Didn t want to do my tire rotation because they said there was something wrong with my tires. Went to go get it checked and they told me they had no reason not to do my tire rotation. I think they were just being lazy because they had so many people.

Literally what is the point in being open if you are not going to provide the services you advertise... lazy workers .-. do not recommend . You might as well clock out if you aren't willing to work the time posted outside and on the website..Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Hardly get an answer via phone, best to go in. It's good, in a way, because they get your service done faster instead of wasting too much time fielding calls. However it does get frustrating when you're shopping for price estimates, etc.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They are a waste of time! Tried going two hours before they closed for an oil change but was denied because they were closed it was 5! The sign clearly said 7! The Automotive manager is LAZY and WILL NOT HELP YOU!

Took my vehicle to purchase all four tires and I also purchased the headlight lens restoration. I had to take my vehicle back because one of lenses was not cleaned properly but when I payed for the services I was not told any thing about that lens and the extra protection I got for the tires

They are committed to their people and respect warranty very well as long as you keep the receipts. Last week I had bad car battery for a while and decided to take it to Walmart and had it replaced with new one free of charge. Battery was about 2+ years old and was supposed to last for at least 5 years. Now new battery is all good.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I drove in at 7:05 AM. The attendant tells me that he'll start the oil change on my truck as soon as he puts out some display tires. At 7:40 AM he calls me and tells me "the guy that comes in at 7AM called in" and that they won't start on my truck until 8 AM. I asked him...Why did you wait until 7:40 to call me. You just wasted 40 minutes of my time. I then tried to talk to the automotive manager and she trys to give me some excuse then just turns and walks away as if annoyed that I was asking why my truck was not being worked on. Last time I go to that automotive department.

This place is awful! So a few months ago they sold me some tires that were a little bigger that recommended size (that s the way I bought the car). I just went back to get a flat fixed and service was refused because the manager said that I had the wrong size tire. I told them they sold me the tires. So you can sell me tires but can t fix them? You guys are disgusting. I m sticking with discount tires. They have integrity!

I bought tires here and they couldn't install them they said. I bought two and per store policy I would need to buy all four. The rep kept offering for me to talk to his manager over and over again. Ive bought one and they've installed. Very frustrating situation. I have a friend who can install my tires which is why I left but all and all the situation seemed very dumb.

Guy outside telling everyone about the 3 hour wait for an oil change. It was only 45 min ...seems like they don't want cars to go there for service. They should pay by the job not per hour.... Maybe it would work out better for Walmart, employees and the customers

I appreciate the friendly people that help me to understand they're stock that they carry and where to find it. They carry discounted items that you would not be able to buy at such low prices such as Radiator antifreeze oil and all the special liquids that are Vehicles need are discounted less than the regular auto parts stores out in the city although they do not carry large parts for our vehicles but all the liquids that it takes to run the vehicles you can find there or if you need lights electrical fuses hitches balls excetera excetera

The employee didn't speak English and asked me if I spoke Spanish so he could explain the warranty to me. I had a car battery that was still under warranty but from what I could understand he couldn't replace it until I charged it at wal-mart, took it back a second time with paperwork and proved it had a dead cell. Problem was that they didn't have a battery charger. On to another Walmart to see if they have a charger and speak the english

Went in for a oil change. Waited 45 minutes to a hour and they told me that they don't have the tool to take off my oil drain plug(14MM socket). Never going back again

So sad a billion dollar company and only one register open I don't see them lowering their prices but they want you to self-checkout yourself basically do the employees job and don't get paid for it or at least give a discount if we use the self-checkouts yeah right and then you have the police officer that supposed to be watching for the customers safety and gets paid $50 an hour on the phone texting probably watching Facebook who knows

Took more than 3 hours for a tire balancing/rotation but atleast the staff was courteous.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The wait was a bit ridiculous (3.5, hours) but they did a great job on my car.

Took my car to get new two tires in the back and they balance my tire and put a weight on it and these rims are aluminum and I talked to Joe the manager was disrespectful and they didn't want to fix the problem so don't go here bunch of bs Joe I'm going to the top to fix your ugly attitude to me and just walked off if I was working there I take all you guys on worst place to go if I can have you a 0 star I would.

Bought tires at a different location. Had a nail on rear right tire three days later. The manager at this location said they could not fix it. Went to the store who sold me the tires and they said the other store never wants to work.

Plastic covers were left in the car and no one called to tell me my car was ready even after I left my number. I was expecting my phone to ring, not hear my name over the intercom, which I didn't.

Long wait times, by long I mean long. Hours of waiting time. They do not update you on times. Cheap is the positive.

These guys who work here are really sweet. If they don't have something you need in stock, they'll call other locations to find it
