David Ward and Carlos treated me like they wanted my business. They got my car back in tiptop running order. I will definitely go back for any car issues. They know what they re doing when it comes to car computers and programming electrical systems.

I am from NE Texas (about 11 hrs away) and had driven in for work. I broke down 60 miles outside El Paso. The wrecker suggested Ward and I'm so glad he did. I had 4 days before I had to get back home and they replaced my thermostat, housing, and radiator cap at a very reasonable price and I had it back in less than two days. Thank you, guys at Ward, for taking care of me.

I've been going to Ward Motor Clinic for over 30 years... I rely on them for all my car repair and have NEVER had any problems with their work... If you need a car repair shop I would recommend them highly...

Had a great experience at Ward. Our 2014 Mercedes C300 had a cooling system motor failure and we took it to Ward the next day. It took them a day to diagnose the problem, and 1 day to order the part/repair. Cars been great since! Would definitely recommend

We can't say enough about David and the service we received. We were towed to Ward Motor Clinic on a Sunday. We were on a road trip so we were stranded. They diagnosed and repaired our truck by 1 pm Monday, replacing the ignition coil, spark plugs, and air filter. The mechanic also repaired our sway bar on our camper that was damaged in towing. Smooth sailing after that. David even reached out the next morning to check on us that the repairs were done properly and that we had no other issues. I highly recommend Ward Motor Clinic if you are in the El Paso area.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

What a wonderful company. My cousin and both of our families were traveling through Texas in his trave trailer and experienced rough engine characteristics and stuttering when accelerating. We were towed over 200 miles to Ward Motor Clinic. Their bays were full of other customer's cars. When we advised the owner David that we were on vacation and absolutely stranded without the vehicle operating, he had his crew get working on our immediately. Amazing service. Had to replace my transmission for my truck Ward motor did an excellent job and my truck runs smoothly. They are one of the few places that are Jasper certified and offer Jasper remanufactured transmissions. You will wait for the transmission to ship from the factory just be patient that's not within there control. Great work Mr Ward.Service: Transmission replacement

No one looks forward to having their car break down, especially when you're not familiar with the area you're in. AAA directed me here and I was definitely weary due to the reviews and the urgency of needing service. However, David was quick to tell me what was wrong with my car and gave me options based on pricing and time to assist in making my decision with needing to be home sooner than later. We were able to leave the same day and I even received a text the next day to make sure I got home safety after another 15 hours of driving. If I'm ever back in El Paso and my car happens to break down again, I'll be going to Charles Ward Motor Clinic!

My service originally took place 05/27/22. After paying for a diagnostic service, I would think that when the issue at hand wasn t fixed, they would try to fix the problem my car had . I took it again on 05/31/22 and they said I had to take it to a Toyota Dealership because they couldn t help me out . Fine, it is what it is , but why still charge me the diagnostic fee when I had decided to do the repairs they so call claim they can take care of. I m not the one that declined service , so why get charged for it !?Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I've known Wards to be dependable and work was always done very well. I needed a new radiator and parts related to my 21 yr old but reliable Toyota Tundra, my first major problem with it. My praise to David and crew who worked on my truck. They also had to replace my battery which was dead on arrival. Their price quote was very reasonable andthe job done quickly. Toyoto is running smooth again, and the follow up by David was a nice thoughtful act. My thanks again to all.

Brought my 2007 Ford Escape there on 2/14/2022 for a diagnostic test. My vehicle was overheating and the car would die at stop lights. Oscar was very friendly and helpful in assisting me in figuring out the problem. The prices were fair, and the time it took to repair the car was right on schedule. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone that has an issue with their vehicle. Oscar was very attentive and patient with figuring out the issue, and I just got done driving it around for an hour. If you're genuinely trying to fix your car, this is the place to go.Ward Motor Clinic was able to fix something that not even PepBoys could fix. They are legit.

My malibu had the AC compressor go out and ruin the system. These guys got the whole system replaced in 2.5 days. For a great price. David kept me updated throughout and the car is running amazing. Ward Auto Clinic was a great find, for I m new in town. Customer service was top notch (clear communication, professional, friendly, accurate information). Accepted my towed vehicle, AAA approved, diagnosed problem (free) and quoted repair at approximately $1000. Informed me my car would be ready by end of day. I was called several hours later to let me know my car was ready, running great, and actual cost for parts and labor = $725. Covid-19 conscious facility with really clean reception area and offices, face coverings and respectful social distancing. I highly recommend David Ward and his auto repair clinic! BTW the car runs great again.

Trust is very important in repairing cars, I trust David at Ward's completely. Excellent and guaranteed work done at reasonable prices. Ward's does ALL my car work and all family relatives (in El Paso) I know use Ward's also. Again, trust is important.

We took our vehicle to Ward Motor Clinic for a potential transmission issue in January of 2022. Upon receiving our vehicle back, the owner told us that the issue was a lack of transmission fluid. Once we had the vehicle back in our possession, our car had several more issues including an oil leak, a failing alternator (which was replaced less than a year prior, missing bolts from our radiator and engine cover, and a whistling sound under the hood. The owner; David, claims that he nor any of his mechanics could figure out the cause of the whistling noise. We again had issues with our vehicle and took it to a new auto repair shop. We were told that our water pump had gone up and we had to put an entire Timing belt component kit. I had asked David Ward several times to check the Idyler Pulley!! Low and behold, the pulley did In fact need to be replaced.Now my husband and I are out another $1600 to repair things that were caused due to negligence and/or ignorance from Ward Motor Clinic.When I called David and made him aware of the issues, he was very rude to me and spoke to me as if I were lying. He offered no assistance and frankly didn t seem to care about our issue whatsoever.I highly recommend anyone do NOT take their vehicle to this business. I hope our fellow military community sees this warning as well. Shame on Ward and the business he runs.

I called AAA one afternoon after my car wouldn t start and this was the shop that they had recommended. Had my car towed here and I m VERY pleased with how everything went. David was very professional and helpful. I needed a new battery so I left my car overnight, they fixed it the next morning and I had my car back before noon the next day. I m very happy how fast and painless the whole experience was.Thank you Ward Motor Clinic!Service: Battery

I took my 2011 Ford Escape in to Ward Motor to find out why my engine light was on. David the owner was very thorough with the diagnostic check up. He fixed the faulty cylinder head that was causing the problem. I got a great deal on the repair and even got some discounts .My Escape is running like new! They were very professional, affordable and honest. If you want the job done right at a fair price don't think twice head to Ward Auto Clinic. You'll be glad you did!

I have taken my car to Ward Motor Clinic for many years and have always been very satisfied. In advance they will provide me with their expectation of both the cost and the time involved; if there is a change in either, they will call to inform me. I will never consider taking my car elsewhere!

As a woman, my biggest fear was being cheated and overcharged. There is too much to get into, but the bottom line is that David W. earned my trust through being clear and detailed about what my car needed and nothing more. Cost was surprisingly fair and delivery time was exceptional. I'm so happy that I found a trustworthy mechanic. I will undoubtedly recommend CWMC!

Havent taken our vehicle to a shop since moving here so when i was looking i was nervous. Ended up taking a chance here based on aaa approved shop and i saw pretty much nothing but good reviews. Everything went smooth and quick, dropped it off the day prior and they had diagnosed, fixed, and back by end of next day. They had good communication and decent pricing. Will continue taking our truck here for our major service needs.

I had to replace the throttle assembly and catalytic converter for my car. A pricey fix as you might know at any shop. The folks at Ward did the work quickly, and right the first time. I have had zero problems and am thankful to have found a mechanic I can trust. I highly recommend them.
