Be careful when purchasing a car. I went yesterday and they were offering a Nissan Altima SV. They re MSRP in the window was $32,000 then they come back when doing the negotiation and they changed it to $34,000 to show like they are giving me a great deal lowering the price to $27,000. They re online advertised price is MSRP of $28,530 with final price after discounts of $27,280. They lie to you to make you feel like you are getting a great deal. When I brought it up to their attention they said it had just been lowered due to days in the inventory. Mind you, I was there the night before until 6 pm and saw this online the following day at 9 am.

Stopped by to get a transmission fluid exchange and one of the techs broke my gear shift selector, I was told they could not give me any statement they broke it and to come back Wednesday when manager Mark Reno was there. Wednesday morning I m back and I m told Mark Reno was busy for an hour, the tech informs me he ll let me know when the manager is available. The tech comes back and informs me they will not help me in any way, shape or form, Mark Reno couldnt even tell me himself, so I asked to speak to him personally where he reiterated the same thing.Thank you Mark Reno for the incredible service, and to your professional and amazing techs that are very careful with the clients vehicles. Would not recommend to anyone, stay away.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Had the cabin filter replaced. Back on the road. Great service as usual.

I bought wind guards for my car through Viva & they installed them incorrectly. I've been back 3 times now to have them fixed. I've been riding around in a new car with duct tape to keep the guards on. They have ordered new ones but I'm not feeling good about this.The other problem is we were told we would get free oil changes when we bought the car & now when I took it in for the 1st oil change, the tech said I owe for it! When we bought the car they had huge banners everywhere that said free oil changes, plus our salesman who is no longer there told us that we would receive free oil changes. What's up with this dealership? I was a General Manager for many years, this kind of customer service would not fly in my management. We will trade this car in next year but it will be with another dealership. I make a joke about the duct tape & it goes like this " You know your a redneck when you have duct tape on your new car".

Husband took my car in for a tune up thinking since i have a Nissan what better place. I expected it to be a bit more pricey being a dealership but thought it would be worth it. Boy was I wrong paid nearly 300 for 4 spark plugs installed no tire check fluid check NOTHING. Not even a courtesy vacuum instead they left a drink inside. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED expected better more professionalism next time I'll just go to a generic mechanic at least their courteous. My experience here was awful.

I'm so happy that I went to this place after we got a flat in New Mexico. Went to El Paso to visit a friend before he got deployed, and a man by the name of A. B. Elias was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a little long of a wait, but we had other plans we took care of, and my dear friend and I were able to sit in the waiting area and talk. Mr. Elias kept us well informed and was nothing short of hospitable. I'm so happy I purchased a Nissan back home (Ohio) and was able to get it serviced so well. I know of other dealerships that would do similar things, but Mr. Elias just made things so personable and allowed our experience to be 100% worry-free that I just had to leave a review.

Dont even think about taking your vehicle to them for an oil change service. Same day later on the car let me know it was low on oil, checked the dipstick and didnt even mark oil on it. Then took it to other professionals to check it out and told me bolt was lose and the oil filter was leaking oil due to not tightening correctly. Pathetic service. Make sure to check your oil right after because you cant trust these half dealers.

Set an appointment up 2 weeks ago for an oil change. When getting here there s a bunch of cars and was told all these other cars are here for oil changes and i won t be getting my 0800 appointment. And the sign says no appointment necessary.Then why did i set up an appointment 2 weeks ago!!!Edit: after being told we get free oil changes for 2 years I m told that it s not in the system and i have to pay. I tell them I ll get my contract and when i go to my car they sanitized the car and they sprayed stuff all in the car. Now there s water marks all in the car i just detailed.

The service department is uneducated do not take any vehicles here for maintenance. They won t take them in. No one at viva knows what they are doing. They sure can sell you a car but not give you consistent information.

So far so good but they are backed up pretty bad. They do inform you of the delays which is good

I never noticed that they sold me a defective car on the passenger side, it has several dents, 2017 SENTRA blue, nor did I ever receive the coupons that they promised me, uuuu what a bummer.Nunca me fij� que me vendieron un carro defectuoso del lado del pasajero tiene varios golpes 2017 SENTRA azul tampoco nunca recib� los cupones que me prometieron uuuu que gacho
