repair in El Paso ,Texas. I must say they are the best. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. I am very pleased with the work they have done on my truck, and I will have no problem recommending them to my friend and colleagues. It is a family owned business, and the way they treat you is like family. They went out of their way to find parts that are hard to find. I have a piece of mind that my truck is in good hands. Excellent work, excellent customer service, what more can I say except, "Thank you again, Luis and his employees of Xpress Body and repair.

Luis provided excellent customer service and helped me fix a couple of scratches on my car. The work was done incredibly well, in a timely manner and you can t beat the value. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs quality work done on their vehicle.

Great job and great team, my vehicle was done before the due date the Express team was very professional and caring with handling the issue at hand. They also give good advice on taking care of the vehicle. Now my vehicle looks like it never got hit. Their work was flawless no issues from me very satisfied customer. I recommend !

Luis and Brian are solid guys. Customer service is on point. Workmanship is on point. Guarantee on their work is on point. They worked on my patrol unit and got it back up to par. The truck looked sharp, but after I picked it up the headlight and bright lights went out. I called them up and Luis said bring it back ASAP. Not only did they fix the issue, but they did it promptly. We are all very pleased with their work. I will be taking my personal vehicles to them. Hudspeth County Sheriffs Office will definitely be doing business with Xpress Body Repair again.

I had xpress body shop to fix damages on driver side of my bumper and the area above tires The first day My wife noticed corner of bumper was sticking out. We brought it back and they corrected it. A couple days later I looked under my hood and they did not tighten down screws on battery bracket, left five screws out sitting under windshield wipers under hood. They left smudge all on driver side of my bumper and sprinkles of white particles or paint inside my car on the door step and along the driver side door. My Airfilter compartment was not not tightened back down as well. Although the clerks were courteous the poor work quality is a big take away. I would not recommend anyone to get their vehicle fixed there.

Absolutely love their worked! fast, friendly, and good quality job! It was our first time here (was recommended from my mother Inlaw) , we came all the way from the west side of town and Brian is the one that helped us out. Thank you Brian! Did such a amazing job

Super unprofessional. Took my car to get a front bumper/grill replaced, came to another problem with the hood not able to open after the work was done. Took it back, let them know about that and a coolant leak, they didn t let me know the issues that they found, lost my key in the vehicle. I took it to a different shop, they let me know immediately that they left all sorts of cables and parts hanging from the bumper replacement that were hitting on the condenser, due to a bracket that was broken. Again, they could let you know any further issues, for you to get replaced/repaired.Service: Body & Trim

Provided estimate right away. Best price in town. Left my car and the owner, a veteran, gave me a ride home. 3 days later picked up my car and couldn t even tell there was damage. Great job, great shop and I highly recommend them.

I had my vehicle s rear bumper replaced in this shop and everything was perfect, very friendly and professional staff. My vehicle is new, had a minor accident. You can t tell the difference between the original bumper and the new one. They did the job very fast. I highly recommend this shop.
